I want to share my experience of Dr. Shashikumar (Owner & Neurologist of Primacare Clinic) He is worst Doctor I have seen in my entire life. He does not have the idea or manner of how to talk to a patient or does not even try to understand the pain or problems of a patient. I met him 4 times and each time he just wants to finish in one or two minute and send out and speaks in anger when we try to explain or defend him for our problem. He just wants patients to keep on taking the medicines only. Never ever recommend anyone to visit Primacare and meet Dr. Shashikumar. Worst experience with him. Do not visit him.

Had taken an appointment before coming for 6:30 PM, I reached before time hoping the doctor would be on time as well. Where as at 6:40 the first patient is called in who is on waiting. What was the point to book and appointment and on checking with the staff - he is doctors friend! Seriously that’s how a clinic is not suppose to be functioning. The DHA should really investigate on their functioning. I will be raising my concerns as well. It’s more like a supermarket feel than a clinic. With no social distancing being followed or anyone even bothered about it.

I have contacted Ms. Deepa for the insurance card acceptance enquiry at the Clinic and she has provided me in detailed information and also informed about the Clinic timings with the Doctors details. She has very best customer service experience.

Dr. Vishali (gynaecologist) did a great job with my first ever maternity period. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful.

One of the worst clinics I have ever been to. Complete mismanagement from the staff to the doctors. Staff doesnt have any clue regarding insurance details. Doctors doesnt know what they are saying. Doctor refer to a specialist without having any clue the specialist is available in the clinic or not and confirmed the availability of the specialist with confidence again and again without knowing specialist is not available. No one has any clue whats happening in their clinic. Visit only if you are really desperate.

Dr Vaishali taken care of me before and after my delivery.. She is very nice.. The way she talked to us I felt very comfortable with her. Thanks to doctor and her supporting staff.

I had met Dr Vaishali (gynecologist)in prime hospital and she listens to all our concerns patiently and gives the best advise and treatment.

Have been to prima care speciality clinic for my back pain issue. Appointment was smooth. Doctors helped me with good advice. Along with some medicines they also suggested me some exercises. My back pain is on recovery path. Thanks for the service.

The Worst kind of service there is. Went to consult the dermatologist for my 3 months old baby on 03-June-2021 the token system not working and when inquired the staff the staff said the doctor is ready to meet you, when we went in the doctor didnt even look at the area of concern of the baby, this gets interesting now, the medicine was prescribed on another patients name and insurance, we are trying to buy the medicine and they say the prescription is not there. When we called and checked the clinic the staff said talk to the doctor , the doctor said talk to the nurse but he dont know how to transfer the call. And finally dialed again to talk to the nurse and the Nurse Beena said we have to go and consult the doctor again she cant do anything she had the audacity to make it sound like it like it is our fault. I can verify the authenticity of this review if at all anyone has a question.

Hi i would like to share my experience at Prima care clinic about Dr. Vaishali Joshi , the gynaecologists there. I had my first pregnancy under her only she is very good and humble and would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I visit Primacare clinic to meet the gynaecologist DR. Vaishali Joshi, a very experienced and polite doctor she is always ready to help. I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

All good reviews in here are for the OB Gyn Dr Vaishali and she really is the best and Ill go back to her if need be. But the others are just there. I called them in the morning for an appointment with the paediatrician. They said hes available till 2pm but we need GP reference first. I rushed to the hospital with my one year old minutes before 1pm and after the long wait for GP and seeing the GP, I was referred to the paediatrician at 1.20. And when I was headed to the reception I heard them tell someone.. Only one patient. Referred by: (GPs name). Immediately knew they were talking about my son. Asked them can I see the Doc. Guess what .. the doc left and he asked you to come tomorrow! Is this some kind of a joke? Do you guys think everyone else is jobless? Im a working mother. My son is really young. Do you know how many things i left behind for this appointment?

Worst experience. Highly disappointed. The only motive is to make money, dissatisfied patients dont bother them. Besides this they will be reluctant to prove that they are correct. They will prescribe medicines irrespective of the fact that they are covered or not in the insurance. No support from the doctor or the receptionist.Very arrogant behaiviour. Need serious training for humble behaiviour.

The lady receptionist and the guy at billing was very cooperative and understanding.and good in their job. It’s just the way the management is extremely bad.I have come for full body check up ( summer offer they had )My appointment was 9.30 am and the lab technician is not able to come till 11 am.one staff inform that there is some heath check going on thts y he can’t.No one knows what time lab technician will come.Extremely poor management. They have card machine which is working but at the billing counter as well as call center they still peruse to pay cash and say it’s been told by management. The management is extremely Poor can’t imagine this is the way they are operating . It’s extremely shocking. Will not recommend anyone to come here. Plz don’t waste ur time and most imp ur health

Very Disappointed with one of the Doctor treating a Patient very rudely.Being in hospitality industry there is no hospitality or courteous what if the insurance is not approved you mean to say dont treat the patient. and complain the insurance company is bad you keeping blaming the insurance company or you treat the patient with appropriate or alternate medication. I think they should understand this pandemic time how is the condition of the patient and come all the away...

We were dismayed of how one of the doctors has treated my family member. We couldn’t believe a general practitioner can treat a patient in a very ill-mannered way because of her own ignorance.She didn’t act like a professional. But kudos to the customer service, Asheeka(don’t know if I spelled it right) who has supported us all the way to troubleshoot the problem.

Waiting time is too long. My wife went with an appointment of pediatrician. The doctor was suppose to be available untill 2pm, However we were told to come back the next day as the doctor left at 1.20 pm. Very unprofessional. The pharmacy is for name sake as 9/10 times we will not find the medicines prescribed by the doctors.

DO NOT GO HERE.Dentists are a joke. I was forced to come back to the dentist 4 times for the same issue. And I had to wait 30-45 minutes every single time. I finally gave up and went to a better clinic. You should too.BAD, rude service. Crowded clinic. The staff roll their eyes at you or get upset if you ask them for anything at all.When you call for an appointment, they say just walk in. Why is there an option for appointments on your landline then?

This is the worst clinic in from all Clinics Ive been too. the communication is always lost in translation, they always say they will call you back and they just never call i again have to call them and explain from point A, they are so disorganized, very incompetent and lazy, they are always so confused when you ask questions or answer something different. THE WORST !!! its one thing being sik and having to deal with with people that dont know what they are doing. from the call center to the reception... its a nightmare.

Visited the clinic inthe evening for eye infection Doctors prescribed medicine which was not able with.them. informed me that they will deliver from life pharmacy or aster by 8pm. Called at 8.30 pm, informed me it is gone for approval, will be delivered by 10pm. Called at 10.15 no one answering the phone. Such irresponsible service that too on the health of person is not accepted. Request you to take the issue at a high level.

Its very bad experience. My child was suffering from high fever and doctor prescribed medicine and their pharmacy not having the medicine and advised us to go Life Pharmacy where our insurance covered.After waiting long period we have been informed medicine not covered in insurance and doctor left for the day. There s no call centre to connect doctor.

Doctors are experienced *****. But receptionist should know who doctors are available at the time. I had a conformed appointment with ENT doctors but receptionist told me doctor are not available come tomorrow simply without knowing.

We visit this clinic often and the customer service is excellent especially by Mr. Abdul Rehman.

My first visit turned to be the last visit due to the poor service and time delay. It will take your complete week if you visit there. Unfriendly reception guy will irritate you as he doesnt know the basics of customer service. The doctor just made us wait 45 minutes just to write the prescription , when I enquired they said doctor is trying to get approval for your medicine - what the farmacy person has to do. Again I went to buy medicine to pharmacy, they took a other 30 mins saying trying to get approval which the doctor claimed to have done and cost our 45 minutes earlier. Overall , experiences the worst experience in terms of all aspects and its a total disaster.

It was a good experience at the clinic Doctor Vandana phsioterapist and Doctor Rumana GP both were very helpful and cooperative.

Personally my physiotherapy sessions at the place have been an absolute fun session, with two extremely enthusiastic physiotherapists who have never let me feel the pain one goes through while doing physiotherapy.My special thanks goes to Ms. Vandana who has helped me out a lot during my tough times of rehab.

First time I had visited this clinic, and I highly recommended Dr. Zoeb who did my tooth filling & cleaning. He is very professional and caring to his patient as from time to time, he calls me to ask if there is any pain or problem I am experiencing after his treatment. Definitely, I will refer him to my family, friends, and colleagues. Appreciate so much how he assisted me.

Doctors might be experienced and qualified but i wont recommend it to anyone. I went to orthopedic doctor and he does diagonsis correctly and very experienced doctor but whats the point of so much experience and qualification when u cannot connect well with ur patients and cant give ur time, which we actually are paying you for, as consultation fees.When u think ur job is only to write prescription and attend max no. patient possible in a day.If a patients calls with some issue pls attend polietly and not talk abt how he is holding up the patients in que, it might be of irrelavance for you but for someone who is suffering after eating ur prescrived medicines it definitely isnt.Anyway i m rating 1 star as the facility is also unorganized and have to wait longer than appointment time and also saftey wise, especially during this time doesnt seem upto mark.

Very poor service from reception team..behaving like enemies..

I have been very specific to the dentist i go to. However due to Pandemic i was unable to reach my regular dentist. Someone suggested me Dr. Zoeb and i visited him. I had to do a Root Canal which is a major hurdle for anyone but for me its a nightmare. But Dr. Zoeb handled the procedure with care and cooperated with me. I have had root canal before but this one was definitely painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zoeb for Dental Treatment.Regarding the clinic- its easily accessible. Parking is Free and staff is co-operative. They definitely need to improve on their pharmacy as medicines are generally not available and i feel the pharmacy is understaffed.

I had a very pleasant experience with the dentist Dr Zoeb. Made use of the summer package for consultation and polishing along with filling a previously cracked tooth filling in an upper first molar. I would highly recommend Dr Zoeb for his efficiency as well as consultation. He gave me a very good diagnostic of my dental health and pointers on fixing it up too.

What is the benefit from booking appointments for the patient and you are not respecting that and let them to wait for hours, i will go to Ministry of Health and apply a complain

Had visited the ENT department for Acute Tonsillitis. Dr. Ragesh is very professional and precise.

Suppose you have great service some where and you are not able to get it just becauae of the attitude of the gate keeper, how would you respond. This is what happens here. The receptionists here would make you feel like in hell. They are not at all cooperative an I know a lot of people stop visiting there just because of their attitude. If you go through all these reviews the same issue is mentioned in almost all of them. The Management has to consider and take strict action against this.

They say it is first come first serve but dont act as per the same thy made me wait for more than one hour and allowed person who came aftr me (tht person not havin any appoinment also).i told the nurse that i need to pick my my child from daycare but she just ignore me nd allowed tht person to go. This is not accepted.

A multi speciality clinic, but there is one major issue here that if you have any kind of disease or injury or anything and you have insurance card than you are in great danger.. They will send you to general doctor for treatment insted of specialist even if you ask for itVice-versa if you dont have insurance card general doctor will never available for your checkup they will compulsory sent you to speciality even if dont need for that.Other vise all staff are friendly and helpful.You will never find the medicine that doctor suggested available at store and the medicine which available never come in your insurance.

The best clinic I visited ever.Starting from the reception with Mr. Abdul Rahman who has amazing and warm smile. The GP is good. The Surgeon Dr sachin is very professional, honest, he knew what exactly I need and gave the solution.The clinic is busy because it’s very good however they’re that much organized till you don’t wait in long queue like the other clinics.They texted me SMS confirming the appointment and later called me to follow up.Such a wooow service.The price is so reasonable and in normal budget with all of their super services they give.

The service in al mussala branch is very frustrating!. you still need to call them from time to time or go to the clinic right away to find out what to do next because they are not calling the patients for a schedule of request after being approved by insurance. The female reception staff did not serve the patients properly. Hopefully the management will act to improve the clinical service. #POORSERVICE!!!!!!!

I had a problem with my both eyes. When I woke up I found them swollen and itchy so I visited Primacare Medical center and met with the Dr. Shashikant Shide the Ophthalmologist there. Who assured me that this was just an allergy after that he described some eye drops for me and I can say I felt way better in less than 24 hours.Really special thanks to him and to the stuff !

I been here 10am now time is 11:54 almost two hours ago but still I am in waiting.

They have only one GP here. My wife waited for 2 hours and 20 mins after which she has been attended. That signifies poor service as you cannot make patients wait for so long. Advising against visiting this Clinic in particular.

Its been nice experience to meet Dentist Dr. Zoeb. He is friendly, humorous and very well known in his field. He removed my wisdom teeth and did root cannel of another teeth. His work is very smooth. I never seen Dentist dr like Zoeb.He completely cures my 7years problems within few days. Thanks to Dr.Zoeb. Thanks to Sister also.She is very nice and co-operative.

I visited this Medical Centre for my Sinus problem. I would say this is the best clinic ever Ive been in Dubai.I had a privileged to meet Dr.Rohit Gulati, ENT Specialist who is very friendly and experienced doctor especially for my case. Staff are so friendly and caring...Mariane is super.she is very humble and kind..all Receptionist staff are active and made my appointment very smooth and easy. How they follow up with my Company Insurance approval is outstanding!!PLUS...Convenient location..less than 1minute from Al Fahidi Metro Station.I highly recommend this Clinic.

Doctor doesnt come on time. Patients have to wait for too long. Coming to see a GP just for a referral to another specialist minimum waiting time is1.5 hours. Before I registered I already inform at the reception area that my Gyne will be out by 8:30PM but they told me that 8PM GP doctor is coming so I decided to wait. But since the doctor is unprofessional she came late (8:25PM) so I went there and finish nothing bcoz I havnt seen my Gyne doctor. I hope they can improved there service a little. It doesn’t mean that the clinic look posh the service is good already. Professionalism is important also esp in this kind of industry, were most of the waiting patients are sick. For me time is important if I only knew I wouldn’t able to see a Gynecologist doctor then I went and transferred in other clinic.Ratings: 👎👎👎

Worst Service ever recieved...visited hospital for my 3 yrs daughter who inserted 1 small paper in her Nose....at reception itself they took Aed 150 for just registering....ENT dr. removed the paper in less than 2 min as we already told tht thr is a paper in her nose....No consultation was done...while leaving again they asked for AED 150...Staff and Dr was Rude when asked questions abt why 150 extra charged..but they said its their charges nd it is fix.Also complaint to Admin Senior person..but no reply frm him...Please avoid visiting this clinic

I had done my wisdom tooth removal with Dr zoeb and as well root canal, I have never seen a Dr like Dr zoeb he is the best, he knows what he is doing and he always suggest the best, from now on my whole family will go only to Dr zoeb as cannot trust anyone, he is the best, it had taken me 6 years to decide for wisdom tooth removal but he made it look so easy that I am ready for my next teeth removal as well, I have seen my other friends suffering after the removal thanx to god I found Dr zoeb , keep up the good work
