Firstly, they made mistake with my date of birth in forms. I requested for amendment straight away at reception which they corrected then but when the PCR certificate came via email the DOB was not correct, I had to visit again to get this corrected.Secondly, on my partners form they made error with the receipient email address for certificate, I did not receive this ans my flight time was approaching, I had to visit the clinic in person to get a copy and then the lab amended email address to send me another soft copy.The receptionists need to pay a little more attention to detail as they could be costing passengers thousands of pounds if they are unable to fly or get test results within time due to these errors.

This was my go-to place since the beginning of the pandemic because of the great service and the smooth experience.Unfortunately, this is no longer the case as todays adventure proved it: instead of improving the service, almost every aspect of it is now worse.No one answers the phone.The data on the website pertaining to the PCR is misaligned with what is required once you arrive.The appointment, which was confirmed in-person two days ago, suddenly vanished.For some reason, the data form (which they had) was once again requested to be filled.Two things remained pretty good: the medical staff, and how easily they can get paid.Which is the only reason why I would give them two stars.

Will never forgive what Dr. Lubna did to my arm. I had two small bumps on my arm and she carelessly injected way too much steroid into them and now there are large deep indents in my arm. The clinic has refused to fix them and my arm will probably be damaged for life. Avoid Dr. Lubna and dermatology at this clinic.

I dont usually post comments online for anything or anyone but yesterday I was just so glad that its Dr. Shachi who I met at Medcare JBR. She not only provided all the information that I need and showed mastery in her field, but also was genuinely caring and warm. I also felt seen and not racially discriminated as Ive encountered some doctors here in UAE who treat people based on where they came from.

She finished in max 10 mins. But, the worst part is, after coming home I was able to clean better. Not at all satisfied with the cleaning.

The Medcare JBR Doctors and support staff always impressed me.The Physiotherapy department is a very big value add to the Clinic. Dr. Raheemuddin Mohammed who run the clinic is well experienced, very efficient, friendly and goes beyond just the treatment.He starts the treatment after understanding the root cause of the problem, gives confidence to patient first and explains the dos and donts that will truly supplement the treatment.My experience so far has been pleasant and in a few sittings, I can see clear progress. Keep up the excellent work.

I visited Medcare JBR after experiencing significant neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Anas Seeda accurately diagnosed the issue and referred me to his medical team member Mohammed Raheemuddin (BPT) for physiotherapy. During my first session Raheem took the time to better understand the source of the pain, explaining that recent rise in neck and spine injury due to individuals working from home and not having appropriate work setup i.e. kitchen table.Raheem patiently worked with me over a 5 week period addressing the pain through physiotherapy. He assisted me in correcting my posture, improving my physical awareness and rebuilding my confidence to get back to an active lifestyle.What I greatly appreciated was the close collaboration between both Dr. Anas and Raheem throughout my recovery journey. Medcare truly offers medical professionals who are experts in there respective space. If you are staying at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach, this is the perfect place for taking the PCR test you currently need for traveling, as it is located in the same building as the hotel. Swab was taken very carefully by trained personell and the results were received by email within a few hours. Test was accepted at DXB and MLE without any complaint. Price for one test (150 AED) is reasonable.

Wanted to make a PCR-Test today. Booked an appointment in advance. After I arrived on time they took my passport and told me that will get the results after maximum 36 hours. After waiting for over one hour to take the test they told me that the results will take 36-48 hours and recommended me to go to another clinic, because I needed the results on time due to a flight I need to take. Wasted one hour of my life.

Horrible experience. They accepted walk-ins and made appointment holders wait - we waited for 90 minutes of our test with an appointment. If anyone made a noise, they were let in before other waiting customers. The results were to reach us by email within 24-36 hours and did not come for more than 48 hours! We had to go all the way back a couple of hours before our flight completely stressed and get it printed. Wonder if it is under the Medical Department or Govt. of Dubais purview to check terrible service like theirs.

HORRIFYING DERMATOLOGY EXPERIENCEI went to Dr. Lubna in June 2020 to get smoother appearance on my arms. As you can see, my arms are bumpy. She suggested injecting two of the bumps with steroids, but she injected it so much that it has caused massive atrophic scarring. I’ve spoken to multiple dermatologists and they’ve said that the issue was that she overinjected the bumps, but one of the worst parts of this process has been that she didn’t want to admit this and said that it was an allergic reaction and I signed a form stating that I knew the risks when I had the procedure. The issue with having a dr not admit their mistake is that they won’t agree easily to fix it.After much wrangling, the clinic agreed to do PRP for me in November 2020 to help fix it, but the atrophic scar remains and it has only gotten worse because it is now a blueish-red. Dr. Lubna suggested I use eucerin skin lightening cream and moisturizer to fix it, but I’m pretty sure this has made it worse. She also gave me a foundation sample and suggested I cover it everyday (I already knew I could use foundation to cover bumps on my arms - I wouldn’t go to the dermatologist if I wanted to cover spots with foundation)The clinic says there is nothing they can do to fix it and they have not provided any compensation (though they gladly took my money to make a mess of my arm in the first place). I am so unbelievably upset when I look at my arm everyday, she completely destroyed my self-confidence. I’ll be raising a medical complaint. Please, please avoid this clinic for dermatology.

PCR Covid Test didnt come back in time. Had problems obtaining results from staff. Everyone told me to go to somebody else and I was sent in a circle. Would not recommend for PCR test you need within 48 hours.

One of the worst experience ever.I have sent my client to Medcare JBR branch for PCR test but they werent able to get result after almost 35 hours. The staff werent helpfull who was on the phone when following up.Mena Lab is much cheaper and their result is out earlier then than Medcare so, do not put yourself in trouble by booking PCR with Medcare because you will just waste your time, money and in the end up missing your flight.If you cant give result on time then kindly do not accept patient at your clinic and advise them go somewhere else so people will not suffer at least.

Avoid this hospital. Cannot deliver a simple test result after more than a day which takes 1-2 hours in other hospitals. Horrible customer service, painful to deal with the call center!!

Avoid Rosalyn Karlsson - she claims to be a gynecologist but she has no knowledge. How did she get this job? No idea, words cannot describe how incompetent she is. Maybe she can check your vagina but do not let her advice you on your pregnancy. A disaster.

There is no valet even though they say there is. After getting lost in the parking and arriving 15min late to my appointment the doctor complains to me that I am late. If the management of the parking/valet would be decent I wouldn’t be late. Ridiculous that I have to explain myself for being late. Worst customer service ever. I will not come back here

I have been visiting Medcare JBR for last three years and their service has been quite good. Lately, I had severe neck pain and I have been undergoing regular physio session under Dr Mohammed. I must say the pain has reduced significantly and I am feeling much better than before. The other services and staff professionalism at the hospital are equally good.

Staff here don’t make any preparation for children’s vaccination even if you have taken an appointment in advance and told them exactly which is needed.

Great nursing staffs they have. I consulted with Dr. Nashwa who is very professional and really take care of you. Good experience overall. Appointment slots fixed by central call centres are I believe bit short, which results in more waiting time for patients outside. But I saw staffs really workhard to cover up those delay issues.

However when I arrived they told me doctor was on leave!!! I didn’t get any message about the cancel even phone call. Don’t come to here just waste your time!

Very good experience with my Dr. Amela B./Internal Medicine. Shes amiable, motherly and takes the time to get back to me if I have additional clarifications. Every visit was comforting and good service all the way. Same also for their nursing staff who are flexible and helpful with requests and queries. Good job MedCare JBR team :)

They need A LOT more practice in medicine! Keep in mind that this is just a clinic, not a real hospital or real practicing physicians. They’re not surgeons. They gonna do as little as possible to charge as much as possible. The ENT “specialist” told my wife her tonsils are infected because people from Russia don’t drink enough water. That’s the level you’re dealing with here.

I highly recommend Dr.Mohammed Raheemuddin for physiotherapy. I was terribly in pain in my knees. Thank God Dr. Mohammed helped me alot to get over my pain with a great exercises and electric therapy. I feel less pain and improving alot because of his great effort.We recommend Dr. Mohamed Rahim El-Din for physical therapy. I was suffering from pain in my knees, and when I went to Dr. Mohamed, he helped me a lot by relieving the pain to a great extent by doing bone strengthening exercises with knee massage therapy.
