I honestly cant take the team enough for the lovely experience, everyone from reception, nurses, and my super lovely OB Gyne Dr. Namrata was amazing. Their antenatal package is super worth it and perfect for mummas like me who either dont have an insurance or have a waiting period for theirs, everyone was so helpful and it covers almost everything that you need. My OB Gyne Dr. Namrata Jadhav is heaven sent to me, she is everything I could ever ask for, she answers all my queries, available to me 24/7 to make sure that everything is going well with my pregnancy, she delivered my baby and everything was smooth, she was empathetic and is very knowledgeable, when she told me i will deliver in less than 2 weeks, well sure enough I did. We were searching for a doctor who can pacify my wifes fobia of pricking & injection which is unavoidable during a C- section.We were more concerned due to wifes age factor &  2nd Cesarean after 15 years gap. (During 1st C section at India  we had compelled doctor to give general anesthesia before giving spinal injection as she will move the body & wont allow to inject if shes  awake during pricking )Keeping all this in mind we explained our situation to Dr. NAMRATA who listened to us very carefully & gave us confidence & support. After duty hours also she was available to answer WhatsApp or call 24x7! for any doubt or emergency. She organised every thing from booking hospital till delivery & discharge.Wife was very much surprised that 2nd day after C section she was able to walk unlike 1st C section .After C section we understood that Dr. NAMRATA is such a lovely angel at heart and a thorough and passionate  professional who guided us through. We were looking for a regular full body checkup for my mother & I booked it with Zia. The medical center is really good, the reception staff was really accommodating. Through out the check, we were assisted by one of their team members guiding us about tests and all. We really loved their services. Will definitely book one of their health checkups for myself too.

I highly recommend Dr. Maria Thomas .She is an artist with magical touch, Dr.Maria is the only doctor I trust so far. My skin looks much healthier and glowing since I start with her, and results are magical. She is with full of knowledge and very professional, she knows what your skin needs. My Botox treatment was fantastic, and following with my mesobheraphy sessions my skin looks at least 10 years younger. I love her 😍

I had a terrible bout of adult acne last October and Dr. Maria was just fantastic in treating my skin. Unlike most dermatologists who prescribe Roacuutane as the first choice she said we would resort to it as a last option. She treated me with a combination of antibiotics, peels and microneedling and over the course of several months my skin has had a drastic improvement. I cannot recommend her enough. She is super patient, has a lovely warm personality and really looks after you!

Back in February when I was diagnosed with COVID 19, I was already taking homeopathy treatment for another illness. I continued with homeopathy treatment for covid too. The treatment prescribed by Dr. Rozina helped me recover from covid within a week. The medicines helped me keep the symptoms mild (sore throat, body pain) and ensured a quick recovery. The most unprofessional center with the most unprofessional doctors and reception staff. One of their internal medical doctors was going to severely harm me giving me bad medication claiming it is natural and on top if that she rejected my insurance which is approved by the center thinking she provides exceptional advice even before seeing me for the appointment!!There reception kept calling me for appointments despite me telling them I will never visit their center again making me block their number not to be spammed

My daughter 11 years old suffered from acute allergic coughs which started in March 2020. Tried with medications since December 2020 with antibiotics, couph syrup, steroid, everyday nebuliser. But there couldnt be any improvement. I was scared looking at her getting impatient with continuous coughing. One of my colleagues advised me to visit Dr. Rozina at Zia medical centre to try with homeopathy. She started the treatment and I could feel the changes in 2 months time and in a span of 4 months time she got cured completely. We had booked Al Zia for a event for which we required PCR tests every 3 days for all the crew working. Al Zia was very professional and did a great job in getting all the results on time.

Terrible! agreed to do a test for the evening, filled out a huge form, waited for someone to come, nothing said. I wrote to them myself, they said oh, we wont come today, lets go tomorrow. we agreed well for tomorrow we refined the time again we are waiting again someone didn’t come someone didn’t write that they wouldn’t come.

I went to the clinic with my wife to do a medical check, and we have to say that we had the best service ever from front office to the doctors the attention and predisposition from everyone was outstanding.If I have to do it again definitely I’ll choose Zia Medical.

I took the essential package, went to the center for the test and the experience was superb! I like the center’s atmosphere, ambiance, and cleanliness. The customer service of all the staff assisted me was amazing. Starting from Muno, Mia for her warm welcome, Efrel and Julie who assisted me throughout the test, Julie, Shabana and Seichan who made the procedure for me so easy. My experience was absolutely without equal. Now, I’m waiting for the result and will meet physician.

Very unwelcoming staffs and racist. Regardless of skin color and nationality they should treat everyone the same. We are all human being and frontliners should be helpful and approachable. I think your staffs are in need of proper inclination.

Zia is a really nice medical centre in a convenient location. It has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been there three times now for X-rays and MRIs. The radiology staff are always so sweet to me and really try to make me feel at ease. The scan imaging is available straight after the scan then the report follows a day or so later, for the referring doctor. The first time I went, when I was really scared about the result but also needed to fly out of Dubai the following day; the radiologist was able to speak to me (I was the last patient of the day) and reassure me that all was well and I didn’t need to worry. This made such a difference as I didn’t want to be worrying all through my trip! It’s kind gestures like this that make me feel as if they see me as a person and not just a patient or test subject!!! I really recommend this medical centre.

Dr. Albatool Abdalla the gynecologist is very passive agressive and mean, she discriminate against me and told me to get out of her office because I asked her about the medications she prescribed to me. the other doctors and staff are very nice and helpful.

Excellent orthopaedic and physio specialists there, helped me a lot with long term injuries and chronic pain. Great facilities as well, meaning that if you have blood tests, MRI, ultrasound etc that need done, you can do it all there without being sent to another medical establishment. Overall excellent in terms of cleanliness, space and staff service.

I made emergency PCR test with Zia medical center. I paid 1200AED for the test but they cannot provide proper receipt. I received two receipts one 250AED for the test and another 950AED for télé consultation (???). How ca i get refund from my company with receipt for tele consultation. I was having stomach and skin related issues, first i went to her for my stomach issue , she checked and told me everything thing would be fine in 2-3 weeks , i started my medication with her. after 4 weeks i was totally fine and was not having any stomach related prob. She is fantastic dr with lot of patience and smile on her face. She always insist to boost ur immunity with natural things. Dr who will get ur life back on track.I also started medication for my skin issue and this time she told me it will take time . I am a patient of Dr. Haroun Mann. I would like to commend him for his care and professionalism.4 years ago I underwent a surgery to correct a bunnion and hammertoe in Dubai. The surgeon botched it up and he did not monitor my recovery. I was in severe pain for years after the operation. I had consulted several other orthopaedic surgeons (not wanting to go back to the same surgeon) in Dubai, Malaysia and Ireland. They all suggested reconstructive surgery but some of it was quite drastic. Then another surgeon suggested Dr. Haroun. He was different. He went through my records and discussed my options thoroughly after listening to my concerns and what I expected to be the outcome. He gave me the opportunity to be a part of the decision making process. I underwent the surgery with him and have not looked back since. I am very happy with the post operative care and follow ups. And my recovery is on track.I would definitely recommend any one to Dr. Haroun.

I have found this clinic through sponsored post on Instagram and after seeing the reviews had recommended to one friend. She tried to contact the clinic first through email to make an appointment, she send email twice and no one replied her. After she was calling non stop for two days no one answered the phone,finally after the two days someone picked up the phone and she wanted to make appointment and take one of the packages they are offering on their website, the person on the other side told her she cant help her cuz she is not familiar with that and someone will give her call back. Here it is 4 days later no one called yet. Very unprofessional and not sure why they are wasting money on promotions when no one can take care of the people who wants to book there and spend money. Really not sure....

We have been seeing Marko Bukvic for over year now for my sons recurrent knee issue. Marko and his staff have been brilliant with their care and knowledge in keeping my son swimming competitively whilst keeping his knee safety as a priority. Facilities have everything needed, latest equipment for rehabilitation and also gym for strength and conditioning. Iqra at Zia has been very helpful from booking appointments (even when the waiting list never ends) sourcing insurance approvals to a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Definitely the best sports physio in Dubai.

Ive been seeing Steven for Acupuncture for the last 8 years and he is by far the most exceptional holistic practitioner Ive had the honour of being treated by. Zia Medical Centre where he is now practising out of is a beautiful calm and welcoming space and the team too are fantastic in administering alternative, supportive therapies as required in compliment to the acupuncture I receive. Id highly recommend both the clinic and Steven Josephs for treatments across a range of health and wellness areas.

Consulting with Dr. Rozina for homeopathy treatment has yielded very desirable results. It takes longer but avoids heavy medication and improvement is amazing.

Recently had a hydra-facial treatment done at Zia. It involves a somewhat aggressive brushing of the face and treatment with serums (without any invasive procedures or needles) to rejuvenate the skin. Right after the procedure the skin felt soft and glowy. One week after the procedure sun damage was visibly reduced (patchy skin tone and pigmentation was much less). Am currently having my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Saloni Kishor Jaiswal. I would highly recommend her to anyone having issues with their neck and back. Just right after the first session, I felt a huge improvement in my neck rotation. Her hands and moves are so light and target the exact required cervix with 0 pain whatsoever. So thankful!
