Great experience and quick service. The GP was efficient and thorough. The receptionist and cashier were quick to process my referral letter. Went there around noon and was in and out within 30 minutes.

What a great place to waste your time. Even after taking appointment for PCR test, the cashier with the admin sitting for the new registration carefully and elegantly wasted more than an hour to type my details on to their computer so that i could have my PCR test. If you need any assistance please help yourself and dont waste your time here. If you have plenty of time to waste you are mostly welcome here. Couldnt find an option to rate 0 thats why giving 1 star.

Please dont visit Dr.Mohammad Ali he dint check my husband properly very casual gave some random tablets for fever and cough instead of informing before that he has gastric problem. After visiting him we heard a lot of complaints abt him. Aster al khail mall is much much better.

Aster clinics and hospitals have the worst insurance department the patience insurance provides approvals within no less than 15-20 mins but aster insurance they take hours and the staff is not very well trained. This is not just in Al Quoz clinic but also in Bur Dubai. Never visit again this clinic and hospital. Will advise others the same to not opt for Aster healthcare providers.If ur sick the waiting process will make u even more sick.

I do not know what is the purpose of taking an appointment for consultation.Took an appointment for 11:40,reported at 11:30,now the time is 12:05 but still waiting.Talked to reception but neglected without any response.Really very bad experience in Aster Al Khail branch.

They dont even deserve one star. Not satisfied with Doctors, Staff, procedures, anything. The staff is shouting at patients, behaving very badly.The worst place to have PCR test, as they are not taking care of any safety measurements, the place is over crowded.They provide wrong information on phone, and once you reach there they say yes yes to everything and once payment is done, then they change there words.

Waiting time is crazy. Only aster Clinic which accepts RN3 network of insurance. Sometimes you have to wait for 3 hours to see doctor. Always crowded. Service is just average. Sometimes you will see receptionist shouting at customer which is the norm of this clinic.

General practitionors onky. Sad to say rude staffs and doctors. Saw very rude Behaviour from front office to patients who come for relief . Rather me visiting along with an infant, felt nothing less. Unfortunately many has to go there for referral.

The receptionist with the specs and gold ring is acting as if he is some big underworld don . He is shouting at the patient’s. I went there before also and had a bad experience with the same guy.Really horrible experience. I didn’t even consult the doctor, I had some serious problems . I will never ever visit any aster clinics in my life and won’t others too. I had risen a complaint with the toll free and no response from them.Better not to go and choose death.

In aster clinic in Al-Quoz we had a badly experience sorry to tell you guys. My sister in-law went there for covid testing last May 17, 2020 and May 25, 2020 one of the nurse in aster called my sister in-law and she said the she’s positive in covid. My sister in-law she felt bad that time of course after she heard the news over the phone. All of her roommate scared with her that’s why so she needs to left them and find some place being alone. Suddenly May 29, 2020 today itself she received an email from aster saying that her name and the others 2 person in that email are still pending in lab test. So it means NO one knows that she is positive because the lab test STILL PENDING .......What happened NURSE.? WHAT IS THIS? Aster Al-Quoz WHAT iS TRUE? Make sure your report are correct. Your goal is to save the life of the people not to destroy. Be serious guys DONT JUSt GUESS!!!!!!!!!

From waiting the queue and the other procedure.They used to have a good staff, smile, and polite. But this time totally different.You will be lucky to have your nightmare if you meet The guy in the counter name is TONI.The WORST staff they ever can have here. This was my first visit to Aster Clinic with my Husband for routine check up . I had a really good experience with the person named Tony who is a staff there in the clinic , he took care of us from filling the form to meeting the doctor..He was attentive and sincere in explaining us regarding the tests we were suppose to do . The wait time was short Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for your hard work, taking the time to be attentive to your patients needs and listening to their medical concerns fully.

It seems very excellent service of all Doctors and Staffs even though its so busy and they manage them all patients with extra care on the busiest schedule in this clinic. All staff and the customer service is very bad at this clinic.The most famous clinic for the one star service one of the worst Astor clinic I have ever been to the reception guy he is very rude to the patients shouting hurting people with words tell telling bad words very bad.

Im staying at Discovery gardens but I normally visit Aster Al Qouz, Because of the friendly staff, efficient doctors and treatments. I find Mr. Tony who is very helpful and professional in his work. My only concern is not enough parking space.

Please do not visit this place. There are far better hospitals here in Dubai than this one. Its over crowded because of the rush and you dont even have a place to sit. The staff are not efficient in doing their duties in a timely manner. I waited there almost for 3 hrs which included just 10 mins of seeing the doctor. Remaining time spent on going from counter to counter and waiting.Best part is I stood for half the time.I could not wait any further and after three hours I canceled my further tests which were referred by the doctor and came back.

Worst experience, if you want to visit a clinic in ice age then surely recommended. They will take you in ice age but may be that time its faster because patient is patient but they will not realise that you are patient. I went just because feeling bit sickness and throat infection. Once I came back after 5 hours now feeling headache, high blood pressure, mental sickness, fatigue, tiredness, thanks to aster. It will take too long once you enter a guy will take your id then ask to have a seat. After 30 45 minutes he will call you and ask all information again I dnt know why they took your id card if you will have to give all information. Then again have a seat and wait for 30 to 45 minutes for your general check up. After that then again 30 to 45 minutes to reach doctor. Then go front desk and they will connect to NASA I guess for insurance approval. At one stage i said forget insurance i will pay, but the answer was shocking then you will have to pay 400 to 500 aed. Thanks God I had a small sickness if they are asking 500 aed for sickness then you will have to sale yourself if you are suffring some big desease. Anyhow it will take easily 30 to 45 minutes more to prepare your payment information. Then again you will have to wait atleast 30 to 45 minutes to give your samples if you are very lucky otherwise 1 hour to 01 and half hour. After all check ups again go to Same counter and have seat for some time. Then pharmacy, they will take you again on a long wait. Anyhow after 4 to 5 hours thanks for the clinic you will get more sick. Physically and mentally.Well the best part is you will see staff roaming around, laughing, giggling, chatting on phones I mean you will never feel you are in hospital or in a clinic it will be like you are in college cafeteria or in a shopping mall. I think its clearly over staffing they will have to take more space for beds rather to hire new employees.A loudspeaker was also irritating, I mean normally hospitals are famous for quite and peaceful atmosphere, but here you will listen a very loud sound of computer shouting your token number, mobile rings, chatting laughing everything and they will treat you like customer not like patient. Infact nobody cares that you are visiting because you are sick. Worst.....worst.....worst.....I would rather prefer to go in office or stay in my bed after taking parasol to go aster next time.

Thought, 1 star is more than enough to rate. When we visited that clinic, from beginning till finish, it’s take at least 2 hrs.I got bad experience with one staff, name is Mitun Baba. Once we finished and just sat in there like 5 minutes to rest before we left. He was using Mobile and asked to us with high tone and voice, Why you’re sitting in there???Are you guys are treating to the patient or customers like that?????Strongly not recommend for that kind of services to your customers.We’re not there for free!!!!!!!!!!

Aster moopens clinic near Old Grand Shopping Mall is lile 14 years old branch, the new branch has been opened in Al khail mall, have visited both the branches. I must say, all the staffs are great at their job, aster staffs are giving their best efforts in the field.. Keep it up guys 👍How much stressful and hectic their Work is. Would like to bring attention How Rude patients or bystanders can be. Several times whenever visited, for unnecessary matters i have observed how they manipulate and complain against the staffs. How much their duty is hectic they put a smile on their face and put all efforts. It should be noticed someday. Managing 500 above patients isnt an easy task, that too in Al Quoz industrial area. I have always received good care from the clinic and my Relatives. Have seen patients unnecessarily blaming for silly matters and yet they politely handle it. Hats off to them. Suggestion is that parking slot should be there in the upcoming future and Try to improvise the counter, directions and about insurance information. Patients can be very Rude even if you are trying to help them with true care. Since Im working in Customers relations i can understand it better. All the best.

Very poor quality of service and no experienced doctors. I have my wife consulted there. wouldnt tell us any fees or anything if it is insurance and have no idea how much they charge the insurance. last consultation they had blood samples tested. and they said they will call us. it has been a week now with no call back or no follow up consultation after the test reports! poor doctors, poor service. the number of branches does NOT necessarily mean the quality is good!

One of the worst medical care I’ve ever had,It’s just money hungry business. I been there with very bad fewer (43 body temperature) and all they checked my weight and age🤬 and straight to the prescription of paracetamol. The doctor all over she spend less than 2 minutes for the consult (Dr.Priyangika jayasinghe)after 2 hours of waiting, not even checked my hr. I am still suffering with heavy fever- if I ever die here please feed my body to her kids please..I don’t expect that you will get back to me as I know how much you value your patience.

Very bad service! I have no words to say,al quoz branch. Have visited on 14 of June at 11 am. Reception was so slow, have been waiting for so long and at the end of the day they refused to give me sick leave because my pain is not defined. The doctor, lady was very racist. She didnt even want to check what is the problem and only after I pointed with my finger she said ah, yes. You are right. So unprofessional. We came to conclusion that I need to do a ultrasound investigation. So they send me across the street to other branch, walking on the hot sun to make an appointment. When they knew the doctors is not working on Friday! On my question - is it possible to make it today ? They said : - Go there , check with them.Honestly, Im shocked about the service and how unprofessional clinics can be.

Poor service I booked my appointment at 9.00am and I meet doctor 9.30am also once I book my appointment they mention visit 10 minue befror LOL 🤣🤣 cashier (Binu Mathew) was too rude he was really unkindful. I was suprised to see patients carrying files around and the hospital Infrastructure appeard legacy. It would be great if the hospital can be modernized inpar with other hospitals around Dubai. The best part of the hospital is the staff, every single person from recipient, cashier, radiologist, nurse, pharmacist and my ortho doctor were very kind and caring.

The worst clinic ever with the worst staff and doctors! They dont even have diploma! Am pregnant 19 weeks and was waiting for results 1 week more when results were ready 2 days after my visit and no one informed me and they forgot to send results!!! And it was emergent! Am very disappointed, and will never ever visit again or recommend .
