I did my covid pcr test here. No queue, just make an appointment online. I received the result in 13 hours.

They have the worst admin services when compared to all other MedCare branches. I had to wait 40 minutes just for a prescription and still after that there was an error in it..If you have the option to go to any other branch / hospital that would be best!!!

Worst CentreMe and my colleague went to this centre for covid test on 18th January 2021. They asked 150 AED per person for the test and finished within 10 minutes for both .Today (19th January 2021) after receiving sms result on mobile I went to same centre to collect the report .I reached by 7:00 pm and receptionist said to wait till they call .I spent 15 minutes by waiting there and approached receptionist to ask why it’s taking too much time . She replied that she can’t say any time when they will be able to print the report and asked me to wait till 8 pm.What is this ..!!!!!!To do report 10 minutes and to get the report 1 hour ...!!!!!

I have taken COVID test for travelling 2 days back. I have received results through SMS within a day. However, Im not able to download the report from the portal (MEDCARE) yet. It shows doctor verification pending. Im trying to reach customer care for long time. Couldnt get through. Couldnt find contact number of Med Care Al Barsha as well. Service Intergration could be better

Worst clinic in Dubai. Booked an appointment for my father (86 years old) for covid 19 test as he was travelling, we were advised on the phone that it will take 24 hours to receive the result or maximum 48 hours. Went before the appointment by 15 minutes , the receptionist was like , if he is travelling we can’t gaurantee the result in 48 hours , I told her but we were told on the phone the the result will be in 24 hours and maximum 48 hours , she said I know but it might not be ready in 48 hours , do you want to take the risk or leave, I told her that we will make the test then she was like but you have to wait for around 20 minutes , I told her we have an appointment so she replied ,also the people before you have an appointment . After waiting for around 30 minutes , my father did the test and she charged us 150 aed and didn’t give any receipt , I told her where is my receipt she said if you want it you will have to wait again as I have the switch the system.And it wasn’t only us , everyone coming in the clinic , she was trying hardly to make them leave ,try to send him to another clinic or hospital , worst service ever. After Medcare replied to this review, I emailed them on the email they advised , I got a non delivery receipt as the email they advised , only receives emails from certain email addresses and not anyone can email them. Even when they tried to show that they care for their customers, it was a fake. Truly disappointing.

Worst customer service..I HV been calling them multiple time for my PCR test results but I havent received any response yet.. the helpline number wait is never ending, even after 15 mins of wait no one answers the call .... I was told that I will receive my PCR test result with in 24 hrs but havent received my report...

Very bad experience in such one of the biggest group like medcare. Covid test results in many other private facilities in Dubai take less than 12 hours. Even in Aster which is under the same umbrella group of Medcare, covid result takes less than 24 hours. Im wondering why in medcare barsha it takes minimum 48 hours (as per them) !

I hava had great experience with physiotherapy treatment under Dr Mohd Raheemuddin . very friendly and way he explain is very nice . I got reference from orthopedic Dr.Haytham his also best Dr, solve my my problem very soon.really appreciate it.I highly recommend this clinic for treatment.Within 5/6 section of physiotherapy I got very good result. Treatment is good .Treating medicine doctor Shaza is really good and treatment worked on meHowever reception / admin staff I am really not happy they have wrongly entered my date of birth even after taking Emirates I’d how one can be so negligence and provider should be knowing how it il effect member and take it up to DHAI sent an email to staff to correct the DOB no response . Don’t wanted to post an review but again have encountered front office staff negligence and lack of understanding poor communicationAfter two days I called the Barsha Medcare clinic to book an appointment for my sister as she too got flu .Very poor in English ( Philippine staff) not even understanding the mobile no forget about the name spelling even after spelling it out with phonetic AlphabetsMedcare has good reputation please keep some good front desk staff they are mirror of the organisations .First of all patient will b in pain and sickness and these things will be frustrating

Operator is not answering to book appointment!

The nurses at the derma section have been extremely loud laughing and chatting as if they are in a restaurant. They obviously have nothing to do and have been on their phones laughing loudly and talking even louder. Not professional at all. Even if you have nothing to do it still isn’t a mall or restaurant. Its a clinic!

Great job! Everything is clear, without any overlays, no complaints! We passed the PCR analysis for departure. Out of habit, we ask you to issue it on paper, but the administrator assured that this is not required. The result will come to the mail and thats enough! With our poor knowledge of the English language, everything was clearly explained to us. They handed over at 13:00 and at 23:00 the answer was already received. I recommend this center, but it is better to reserve a place in advance! Its very simple and affordable. The cost is 150 dirham. Whereas the hotel offers to pass for 300 directly in the room and warn that in other places you may not get the result on time!

Excellent service, very beautiful medical center. We took the PCR test and did the next day brushing our teeth. you have to wait for the PCR test before doing this.

Even the star does not deserve it because they do not care about the patientI called them and took an appointment from the Call Center and confirmed that I would come at a specific time and when I got to the reception they told me it was impossible that you took an appointment !!! Because the doctor left just before.I was very tired and the journey required me forty minutes to go and wait for them. I don’t know why? As the employee at the reception started making meaningless callsAnd their answer was (next time call the branch and dont call the call center!
