Dont bother with appointment they give 0% effort on coordination and people with appointment still have to wait and 3 people who came after me with no appointment got to see the doctor before me …?!?!? Is this even a health center? Even going emergency you have to wait depressing to see kind of quality in UAE

Very bad service. Went for my 1st dose on time.it was 4 to 5.but at 4pm they said they closed already. They had to work until 5.but staff left around 4.20. I was standing outside after drive 1 hour from dubai to sharjah. It was very hot. Really disappointed . I hope management will take action

Went for 1st dose of Sinophram vaccine, I had an appointment at 12:15pm, went to the Centre at 11:40 for registration but long wait until my turn came at around 1:40pm. The process is slow as only two locations inoculation were administered. Hopefully, they can fast track the process in future.

I came there just to check my blood pleasure, I was dizzy and light headed by the time I get there but they refuse to get my BP checked and asked me to register first to before they do anything. Its an emergency and the que to get registered is long. Useless to call a health care center they dont even help.

As a Government clinic, I experienced a very co operative staff and Services.All medical Staffs and Doctors were very polite and service oriented. All my my visits (more than 30), I didnt have any bad experiences. Thanks DHA.

Very bad experience yesterday (4PM) the lady in the entrance is very DISRESPECTFUL. I understand i dont have appointment but im seeking for treatment. I know you just doing your job but not that way your in a public service we shouldnt be treated that way because we are not arabic. I hope what happened to me wont happen to others. Keep safe all no one cares!

I recently took influenza vaccine for my kid Muhammed Ahsan from DHA Tawar Health Center. Vaccine is absolutely free of cost for kids. I am appreciating DHA for this great movement. Tawar clinic also done great service. The nurses are very good, kind with well knowledge. I would like to extend special thank you for the professionalism, adaptability and the way they handle kids during vaccination.

I found Al Tawar health center management very honest and dedicated, because I had a bad experience with Al Tawar , and I complained to DHA about simple registration took hours, although medical staff are very good and cooperative. The Good thing is DHA not only took action but Al Tawar called me and vowed to resolve this issue. After few days I visit again and really they solve the issue and quickly register... This is very rear specially in Hospitals that if you report they do some action above words

Highly disappointed... after paying for consultation which isnt needed , only for them to tell me ,the treatment isnt available and referred me to nad al hamar. When I arrived the health center, they are asking why I was referred to the WRONG place in the first place. Time and money waisted which I could have used in a private clinic and saved time.

This is our nearby health center and we go there for our health needs. Has a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Child health services are perfect here. Good nurses are a plus. Most of the doctors here are very knowledgeable.

Dubai Health Authority (Dubai government) operated Medical Centre. Vaccination for all children done here free of cost. Very neat, clean and calm hospital. Very friendly staff.

Excellent facility provided by DHA. Good for initial assessment and primary treatment. Well experienced nurses are the highlight here.

The doctor was good .. but the staff dosent want to work

No help, directions or pleasant staff. And when the medical fitness test is ready, no message. No one EVER picks up the phone and no delivery either. Find another place for the compulsory test.

You can go with gps only as no signs.inside you must ask where to do as no signs also for ladies waiting area so small.you may sit long time not know when to finish as anyone comes after you may enter without knowing why.after taking sample they said come after 2 days .when I went they said no you paid not urgent come after 3 days.So every thing is misleading.

The center includes a branch of the Roads and Transport Authority for registering vehicles, a pharmacy for purchasing medicines, a sewing shop for adjustments to your clothes, a shop for glasses, a branch of the dnata travel agency, in addition to branches of the Dubai Chamber and Department of Economic Development. If you want to have a refreshing drink after completing these tasks, visit Caesars Restaurant & Sweets to savor the most delicious flavors.
