We have had an amazing experience at NMC Deira. Dr. Reena and the staff from the dentistry department did a miraculous job with my sons teeth, producing astonishing and unbelievable results. She is so detail-oriented, empathetic, qualitative, kind, super friendly and what not. She helped my child with his dental issues and was very very helpful. She is truly an asset to the clinic.

NMC Abu Hail.....you serious need to update your system software. Doctors advising to do xray outside as u dont have facility (i did a dental xray) and after done, your clinic is not compatible to read any outside software. Its sad, you have some good team of doctors but PATHETIC IT software. Your set up is so outdated!NMC Royal hospital, Sharjah has upgraded and upto date but why is NMC Abu Hail being ignored????Please the Management needs to look into this seriously.

In writing this so it can help others who r in need of eye specialist and gynecologist!During my pregnancy I had severe vomiting and instead of looking after my cause , dr said I wud have to abort my child ! Then I moved to aster and service n hospitality der was unbelievable!I visited eye specialist at deira branch , for stye, an eye bacterial infection , the doctor there gave me minimum dose for such a spreading heavy infection and was asking me which antibiotic I prefer instead of looking into the case. And treating the bacteria , as if a waiter at restraunt was asking me which menu Id prefer to eat .Realy horrible experience this eventually worsened my eye infection like hell , then I went to Medicare and got the treatment required .I request u all not to attend nmc for these two speciality aster n Medicare are way betterManagment staff and hospitality nmc is very great , pediatrician also r v nice .

First of all doctor didnt provide proper prescription when i went to pharmacy down there when my ticket called pharmacist ask me to have a seat after waiting 50min he called me saying i forgot you and then asked me what was your problem because doctor didnt provide proper prescription and then pharmacist told me 1 med your insurance declined and i took the med in cash after that i spoke to insurance they told me this med isnt covered in your insurance policy but there is many meds similar pharmacist didnt send us for approval because the one we declined is expensive and they always send is expensive one to run their business. Very unprofessional doctor and pharmacist.

Really good experience with NMC Deira while getting our PCR tests done for traveling. They offer discounts for Flydubai ticket holders at a discounted rate if 85AED per person. The hospital was easy to find and parking is a plenty infront of the main entrance. The staff were friendly - specially Siva who was assisting and registering our papers. A few point to be considered though: the entrance is through a small vestibule on the ground floor where there is a security man and nurse. The nurse asks and registers why you are coming to the hospital. Then you have to go up in an elevator to Mezzanine level where the hospital reception is located. The main issue with that is, during busy times through the day, the wait to go up in the lift can be elongated. Once you are inside the hospital, it feels abit unclear what you need to do and the staff can send you around to each other if you do not ask exactly for the steps that need to be done before you accept them sending you off to another location. The normal steps where to fill out a form, get registered via one of the reception employees, finish payment, then you go and wait for your turn to get the PCR test. Follow these steps and your should be good to go! Best of luck and stay safe :))

It is one of the best medical centers.... It gives a personal and very special kind of treatment and hospitality... All facilities r thr like ortho... Paeds.... Surgery... Medicine... Radiology... Most of the drs r very nice... I met Dr Pankaj who is handling everything... He is really very professional and know how to handle most of the situations...this is just next to Abu Hail Metro station and ample parking area.... I will highly recommend this medical center....and yes they have very innovative idea that is kids play area.... Very rare to find in clinic and hospitals 😊

One of the worst place for RT PCR. Nurse did for 3 times I have no idea why and I had a bloody nose. Worst RT PCR place ever. Done over 20 PCR from the day Covid started but never had such a worst experience.

Very bad home visit service. We called to ask for home service and the responsibile staff told me that dr is sleeping this is so bad. After that they promised that the dr will come at 8:30 and my mum was very ill. The dr didn’t show up she was still in hospital and they lied that she was on her way . I har my previous experiences with NMC before so was quite hesitant to visit this branch but the suggestion came from a credible source of mine. The only time where I had a doctor recommending me the most economic friendly and suitable package for my wife based on her condition. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Only sugg if the NMC pharmacy downstairs could keep the entire homeo medicines..most times that was not available and had to try at another pharmacy.
