I was so happy with the treatment from Dr Fiona the dentist. She was so friendly, and really put me at ease. I definitely recommend her for families in silicon oasis.

I was suffering from severe allergic condition since three weeks where I had to opt for an online consultation due to the current pandemic situation. Unfortunately, the prescribed drug wasnt effective and thats when we decided to go to a nearby clinic,where we found symbiosis medical centre. I met Dr.UMOOL, where she was patient enough to listen the symptoms and then prescribed some medicines.No words to express my gratitude towards her. I have been going to this Medical Centre for a number of years now and I always have a pleasant experience. The last visit was for Dental services with Dr Laiju Abdulla whom has been our familys dentist (whom we personally request due to our preference) for a few years now. She is absolutely wonderful. She is warm, kind and managed to put my daughter at ease. I highly recommend Dr Abdulla. She is really good at what she does.

Dr Umool is one of the most compassionate and considerate doctors I have ever met. From the moment you walk into her office, you immediately feel assured and comfortable. If you are scared to undergo some minor medical procedures, the doctor will take that into consideration and will patiently find a way to do it. The service was amazing: helpful and kind. Answered any questions that I had!

I recently had a great experience at Symbiosis Medical Centre (DSO) for Dental treatment with Dr. Fiona Mackie. It was incredibly easy to setup my appointment and the times are very accommodating. I also took my children (8 and 11 years old) for a check-up. I highly recommend Dr. Fiona for exceptionally high standards of dentistry adults and children.

Dr. Laiju Abdulla is one of the best Dentist - Prosthodontics I have met so far. I have personally got two Dental Implants and one Dental Bridge done successfully by Dr.Laiju. The whole experience of setting appointments and treatment procedure was very smooth & professional. The support and clinic staff are also very friendly.Me, my wife and two kids (10 & 7 years) are consulting with Dr.Laiju for more that 7 years. She is very gentle, meticulous and proactively checks on her patients after treatment. We as a family are very pleased to have Dr.Laiju as our Dentist and also recommend her to other patients.

I had an appointment with a gynecologist here. I was explaining the doctor my problem and she was looking and talking to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable throughout the consultation. The bill was out of this world, the diagnosis was wrong (Turned out since I still had problems and I went to see other doctors) and I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. I went during lock down cause it was close to my place but I’ll never come back here again.

We had a great experiance with pediatric clinic in symbiosis medical center , Dr.Rayya was so proffesional and kind. She answered all our questions and kept following with us till our baby became good.

The worst customer service I had, people will die before getting the receptionists over phone.

There is a reason why I drive my family all the way to Healthcare City instead of driving for 5 minutes to the local clinic.I am far from happy with Symbiosis Medical Service overall. I dont want to bash their staff or doctors in particular. Some are really good some perhaps not up to the mark in my opinion. Anyhow your experience may wary. I would look elsewhere to be honest...

I was visiting my son and his family and became ill on 7th January suffering from shortness of breath, swollen legs and ankles.Got an appointment to see Dr Samar Syeda Nooruddin and it was found my blood pressure was very high. After initial examination the doctor decided I needed to be referred to City Hospital for further investigation. She was so very kind and contacted my travel insurance company in the U.K. for me. She also contacted my son to explain the situation to him. I cannot fault the service provided not only by the doctor but by the staff in general. Thanks to the prompt action by the doctor I was seen at City Hospital where I had lots of other tests. I was given some medication and thankfully recovered enough to return home to the U.K. on Friday 10th - fortunately I managed to leave before the airport was closed due to the flooding. Have been seen by my own doctor here at home and my condition is now being closely monitored. My sincere thanks to Symbiosis and the doctor for such excellent treatment.

Very bad experience. Wrong diagnosis. Wrong antibiotics. Our son almost died. Spent 16 days in other hospitals to recover. Never ever we will go to this place again.

Sharing my another positive experience with Dr.Umool Barakath at Symbiosis.I have been staying in UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) for last 9 years and Dr.Umool is the best doctor I have seen and I am surprised that in todays world where everything and everyone is business oriented, Dr.Umool stands unique in caring and treating her patients in the right way .Was suffering from high fever 3 days back where I went to Dr.Umool and from my body language and from few of my answers to her, she said that I may be positive for Covid-19 and she prescribed me medicines for fever. That controlled my fever very well and Dr.Umool advised me to do the PCR test , where the result was positive .I advised about the result to doctor and from that point onwards , doctor was in constant touch with me asking about my updates and how I was feeling .This is the best support ever that I have received from Dr.Umool and Symbiosis Clinic when compared with the big reknowned hospitals in Dubai (both private and government)
