It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I had my nose bleeding so I was endorse to him as he is the ENT Dr. in this clinic. He would take time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He was too concern of my health that he would like to see the progress every single day until it healed. He is my highly recommended ENT Dr.As to the clinic in general the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care, in fact I made friends with few during my multiple visits. The place is great, the space is well utilized with a decent interior designs that makes it calm and comfy ambiance.Busy hours are around afternoon. No respect for timing. Clinic will ask you to wait for >60 mins even you have confirmed appointment. I had to walk out after 30 mins of wait as 3 patients were still waiting before me. Reason given was, customer care double book one time. How it is possible to have 2/3 appointments at one time.

Short on staff.. they are not able to manage appointments.. Average waiting time with appointment is 40 mins... Better have a free day from work if planning a visit to this branch.

Not a day goes by where I do not think about what this clinic did to my arms and become saddened.I went to Dr. Lubna in June 2020 to get smoother appearance on my arms. As you can see in the picture, my arms are bumpy. She suggested injecting two of the bumps with steroids, but she injected it so much that it has caused massive atrophic scarring. I’ve spoken to multiple dermatologists and they’ve said that the issue was that she overinjected the bumps, but one of the worst parts of this process has been that she didn’t want to admit this and said that it was an allergic reaction and I signed a form stating that I knew the risks when I had the procedure. The issue with having a dr not admit their mistake is that they won’t agree easily to fix it.After much wrangling, the clinic agreed to do PRP for me in November 2020 to help fix it, but the atrophic scar remains and it has only gotten worse because it is now a blueish-red. Dr. Lubna suggested I use eucerin skin lightening cream and moisturizer to fix it, but I’m pretty sure this has made it worse. She also gave me a foundation sample and suggested I cover it everyday (I already knew I could use foundation to cover bumps on my arms - I wouldn’t go to the dermatologist if I wanted to cover spots with foundation)The clinic says there is nothing they can do to fix it and they have not provided any compensation (though they gladly took my money to make a mess of my arm in the first place). I am so unbelievably upset when I look at my arm everyday, she completely destroyed my self-confidence. I’ll be raising a medical complaint. Please, please avoid this clinic for dermatology.

Not a good experience with Dr.Latta. I had an ultrasound and my bladder was not completely full and the nurse called me in. I told the dr that I’ll wait and drink more water but she said that she’ll check and tell if it’s full or not. It wasn’t full and then she said that you have to come again after 4 days because you had your ultrasound already. I said that I’ll wait and she can see other patients but she said no you have to book another appointment. I had an ultrasound with dr.shalini and she was amazing. She waited for me till my bladder was full then called me and did my ultrasound again. We need more doctors like her. Not at all happy with dr.latta and the nurse.

I had my second delivery in Medcare Women and Children hospital. I was consulting Dr.Shalini Krishna in the Discovery Garden clinic and she was so amazing throughout my journey. The whole pregnancy was during such testing times (covid and lockdown) and she guided me extremly well throughout. I delivered a baby girl and it was a normal delivery. Dr.Shalini came to the hospital and was there all through and was so helpful during the whole process and made me feel at ease. Overall a great place for pregnancy and delivery!

The worst service ever! We had pcr test and its more than 24 hours and lady on the phone is saying you will receive tomorrow morning insallah. Worst hospital never ever again!!!!

Very pleased to share my experience with Dr. Shalini (OB-GYN) at MedCare, Discovery Gardens. I was very well taken care by Dr. Shalini and her team throughout my pregnancy and post-pregnancy. I had very experience, had to wait minimum 1 hour evrry time even having confirmed appointments. Behaviour of front office staff is very bad, they started arguing whenever I questioned for delay.Can the top management of MEDCARE look into this matter?Better avoid going to this clinic.

My wife and I have been visiting this clinic for more than 4 years now. My two younger kids have been delivered by Dr Shalini. Extremely good doctor and always available to make her patients feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Overall the staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

This place is full of unprofessional and uneducated doctors with the fastest checkup and x-ray vision. Hi, open your mouth? Yea, its a virus. Thake these antibiotics, panadol, cough syrup, and few more strong medications. neeeeeext patient!! - But I still have some antibiotics that you prescribed last week, I have a high fever (39 degrees) for 4 days?- Its a virus, I looked at your thought.And it turns out after a few days it was not a virus, but very dangerous pneumonia caused by bacteria. Of course, for that, I had to go to a proper clinic, not this MedCare joke.

One of the many reasons of why I choose to visit this clinic is because of their amazing doctors and nurses to their reception staff. They all are excellent but except the family Dr. Hiba Azzam. I said my stomach distress and my back painful due to lifting heavy things. I asked her to prepare same routine medicine for my 3 months business trip. However, she gave me the prescription only for stomach ignoring my back disease and other request. In addition, she arbitrarily demanded me making blood test.I experienced a very awful doctor in this clinic. I will never see this family doctor again.

I had a very bad experience. I had got sick on 26.10.2019 (pain in throat, fever, running nose) and booked appointment with Dr Hiba Azzam. She examined me and in the report wrote both influenza and respiratory Infection. Then as a prescription she advised to take antibiotics, loratidine and panadol for cold and flu for few days .(Of course, I didnt take antibiotics, meaning how can I take antibiotics without any test whether it is bacterial infection or virus ? And it is known that for virus antibiotics wont be effective). She said that would be good to take a throat and nose Swab to indicate the origin of the sickness and meanwhile, the results of tests would be ready, I have to take the prescribed medicine. It has passed almost one week since the Swab test, and today I couraged myself to call them reminding to send results to my email. The report for throat Swab was super short--NON PATOGENIC bacteria and nurse wrote that Influenza is Negative, by one sentence, not sending even the report. If I cached neither bacteria nor virus, how could I got sick? So, dear clinic, can you please explain this uproficiency?

Summary:Negligent staff even if the patient is a pregnant woman with a certain serious issue.We are filing a complaint to Dubai Health Authority and won’t rest until they shut this place down.DetailsWe made the mistake of following up with a doctor in this place at my wife’s early pregnancy stages.Every time we visit they ask for check ups and tests (probably just to get insurance money)Our insurance covers maternity yet they asked us to co-pay (I found out later when we changed to a real medical establishment)My wife had to chase them for her test results to the extent that when important tests were due they didn’t say that the values were high enough to affect the preganancy. They remembered to call 10 days later to tell her about this. Thank God we acted quickly and moved to another place after we chased for the results for 3 daysAvoid this place

Very bad Hospital. All medcare are not good. I had very bad experience on last Saturday with orthopedic doctor and the nurse lied to me as well. No body bother to call back and they just give missed call and then I call back no one answers.

I have visited yesterday at MMCDG and I approach the reception for my appointment after a few minutes they get my BP and the nurse told me my BP was normal after a few minutes they bring me to doctor Hiba Azzam Aldabbagh she told me that my BP was high (195/88) why you give prescription of Ibrufen if my BP is high? Ibrufen is a pain reliever if Im not mistaken even i was in terrible pain of headache and i not satisfied on her service she just ask me if I need a Sick leave not all Filipino want a sick leave for your information make your service better.

Customer service went down the drain. Use to be a loyal user of medcare but now their service really suck. Book my kid to see the doctor. For 4 days they called me to cancel my booking as the doctor apparently had emergencies. When I asked the manager to call me, they promised me it will happen but it never did.What happend ?
