Bad service and bad experience at all. I did a covid test yesterday at ten oclock PM ,on the basis of the result will be ready this afternoon, as stated by the agent fahad, but unfortunately i did not receive it at that time. so after waiting for along time, i tried to call them,i was trying for several time but no one they werent responding at all. finally i received it at the evening and here is the biggest issue for, because the result has been ready after 4 hours (( at 2 PM )) but they didnt send it to me. because of that i lost my job bcz Im not allowed to enter the building without pcr.

I got the result PCR result within 4 hours only with the help of the pharmacy manager Dr.Tiba as I have been dealing with this pharmacy for a long time and the customer service Mr.Abdulmonem at a cheaper price than a well-known hospital I did the test with them before 2 days of my flight and I didn’t get my result and even they didn’t return back my money

Dra. SABARI the best doctor that ive met. Since our first meeting she is there to be a supportive doctor and guide my pregnancy journey. Later on I was diagnosed having a oligohydramnios in my 24th weeks of pregnancy which can leads to premature or early delivery of my child but dra. Sabari did her best to take care of my baby’s health she gave me all the medicines that I needed to take to increase my fluid level and reach the right month of giving birth, She is also the one who conduct my delivery last week and I am so happy that it is a successful delivery. I would like to commend Dra. Sabari For her dedication to help all the soon to be moms and also Al Tadawi Medical Center for hiring such a professionals.

Al Tadawi Medical Centre is the fastest so far on doing COVID 19 Test, It took me less than 10 mins today from registration to swab test. It is also cheaper today (AED 110) the original price is AED 130, compare from hospitals and mall testing centre. I hope the result will release less than 24 hrs. Kudos to the nurse who did the test on me she has light hands and I dont feel any pain or discomfort on both test.

Paid 350 AED for a 9 hours PCR test. Did the test at 0920, received results at 19:08,almost on 10 hours after my flight departure. But the result stated that the test has been done at after 15:00

Very bad service. i came to see a doctor and was sitting for more than an hour and people come and go before and after me. they only care if you know the doctor.i had to go down and try to find where is the doctor and he was chating with someone and giving personal advices while we were waiting.when i came they told me only 2 in front of me, so i just sat down and waited. then waited more and more. when I asked to just go they just gave me my ID and let me go. not interested why I am leaving or trying to fix the issue.never will go there again. it was a bad experience.

I came to this medical centre with the understanding that they had a rapid COVID-19 test available. After speaking with the gentleman at registration, he informed me I could get a 6 to 9 hour rapid results test for 500 AED.Since I had to arrange for an overseas trip early the next morning I needed this top priority test in order to have the negative test results, prior to my flight out of Dubai.Not only did the test results not arrive in time, but I had to call eight or nine times throughout the entire next day before I could finally get the certificate.I was unable to leave the country, had to book a new flight which became very costly, in addition to arranging a hotel until I was finally able to depart.Never was there any sort of apology nor was there any empathy whatsoever for the ordeal I went through. When I mentioned I needed a refund for the test as well as reimbursement for my additional travel costs, I was told my complaint would be forwarded to management.Of course I have yet to hear anything. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by this facility.

Worst of the worst experience i came for PCR test for my friend unprofessional management. If its possible i would have given less than 1 star.

Very bad customer service. I went for covid test yesterday and they were selling different plans for covid reports - high price for getting report in 9 hours, and normal price for getting reports in 24 hours. Even after paying double the normal rate, they say reports will take 24-36 hours. If they take so much time, why do they charge so heavily in the name of getting quick reports. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR PATIENTS HAVING SYMPTOMS. THEY DONOT GIVE REPORTS ON COMMITED TIME

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR COVID 19 TESTING , BECAUSE OF THEM I MISSED MY FLIGHT , THEY DIDNT SEND ME A LINK TO PRINT THE CERTIFICATE AND THEIR TEST DOES NOT SHOW IN THE AL HOSN APP OR THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM , I ONLY RECEIVED SMS THAT LOOKED LIKE A SCAM. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

On the call center I asked to book a PCR test and they gave me a different number to book my test. I called and the lady who picked up was the rudest person I ever talked with “who gave you this number?”, I explained and without even asking the date she told “I will check availability and call you in 2 min”, i waited 1h, I called back some times never picked. Called Call center again and no one was helpful. If you are trying to make a PCR test better go straight to other hospital.

Very very BAD experience!I visited Tadawi to do Covid-19 test. I had to wait for 3:30 hours before i do the test. During that time, I had to leave the place for a while and come back, and when i got back i saw the same people are still waiting! I waited for 45 minutes. What really made me angry is that when I talked to the employees in the reception i saw my paper were still in the reception desk!

I had an appointment for a Covid test at my hotel at 6pm. I needed this to travel less than 2 days later.No one came.We tried calling the medical center and the WhatsApp number I had been given, no one answered.The nurse eventually showed up at 9pm whilst my husband and kids were in bed and I had gone out for dinner (after being late for an hour, because I was waiting to get tested).The nurse said she was told that we were home ???We ended up cancelling our plans the next morning to get tested somewhere else, and be sure to have our test results on time.Meanwhile I texted the medicinal center’s WhatsApp contact I had, explained what happened and received zero apologizes or explanation.I feel they have wasted our time and energy, putting us in a stressful situation when we needed results on time for our Travels.

I was there to do my covid 19 test. Everything went very fast and I felt very save. During my stay there I met a French lady who supported and went with me through the test. She was kind answered all the questions for me I had regarding the test. I would come there again. 👍

I have visited Al Tadawi pharmacy for a medicine which was not available but Mrs. Taiba Hamzah was a great person who supported me and contacted me proactively twice to follow up on my request and she managed to provide the medicine which I needed badly. I really appreciate Mrs. Taiba dedication and support and kindness, she is a value added for health sector. I wanted to share my experience and share the special thanks for amazing service.

Had to go to the Gynaecologist there - she was really good! Clinic personnel are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Though its a bit on pricey side, would definitely recommend this place for your medical needs :)

No one answering on HR

I visited this Medical Center to do my Covid test. The operator in the reception never took the patients by their turn, instead he was prioritizing on his own (mainly based on nationalities) and was giving invalid justifications when I asked him. I had to wait for more than a hour for him to do the registration. It is really mandatory to have a token system in this hospital. Worst experience!!!

Disgusting experience . We paid for the pcr test triple times the price just to receive it on time before our flight . They didn’t answer even 24 hours after . We missed our flight all because of their trash commitment and professionalism.

Terrible service and terrible staff, we waited for two hours to get COVID-19 test in a very crowded room. No one tells you what to do, theres not a clear process, we had to fill out paper forms and wait for the employee to enter the data to the system. In conclusion, terrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very bad experience on this hospital. Given test and paid extra money for getting result in 48Hours, but result came after 3 days in an sms without any report. While i checked with DHA ,they informed that no test carried over through DHA. Several times i tried to contactclinic and sent mails too,No response.

I am writing this review at the peak point of disappointment. I gave for testing Covid 19 on 14 - May - 2020. At the time of testing i got informed that i will receive the result in 5 days. After 5 days i called to your hospital then they said that it will take upto 7 days. Now its been 9 days and still i didnt receive the result. I can continue my work only if i got the result. Please dont do like this. I am expecting an immediate response in this matter. I am requesting the authorities to solve my problem as soon as possible.
