Medcare Mirdif is awesome. Great doctors and great staff. Abul Rehman on reception is always smiling and ready to help with great customer services.

MOHAMED EL ZAWAHRY is rude and doesnt listen to the patients question and talks with arrogance. He barely responds your greeting when you enter the clinic, he keeps saying with high tone because you are not wearing a glasses, you should never take it off! You dont get out from his clinic with good reasoning and you wish not to come to this clinic because you just wasted your money because of him. After that, I didnt go to glasses shop because I dont trust his findings because he didnt explain anything to me. Medcare is well reputed and he doesnt match Medcare quality.

All the reception team are amazing, abdelrahman and one Egyptian guy. Very friendly very easy to approachableDr Malak Al Rawi is very very very professional, cant go to any other doctor. Shes been with me since got pregnant and gave birth always there for meDr nanda is also amazing, very objective very honest and always direct to the point

Not supportive at all .if the person is dying they will say it is MOH instructions not to help .they don’t want to help and they say MOH instructions.how come other clinic offer support and they are not .is the MOH gave instructions to few or to all clinics !!!I was only requesting to have B12 injection which I already have the prescription and it was the second dose .but the Said; no you should see our doctors 🙄 really funny

Medcare mirdif is the worst branch the appointment at 2:40 and the doctor reaches the clinic at 3:15 and they don’t even apologize for the delayThe doctor recommended for the swap test and they (nurse and receptionist) without applying for it they answer on behalf of the insurance with rejection even though I offered 3 different insurances more over the Albarsha branch gets the approval for the test always and when I informed the receptionist in mirdif branch about it he rudely replied yes it’s excepted by the insurance there but not here

I’m done the PCR test twice ant this clinic, it was relay easy and painless compared to other clinics.

Worst clinic , and DR Suha she don’t care about her patient. She kept me waiting for more than 1 hours while she was accepting her other patient who she invites without appointment. I Left even without seeing her. Anyway no one needs to be a patient for a doctor like this.

Poor reception.. they ask u to fill a lengthy form on mobile with all details like ur work address passport and home address before they would even proceed to something. This was way too much information asked compared to other hospitals. Left from the reception and not returning anytime

Had a very unpleasant experience recently where the nursing team mislead me by saying that there are no follow-up appointments on weekends with my doctor even 1 month after. The Nurse who attended my case forced me to come on a weekday which was not convenient for me at all. I was so upset with this incident and therefore immediately called the customer service and check the availability of the doctor. Then I could make an appointment with my doctor and showed the SMS to the Nurse to prove that she was lying to me as doctor was available for the concerned date at weekend . Then the Nurse very disrespectfully said I have to be in the waiting list even though I booked my appointment over the phone. Finally I went to the reception and got re-confirmed that my doctor is available and need not be in the waiting list. It was my fist experience at Medcare Mirdif City Center which made me completely disappointed and disgusted about the disrespectful behavior of the nurse who attended my case. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very poor facility. The internal medicine doctor had misdiagnosed me and the I had to wait forever at the pharmacy for a simple prescription because of his mistake!Tried their physiotherapy but after few sessions had to move to Mediclinic because their system is a joke. Called 100 times to get an appointment and every time they say someone will call me back which never happens.Medcare has become very bad lately. Maybe because it’s part of Aster now. I’m really enjoying better services at Mediclinic!

They deserve less than a star with their service

The facility is clean- staff are friendly. However, i usually don’t recieve a phone call about blood test results or/ and email on the promised day/ date. I have to chase it and it is very tiring. I do a blood test for my daughter every three months and every time same disappointment.The clinic could possibly improve patient follow up/ communication process.

I have now been to various Medcare clinics in the last few years and can conclude that their customer service skills and practises are shameful.I live in an area that is unfortunately surrounded by their alleged “Premium” “Customer is King” facilitiesI have had a similar experience with them before but never thought to review them. But considering my last experience I can safely say although they tick all the boxes when it comes to having people dressed right and facilities that look the part they fall way beyond even average when it comes to their staffs customer service skills. People at the reception don’t even make eye contact and take your details just like the “premium” customer you are!I recently was caught with a throat infection and spent an hour waiting for my appointment. I was not approached by any staff and on asking why this was taking so long was told they had decided to transfer me to another doctorI was uncomfortable and got quite upset. A few staff went in to speak to their “customer service “ person and came out to tell me that conveniently I would be the next patient to see the doctorI asked to speak to said customer service person who was too busy on a call to tend to meNeedless to say I left . I then called their customer service hotline and am yet to hear from these con artists

Unfortunately the hospital is not organized at all.Even after performing the tests, we were not informed of the results until we contacted them to follow up on the case. Reception and nurses are sub-par. While the doctors are goodBelow average branch. Very disorganized and common to have delays, despite having appointments!Support staff are the main issue. Drs seem good.
