Root canal and crown fitting treatment was excellent. I had an infection that took a long time to clear; I paid a fixed price for the treatment and I was seen regularly over a long period and no chances were taken. Very thorough, very professional and friendly. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended.

I was treated for a crown and I trusted the dentist. She was not happy with the crown made by the lab the first time , so she sent it back to the lab for more work. The second time it was all good. Whats more, the dentist is highly professional and always caring for her patients.

My appointment with Dr Vrata at Rex Medical centre came after nearly 5 years of neglect. I was expecting to receive at least a little pushback about this. However, she was both professional and empathetic. She walked me through the process, anticipated when I would experience pain and managed me exceptionally through the appointment. In her care, I think I will get over my fear of dentists. More importantly, she has set me on course with a recovery plan which is sensible and thorough. Look forward to the healing.

The clinic was very clean, hygienic and well maintained and I really liked the ambience of the clinic too. Dr Kaveri assisted with my procedure, and she was very kind to explain to me what exactly is happening with my teeth and why which is why I felt very comfortable letting her do what she needed to. I think trust is something very important esp with doctors, and I think she has gained mine. I will def be going back only here for any other dentist appointments.

It is friendly personal, coffee inside and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, Dr. said me to remove a tooth, I went to another dentist and he said, that it isnt necessary and made my tooth healthy again. Not recommended this clinic, if you want to have your own teeth. P.S. In response on your answer, my husband also has heard it and a doctor said to a receptionist to make my appointment to remove it.

The clinic is very clean and hygienic. Everyone on the clinic is too helpful, from the receptionists to the dentists. Dr. Vrata Shetty and Dr. Suresh Kannan are doing an excellent job with the treatments. Ive been going to them and recently took my 82 year old grandmother too for an extraction. They do a very smooth job and make sure that the patient is in no pain.

I had gone for a Tooth Extraction to Rex Medical Centre on Shk Zayed Road, Dr. kaveri was assigned to do the procedure on me. It was a very complicated extraction as my tooth had already chipped off due to decay. But I was very impressed with her as she patiently extracted the whole tooth with utmost care and made sure that no further complications arise during the procedure. As someone who’s been through a crazy lot in regard to dental problems, I’ve been in and out of several dental offices, where I’ve felt extremely unsure and even terrified at times.But six years ago, during my first appointment with Dr Vrata, it was the first time in years I had felt safe and comfortable in a dental chair. She’s very thorough in the work that she does and she takes out the time to explain everything in detail which helps me understand exactly what’s going on and it puts my mind at ease. After being told by another dentist to expect a complicated wisdom tooth extraction (preferably under sedation) as well as a lot of pain, I approached Dr. Shetty for a second opinion. Not only was she the friendliest and most caring doctor Ive ever been blessed to meet, but she explained to me that I dont even have to undergo sedation! Both my 2nd and 3rd molar were extracted surgically in under 15mins, and for a person who gets as anxious and nervous as me, that is nothing short of a miracle. Dr. Suresh Kannan deserves a special shout-out for having blessed hands, no doubt. Rex Medical Centre has my highest recommendation for all dental needs!

Great experience at Rex Medical Centre! My father needed a temporary filling done and Dr.Shetty was meticulous with her work. My son needed some cleaning done and she made sure he was at ease by constantly engaging in conversation while attending to him.
