Not good customers service. Always problem to make appointment. 2 or 3 times I wasn’t happy with them with different situation, but after today’s situation - I decided to write review about them. I had appointment for 10 am - but my technician delay for 55 min and no-one didnt apologize for this. The reason - I live in Sharjah) Its not my problem where she lives and how she reach job. Center hadn’t anyone who can also do this service - so I wait. I promise myself don’t visit them anymore, they don’t respect their customers. I dont recommend them to anyone.

I’ve visited this clinic 4-5 times for laser hair removal. Every visit is bad.The only reason why I kept coming back is because I had bought a package of laser hair removal and had no other option but to go. The clinic is small. They make you wait for ages even when you come on time. The laser hair technician does it so quick. I once did full body session in 30 minutes…..

They don’t want to do the effort work, don’t know how to do a good costumer service… but, when you talk about payment they become friendly.I just lost my time going there

My experience was horrible, so unprofessional team , i paid for 3 full body laser sessions upfront and struggled to get it done on time they called to cancel the appointment and never reschedule , they said will call to let you know when will be the next available slot and never did , i kept calling for more than a month trying to get my appointment set ,they either never answer or they answer and tell me will call in 5 mins and they never did, so i had to go there myself, I asked for a manager a lady said she is , i told her the whole situation and she told me i will get it fix and promised a free laser session as compensation that i asked for ,but actually it was a way to make me leave , i kept following up for 3 weeks after trying to get the appointment that i paid for till one time i was calling I finally got it. When i went ,i booked another one and told her this should be my compensation that you promised she told me i will check about that then she texted to tell me sorry we can’t give you compensation and never replied back to me. Never go there!

I have read a lot of reviews and most of them are really bad, here is mine: I struggled a bit to get the appointment I tried to do it over Instagram. Afternoon called then they WhatsApped me and sorted it out, not a big deal. I went to the Jumeirah 1 branch. I was going expecting the worst after all I have read. And actually it was absolutely amazing there. I waited only 10 min but because I was late 10 min and they took someone else instead of me. The girl that did the laser hair removal, Omnia, was so professional and so sweet at the same time. I told her I had a very blond hair and she told me that she wouldn’t be able to treat it as it might not give the desired effect. She didn’t try to fool me she was very honest, at the end we agreed to do it anyway. I rarely write reviews but I felt like I had to write this one. I have been to more expensive and luxury clinics here in Dubai and payed 10 times more and left furious because of the horrible customer service I have received there. So I recommended This clinic in Jumeirah branch to all my friends because I personally don’t have anything to complain about.

I started to visit imc in al wasl branch and was accomodated very well. I transferred to albarsha branch because its near me but scheduling was very difficult in al barsha branch. You would be scheduled but you have to wait 1-2 hours again for you to be assisted. So i decided to go back to the al wasl branch. They schedule you and would assist you immediately once you arrive. Thats a 5 star for al wasl branch. Thank you to the filipino staffs too and Miss Connie for assisting me whenever i visit the al wasl branch. Keep it up. I hope al barsha branch improves.

My experience with IMC is great compared to the my other clinics before. I was visiting al barsha branch but then Al wasl branch opened. I love how they treat their customers wether youre new or regular. I am a regular customer in al wasl now. And I dont let any clinc to touch me aside from IMC. Staffs were welcoming specially Ms. Connie. She never fails to accommodate me and never saw her lost her patience with us. Very entertaining and approachable. I am 100% recommending my friends their and they know it. And will never get tired visiting them for me to have the looks that I want. Doctors is very helpful specially Dr. Chandni. She listens and suggest things that are good for you. She will never hurt you like the others. Godbless and more promotions please. 💞

Worst Clinic Ever , I do not Recommend.They keep posting Offers in their Page in Instagram , they even confirm it when you send them a Private message . once there , you end up paying more and they tell you this is nor the Offer «  you misunderstood ´´.Their Botox literally stays for 2 months only and their doctors keep talking on the phone while injecting your Face .Their Reception seem to be clueless about running offers ... Dubai has many Good Clinics with Promotional Offers , so do not waste your time and money in this Clinic.

Im a regular client of imc clinic but before i was always visiting al barsha branch but until im not satisfied of work ethics there so i try to visit al wasl branch and i meet Mam connie shes really nice and assisting me for what i need and some reception stuff is very approachable but Mam conie always provide good service on me sometimes dr or staff not available but becaus wof her enough knowledage to do it for me so i can save time when im there becaus she trying to assist and accomodate me., and also she know how ro improve my skin and my beauty and shes totally talented staff thats why i like the filipino work ethicsand now its easy for me to book my booking and appointment because he doing well and organize as long as i visited the clinic special the al wasl branc i feel the special treatment from them so from now im happy to come and over and over again on that branch i feel like im a family member of Imc clinic😍😍

I Noticed that IMC Medical Center Al Wasl branch is improving day by day; in terms of good services, welcoming friendly staff and good drs and therapists.I believe that the good manager in this branch is the one playing the biggest role.I wish you all the best and success and keep up with you excellent services.

If you want to get stressed and mistreated then please go to this place. The customer experience is the worst, they charged me 50 dhs for opening a new file which is very understandable, and then a regular customer came with her new friend and they didnt charge her 50 because she is a friend of a regular. Their attitude is soo bad, they scolded their flipino receptionist in front of the customers. When asked about the glutathione IV bag, they dont even know what it is. The treatment I got was not smooth at all, they didnt even bother to wipe my face of the charcoal residue. The furniture, the overall ambiance is very tacky, unproffesional, and the staff is grumpy. Btw the 5 out 5 reviews are probably bought or from their own staff.

Worst experience I ever had in such center!! Very bad unprofessional customer service, they always book for more than client in the same time, they dont tell the real prices over the phone, the just tells you less prices and once you’re there you will pay the double. they cannot handle the situation! they leave it to the clients fighting together over who has the right to have the session first!!

Run away- do not come here. Their doctors are horrid. They have no idea how to properly inject fillers or Botox. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I had to go somewhere else to fix the mistakes that they did which took approximately 4 weeks.

I had the worst experiences ever at this place !! Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional at all !!First experience was when I did laser hair removal and the cashier charged me 50 dhs extra saying its because i used candela machine and when my friend went 2 days after me and used candela too she was not charged for it.. when I asked later they told me there is no charge for the machine type !!The second experience I called them several times to book an appointment but the filipino receptionist promised she will check and call me back but she never did.. i called the next day and she booked me at 10 am on Mon.. when i showed up to my appointment they told me there is no booking today and the only booking in their system is after 1 week !! I have paid 3 sessions in advance. I told them that I need my money back as I am never going there again. They said its non-refundable !! I can understand you cant refund if you did your job and I still complained but when you do lousy job and disrespect people and not refund this is ridiculous !

Please don’t book any appointment in this clinic I had a very baaaad experience with them .. my sister get burned because they did not have any cream after the lazier .. all of them are careless and they can’t manage their appointments I was waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes without any updates or apologize so they have the worst customer service and I even don’t know what the managers are doing and they just care about their money

It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in the world. They change the price list as they wish. And they never answer the phone. However the machine is good the clinic is clean

Very bad experience. Rude customer service who will not inform the customer regarding the charges for opening a new file until you finish registering. They will manipulate and keep changing the prices and will not give you a fixed price. If any one is thinking to go to that place, don’t because you will be wasting your time.

Worst management ever, booked for PRP, reached on time but they didnt had the needles for that. had to wait for half an hour. Secondly they didn’t provide us the services that were included in our package , on top instead of apologizing the Over smart MANAGER NADIA tried to cover this by saying ‘its not good for your skin’ without checking my skin and assuming that I have visited this clinic before but it was my first visit.Will never ever book there.
