Had an amazing experience with this clinic. I went there to do fat freezing session. At the beginning I was a bit concerned about the whole procedure as it’s something new for me. Ladies in the saloon took really good care of me, explained me in details how the whole session looks like and what can I expect. I felt like I’m na good hands! I already started noticing results after fat freezing and cannot wait to see more ❤️ Saloon is equipped professionally and very clean. Staff is very nice and professional as well. I was doing the “E-Curve” procedure , I was a bit afraid , but felt so supportive by the doctors and staff. They were checking on me all the time! The Medical center has a lot of different treatments with very qualified doctors and staff! Place is very clean, however it’s a bit far from my house, but it’s located in the middle of Dubai.

This facility is an excellent medical facility with amazing services. I am very satisfied with my transactions. lipo cavitation is an effective and very satisfied procedure. I would also like to thank the staff for their interest and helpfulness.

I was here to get Botox. Before I made the appointment, I read in the reviews that some people had already had problems with the effect and complained about it. When I contacted Royal Medical Center because their price was interesting, I asked them again. They said they use Allergan and another product which I dont know, but since I have always used Allergan, I decided to go for it. I asked the lady that there are bad reviews about Botox and that it doesnt seem to work. Because I know that some people dilute the Botox extremely. She told me not to worry, that the bad reviews are more from the competition. Well, all in all, I thought Id give it a try. The doctor was super nice. But in fact, the Allergan Botox didnt work for me either. Ive had Allergan injected in this amount for years and it always works. Two weeks later they gave me another injection at their expense. They were very nice but unfortunately the Botox didnt work after that either. I asked the doctor if they dilute it extremely because Botox always works for me. She said no, but I cant understand why their Botox doesnt work. I gave them the feedback again via whatsapp. They offered me to come back but I refused. In the meantime, I had the Botox injected in Germany. Exactly the same amount, also Allergan. I think its a shame to have invested so much time and money. Im busy and cant go for follow-up treatment every time. It costs me time. Time is very precious. You have to do something different with the Botox. Instead of having dissatisfied customers, you should deliver quality Botox so that we keep coming back. I could have become a long-time customer for everything. Quality is what counts for me!

They simply Well over charge you while selling the OZEMPIC 1MG weight loss shots (Solution for injection 3ML good for 4 shots). We have been over charged almost 3 times the price you pay for same shots when you procure from Life Pharmacies. Unless refunded the difference we will Definitely take action and report to authorities

I had an appointment for Botox to the forehead, frown line and crows feet. I had been going to another Dr with no issues other than the Botox would only last 4 months. I decided to try the offer at Roya because there was the choice of Botox or Dysport. At the consultation (not with the Dr Roya herself but a nurse and another person who seemed to be the Drs junior) I was told Dysport would ‘definitely’ last longer. So I opted for this. My first injection was on 21st Feb 2021 with Dr Roya. She was very confident and I left happy with the service. I returned after 2 weeks (8th March) for a top up as one side wasn’t even even but again I was happy with the service. I have been having Botox for years and follow all the aftercare advice to the letter.Movement returned in less than 7 weeks from the second injection. Eventually after many contacts via Instagram and WhatsApp I was given an appointment to discuss my issue with how ineffective the treatment had been. It had lasted even less time than the Botox when I’d been told it would be better. I waited for over an hour and Dr Roya didn’t even come into the room to check me. She sent the junior person and nurse to do the consultation then told them to redo the procedure but didn’t once look at me or speak to me. I found that to be quite rude and unprofessional and assumed it was because I was unhappy. Customers are unhappy sometimes but service providers should have the courtesy to see them to resolve the issues.They administered the full dose again and offered a follow up. In the end I decided not to bother with the follow up after the previous experience. I don’t know why the treatment didn’t work effectively. I only saw the vial of Dysport on the 3rd occasion when it was administered by Dr Roya’s colleague so I can’t confirm exactly what product they used on the first occasion.7 weeks on and I have movement once more but I can’t repeat this treatment with another Dr now or I’ll run the risks of repeating it too soon. I’m very disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend Dysport or this clinic.

She has been very attentive and supportive at all times... calls and messages answered at all times , questions and inquiries clarified In details.. good results on procedure outcome .Few months back the date of one of the procedure fell on Friday and the doctor came to the clinic on Fri so that the flow of the treatment does not interrupt ..understanding and cooperation for the best result are touching .The nurses are fabulous at what they are doing ... They are skilled , attentive , always reply to my inquiry be it a day or a late evening..Good experience over all of nearly two years dealing with Dr. Roya and staff In the clinic .Definitely recommend Dr. Roya as a professional specialist.

As they dont show results of their work on their page I asked if they can show me some. They told me to come to the clinic and arrived there, they didnt want to show. She convinced me and I decided to do the treatments which I regret after. The treatment didnt give good results and next to that the communication is very bad. When there was a problem they didnt want to solve it. The doctor became very rude and even raising the voice. Will not come back to this clinic as I found it very unprofessional and will not recommend to anyone to go there.

They have this Candela Gentlemax pro laser which is really way better than the old types of laser, unbelievable difference.
