I had a very good experience for my 1 year old’s ear piercing. They applied the numbing ointment on the ear for smooth piercing. The nurses were very friendly and did everything to calm my child down. Highly recommend this place. Very satisfied!!

Receptionists did not provide the correct information. I was told that dental insurance was covered before coming to the hospital. I was also told that I needed to see a GP before seeing their dentist. When I visited the clinic and saw the GP he was very confused as to why I was there. I told him that I had to see him as mentioned by the receptionists.It then came to light that my insurance did not cover dental expenses even though I was told before visiting that it was. As a result I had wasted my time and money travelling to this medical centre.I had no apologies from the receptionists, instead I was greeted with attitude. Thankfully, the doctors were very apologetic on their behalf.

Had an appointment with Dr. Hesham, the orthopedic specialist, for a severely sprained ankle. Overall the experience was good no major complaints. The receptionist and nurse staff were attentive and professional. The doctor was able to assess my case efficiently and we have begun treatment accordingly. I will follow with them over the next few weeks as there is no reason to change clinics.

Dr. Eman Shalaby is the best, we go there just for her. However, once had to visit the MD medicine or pulmonary specialist, some old lady with red hair, forget her name. That was the worst experience as the specialist was slow to understand symptoms, rather lost and zero help. So not sure about the specialists at Armada but if youre seeing Dr. Eman, you are in the care of one of the finest doctors.

I went to Armada Clinic to see Dr Tarek, the resident Gynecologic. Being a woman you always a bit nervous meeting a male doctor - but i have to say it was such a great relieve to meet him & treat me. During every consultation, 2 lady nurses are by his side - very nice & carrying.I had a small surgery - during the process i was asked how i was by the Dr. and he explained the ins and outs of the treatment.The booking was also very efficient - i had a lady (arabic) who DID call me back when she promised she will ... and from there onwards it went great.Small note : ..... I would advise the clinic to indicate on the doctors profile his education & internship - as being a European myself (french) i really value where doctors do they fellowship ... Im sure im not the only one.I am truly happy i found this clinic and will continue going to it .. God forbids i need to. Hope this review helped you to go to them. Stay safe!

Longest waiting time before being seen.Booked for 1pm and was seen by 1.40pm by the nurse, and 2pm by the doctor.

Nurse/doctor forgot to include all required documents for insurance approval, which caused a delay, meaning my 10 month old daughter could not get her second vaccine shot on time before leaving the country. They knew about this beforehand but acted poorly, communication lacked. More importantly, whilst trying to come to a solution, the nurse hung up on me and I was never contacted again afterwards. An absolutely unacceptable action and extremely unprofessional. I will be looking for a different doctor now.

Visited the center in Nov to see the female gynae which if i recall is from Jordan, she is great however the nurses have no regard /respect of your chat with gynae they barge into the room as they please and listen and make faces.I’m still waiting for my medical reports to go get second opinionThe female dentist as well- if you visit for one tooth pain she suggests extraction, root canal, fillings then procedures take longer than required and messes it up. Ny partner had to get a second opinion and was told the fillings were incorrectly done and the extractions were wrong and he was still suffering from tooth painPls make sure you get second opinions where possible if you happen to stop by here.

Armada is part of my very basic health insurance network, but in every way their service and care has been first class. Dr. Ghanwa and her nurses have been very attentive, and very patient in answering my questions. The JLT location is also great. Highly recommended.

Dr. Eman Shalaby is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also, she is lovely to speak with on every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for a patient and being a person with outstanding quality of medical care at the same time.I highly recommend becoming her patient! All of the staff are great– they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

I had a Covid-19 PCR test done here. Ive booked an appointment, but it wasnt too busy and you could probably just walk-in. I was there at 10am and got the result at 7pm same day. Recommended!

First of all i connected with website chat regarding gynecology and i booked an appoitment first gp and after gynecogolgy could possible they told me (insurance procedure as like everyone knows). i asked a few times i need gynocology if you have doctor for it only i will book appotiment, and then i booked appoitment, when i arrive there from far place to taxi and arranged my dayoff for that appoitment only, however they told me that gynocology doctor is not there and wont possible even after gp consultation for that day. if you are not available why you guys wasted my time taxi money, not everyone are swimming inside of money right ?! Most important they just wasted may dayoff, i couldnt go another hospital cuz it was already evening. Anyway it wasnt fair for me and i am so upset first gime writing somewhere google comment.

Dr.Sahar Sawaf is ENT Specialist ,she is professional and Academic doctor, she examined my mother in professional way, highly recommended.

The nurses and doctors are friendly. However, they take a very long time to call back to take my test, I had to call them back after 6 hours for them to tell me that the insurance is approved. And I have been waiting for my test results for the past 2 days. And I have called them 4/5 times. Therefore, I am not happy with their service.

The receptionist was accomodating, the nurses were helpful and the doctors were excellent. But I’d like to commend Rita from the pharmacy section. She’s very welcoming and her energy was superb! She definitely deserve to be acknowledged by the hospital management as well or a raise.

After confirming that my elderly parents insurance is covered under this clinic, in written by the receptionist I confirmed the appointment.My parents had to go out of their way, to get there as they are old and during covid 19 and at high risk only to be told “oops we made a mistake and your not covered”.. it was 100% human error which resulted in such a bad experience and would not recommend this clinic to any reader.In short: unreliable: The least you would expect from a medical provider.

Ive always been afraid of doctors, needles, scalpel,and hospitals until I have done a procedure with.Dr. Basel Nasrallah. It was painless, quick, yet very efficient. He was very professional yet super friendly too. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a General Surgeon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We got my one-year old daughter’s ears pierced here and I’m really happy with the overall experience and the result. Surprisingly for me, it was completely painless, as my daughter didn’t make a sound when her ears were pricked. The male nurse applied some numbing cream 15 minutes prior to the procedure and there were two more nurses entertaining my baby to distract her from the procedure. While we were waiting for the appointment, my extremely active and loud toddler boy was busy playing in the kids area. Besides, we met a really nice Russian speaking Gynecologist who turned out to be very sweet and informative. She made some recommendations to us even though we didn’t have any appointment with her. Thanks to all the staff for the great experience!

Very very and extreamly bad service!!! The staff impolite, some doctors unbehavied, and nurses rude not wering the mask!!!no cleaning between patients , even theire medical director was impolite when i reported to him the mistakes in this dirty clinic, i reported them to the dha and dubai municipality , they are going to take action against them, it should be closed bcause they give wrong diagnosis to patients. I dont advice at alll 😷

I did the blood test there twice. First time it was fast and smooth. Usually this test takes round 3-4 hours. So lady called me almost immediately and informed all is done. The nest time i did same test, same time. After 8 hours i called them asking if its ready and reception could not answer my question but promised person in charge will call me once available. Nobody called and nest day it was Friday. So instead of simple and smooth 3-4 hours im sucked with 48-72 hours. Messy.

I just called now and asked for a dental cleaning service, the receptionist insisted that i will need to come back twice because their clinic will not be able to get an immediate approval from Cigna, I said i am on a direct billing basis, but she keeps on insisting to just get a consultation first then the next day come back then we will do the cleaning! WoW how poor is their service that you need to come back twice for a teeth cleaning, seriously who does that???

Great Hospital and staff were great too. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Great facility and got great treatment. 5 star service all round.

I went to this place for Dental cleaning and scaling some time ago because they were giving a good offer for 100 AED only. Once seated the cleaning and scaling was very fast and poor quality nevertheless the dentist told me I had three cavities that could be fixed on the same day. I intimated the dentist not to open any of my teeth as in my opinion it wasnt possible since I rarely had cavities and I was visited by another dentist few months before and asked double-check. Then the dentist tried to sell me whitening in a very insistent way, I paid and left. Lately I went to another dentist considered to be one of the best in Dubai, I had X-Ray and proper check up, obviously he confirmed I have no cavities today. Those three cavities I was diagnosed in Armada must have healed spontaneously.

I really HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND this clinic for anyone after my visit. Long time I was very sick with fever and temperature, flu nose and very suffocating cough, I wanted emergency, but this clinic doesnt have emergency, in this condition unfortunatelly the sick patient isforced to wait the appointment with doctor, what is really not good. I got a very hard level of acute form tonsillitis, but the doctor Muhand al Anssari just was laughing in my face, he didnt focus on me as on very sick patient.In my prescription he wrote wrong diagnosis and just mentioned there Pain in throat. In reality i didnt have pain there and I told him that. Regarding medicine he advised me in same prescription just Claritine what is usually taken when allergy and Nasivin nasal drops what is really very weak during such sick condition. Is it jokes??? Should be more strong medicine treatment to recover the patient. But in this place unfortunatelly doctors dont care, just doing the view...very dissapointed from my visit and in that sick condition I was forced to go to another place where a doctor, who noticed directly my very bad condition, he have set for me right diagnosis and wrote in my prescription really proper medicne as antibiotics, even injection, tablets and others.I regret in Armada Im being in sick condition paid money for nothing. Exuse me, but this is really sad truth.

I paid for services that were never rendered - the doctor left their practice and they just kept my money paid in advance. Was asked to fill out a reimbursement form 3 months ago, never received anything back. They never return my calls. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

They failed to get insurance company approval for a surgery, then the DR start blaming us and shouting and because of us he canceled his appointment where we already before one day I tried to contact the center for 2 times and each time they were telling me we will call you back and for sure no one called us back, I called again then they informed me sorry we didnt get the approval yet we will update you and I asked them to postpone the surgery due the approval, and they confirmed that.in the end they said its your fault you have to follow up with insurance company !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I came here for a dental check up and they submitted an insurance claim for the work that needed to be done. The claim was approved, I got a call back from the center telling me this and booking me in for an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they could not locate the approval (I had also received a text message from my insurance telling me it had been approved) their excuse was that the person who has called me to book the appointment was traveling. I waited half an hour and left with nothing done. I would never ever come back here. Its a serious mess

Very bad service. Doc kept me waiting an hour after my appointment time as she was in a meeting. Additionally, went in for Botox and doctor completely missed the center of my eyes?! Been trying to get it rectified but had little help. Wont go again.There are plenty of other places to go.

The worst experience be aware of dr marzouk he didnt complete cleaning my root canal then filled it and he kept saying my roots are too tight to reach and that the best he can do . and after few months I suffered a severe pain and I went to another dr and he diagnosed it and there was abscess in my tooth and I told my dr his words about the tightness of my roots and he was shocked bec its not the case Dr Marzouk is really the worst

Spent more than 7,000 AED on my teeth, they were better off before i went there... On further note, all my fillings were done incorrectly.
