AM for second dose.Long queue to kilometersNot managed at all. No social distancing. Even there is a chance that you will get covid by standing on this crowd.Securities will say whatever in thier mind and they dont have any idea what they suppose to do. And certainly they lost control.Good thing is that, they are picking up elderly from the queue, so that they dont need to stand the whole day out under the sun.So if youre planning to visit for vaccine please re think, and best of luck for your second doseStay safe..

Took my Covid-19 vaccine from here on 11/01/2021. Sinopharm vaccine is provided over here.Getting my second dose was a little more trickier. Be prepared for LONG queues. I had tried going twice at 4:00 am in the morning. Finally got my second dose today. Second dose is given to people who have taken first dose from the same center. Currently, first dose is not given over here so please dont waste your time for that. Vaccine is given from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm everyday. There are two queues followed over here, one for bachelors and another one for families/women. Once you get past the front gate, the other procedures is pretty fast and well organised. Try to reach as early as possible and join the queues.

I received my 1st dose of sinopharm vaccine on morning of 11th January. The process was pretty smooth and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes.I went back to the center on morning of 2nd February and there was a few kilometres long queue already at 8am. The MOH website mentioned the timings 8am to 9pm. But the security didn’t open the gate even by 8.30am. People were waiting outside without social distancing protocols. The facility doesn’t even have a pavement to stand on, ppl were standing in a rocky area outside the compound wall which is already a safety hazard, as they can fall down and get hurt badly. The security guard at the gate were not allowing ppl inside even though there was seating areas inside the center. Also they were only allowing 2nd dose, doctors and teachers to wait in queue.I couldn’t wait for long as there was no place to stand. The stoney area was very risky and I was scared I might sprain my ankle or fall, so I went back home. This whole incident reminded me of some village areas in India. Cannot believe this happened in this great country. Hope it gets better.

Guys if your going for first dose dont go in this center, my experience here is terrible Im supposed to come 15 on April, now already may 9 and I didnt get my second dose the problem for me also because May 11 Im leaving the country and how am I supposed to get that second dose. Also I noticed that they have April 8 schedule who not yet take the second dose.

Only for selected people like 60 yers above , nurses , teachers and doctors. Also a second dose who required he can get in as per the security in front of the gate. Lot of people are waiting out side in queue. It is waistline time here and a bad choice I have visited here. People are coming and going , no authority is here to talk only security here.

Dont ever take first dose from here, management is poor, you will never get second dose, I am visited min 10 times, due date is April 7. No vaccine....April 8, 15,19,25 ,27 May 2 & 6 all these days I went for 2nd dose huge crowd there no vaccine.Poor management no responsible persons. Very big crowd .... No social distance. Very terrible experience! I received my 1st dose at this center last April 01 they told me to go back April 22 for dose2 and guess, i keep on coming back till now may 25 i didnt receive my dose2! Very poor service! They dont even send us message so theres no need to spend money and wasting time to go there. 👎👎👎 Now i am suffering where to take my dose2. 😞😞😞 this is not acceptable.

Based on Pure Health saying come on Thursday like Sunday but the day will not come and went there more then 10 to 11 time also i went today No vaccine.... April 8, 15,19,25 & 27 they only took till 7 April PPL all these days I went for 2nd dose huge crowd there no vaccine.Poor management no responsible persons. ITS A HEALTH CLINIC ,BUT NOW A DAYS ITS ONLY USE FOR COVID-19 VACCINATION,HERE ARE NO OTHER SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE.

Doctors, medical staff, Teachers, government servants, senior citizens (over age of 60) and the one who has “reference” with staff working inside is entitled for COVID vaccine.If you somehow managed to get trough from Gate rest vaccination process is smooth, for me last for 10-15 minutes only.Difficult to get parking around.Not Recommended, unless you have any connection inside or you fall under their priority list.

2nd dose of Sinopharm Vaccine is now available for people who took their 1st dose from Al Qusais centre..direct walk in, no need for any appointment..very good service..

Pure Health is operating this Health centre and it is the worst place i have been in Dubai till date. No respect for people coming for Vaccination, they are shouting and in some instances also tearing apart the Vaccination card of people who are asking questions. I would strongly recommend to not take vaccine from here, my 2nd dose was on 18th April and still i have not received my 2nd dose because of these Pure health 3rd class services. The irony is they are telling us Vaccine is finished and on the other hand they are happily entertaining peoples who are coming through Pure health staff references.

Very poor management. How long it will take to arrange a Appointment system for you guys. Really pathetic. Took the first done on March 28th ,they scheduled for April 12th for 2nd dose. Every week twice im visiting there. If u go on Sunday they will say come Thursday, if sunday then thursday. Until no further notice. Dont take first dose from this place u will regret it. My second dose is so terrible try to get it but still doesn’t work . Just walk in on time but guess what sorry come Sunday cause we are so limited . Then came on time Sunday and it was crowded without manage line after I took 2 hrs waiting when I arrived that tall nurse guys says sorry come Sunday. I was so passed it was really disappointed me to came every single time stay in line and just leave cause they can’t handle it ... till now I did not get my 2nd dose meanwhile my appointment pass over couple a week for same excuse SORRY come Sunday 😤😤

Wow. Just came out of Facility after our 2nd jab on Covid-19.What wonderful, professional, helping with a smile and courtious staff at this place. Hats of to each single of the staff from security to the least official.Facility itself is very nice and time spent was just 10 minutes from A to Z. Thanks to the ministry of health as well for arranging such a wonderful world class Facility.

The day i took vaccine here was my worst day in life because for 2 dose we have to wait in sun for long hours and after waiting for so long they say come next week.Please don’t cone here for vaccine better to go to other places.

Today I drove all the way to Al Qusais and waited in line. Only to be told that today they are only vaccinating locals and no expats and the whole crowd was sent back. No issues with that but would be great if we can have a notice or know in advance, we drove a great deal, took time off from work and had someone to take care of our kids only to be told to go home.

Total Chaos, Very Dis-organized way of giving 2nd dose. Ive been coming back 6 times. Security person are very aggressive and trying yo push people away. Confirmed 2nd dose dates are not being followed. Nobody can give the proper dates, as poor people line up in the heat of the sun, not knowing they will not be given the 2nd dose. Always disappointing to get into this cente. You should arrange your service here.

Went here on March 21 to get my Covid vaccine and the process for really smooth and quick (for ladies)

Poor service. Been trying to call for how many weeks now for my fathers 2nd dose but no one is answering. He is high risk senior with comorbidity He got the first dose in this facility and sad to say we cannot go anywhere for 2nd dose.

I didnt get my second dose... whenever I went for vaccine they tell next week.... They even didnt specify any date .....

2nd dose is very difficult....because we always came there, but no vaccine available, pls come back after tomorrow,again after 2 days..etc...can i suggest to Al Quasais health center, pls.do systematic way, like when we come there, thru text& date rescheduled to come there...so it easy to you to control the people enter to the health center ,especially to the 2nd dose...this is only my suggestion.pls..thanks...same like other health center

Poor Service and unorganized contrary to what I had heard about this place. Went with family around 8:30AM and the security directed us towards the Family area. The security inside the family area asked us not to enter. Then multiple back and forths. Finally they said there is short of staff and thus will take a lot of time and cannot comment on how long. We left from there to the Huge Vaccination center setup by DHA in Health Care City. It was a quick and great experience there. Avoid this center for Vaccination unless if you have ample time.

I went there friday its closed tho it says its open on the maps the security told us to comeback on the next day saturday 3pm, so we went back and still closed. Please update your schedule. Ive wasted so much money for the taxi going back and forth for you.

Frankly, worst place to take the vaccine from. Im trying to get my second dose for past 11 days. They have no clue whether second dose is available or not.There are around 70 people waiting in the queue even by 7 am. Even though it is mentioned that the center is open till 10 AM but they dont entertain anyone after 5 pm. even the security guard is difficult to find after 5pm.

I was lucky to get in for my first dose only because Im a teacher. My second dose was supposed to be today and when I went there the security said its closed for maintenance. I hope I will get the second dose tomorrow.

Very bad center. I got my first dose of Vaccine in March 15th 2021 and its mentioned in my card second dose in April 5th. Today April 21th but still I did not have second dose. I went there many times but security not allow to come in.

You should at least inform people about the schedule you are accommodating in order not to waste time going to your location for nothing.

I have my first vaccine for covid 19 virus January 16, 2021 and all are so organized and run smoothly taking the vaccine.I went back Feb. 4, 2021 to check if the humors are true that the not allowing some people to enter or selecting only to enter the clinic even the second doze that 21 days pass. But unfortunately limited or selected by the security guard allowing to enter the clinic without any reason.For the meantime in Al Qusais Health Center are no luck even the second doze for me.I will try to other health center location for my second doze.I have a photo that been forwarded to me.Good Luck to me...

Very bad experience. I came here for vaccine and waited long time. On the website it says that it’s open from 8am-10pm. But they closed at 6 only.There is no board for timings outside the venue.Pls check the timings for the vaccine before you come.

In this center COVID Vaccine Jab is only for Families, Locals and People over 60 years. If you are an individual expat, better dont waste your time like I did driving all the way to Hire Al Anz and then to this Al Qusais Health Center. Both places had a crowd gathered but security guys where sending them back. Bad part is, those security guys were not even aware where else to go. They just say, they do not know. Bitter experience.

Worst service. Went for covid vaccineNo one is picking the call. This is a MOH center but they are not following the MOH rules. Information provided in the website is completely wrong. When I contacted MOH helpline they are giving completely wrong information. They if are not able to provide correct information better dont provide.They are accepting only doctors,nurses and teachers.

Beware of erroneous BP equipment. Unless you have low BP, their equipment will show high readings and you will be asked to reduce BP and come for vaccine. Staff are polite.

Got my Sinopharm Covid vaccine from here on 20th Jan. The facilities are well arranged and would be quick if everything is managed well. That day they were allowing only families and ladies. Hence the queue for ladies was actually much longer than for men.Unfortunately the person handling the Blood pressure counter for our queue got up and left for lunch break without informing us. We waited for nearly 45 minutes without anybody else taking over. Finally once it was highlighted to management they arranged for someone to take over. It was pretty smooth after that till we got the vaccine. But overall it took more than 2 hours.My advice would be to avoid the lunch time around 1to 2 pm.

Date:21/12/2021, big disppaoiment if you are alone mean to say as a bachelor and you dont have anybody to come along with then please dont go here and waste your time. Only family is alllowed for vaccination!!!! no bachelor as of now!!! You will get disappointed as me!! They wont answer your calls aswell.

I went here to recieve my second dose and my experience is not pleasant. I arrived at 7am and left at approximately 12:30 after recieving the vaccine.- You will find a lonnnng queue that wraps around maybe 2 blocks or more outside around the building at 6 to 7am. (If you still choose to go here, I advice to arrive VERY VERY early.)- People do not follow any safety distance when in queue.- It says they open at 8am but they started letting people in at 10:30am.- Poor management and service when it comes to giving the vaccine. They do not work well under pressure and refuse to cooperate with anyone. So if you are looking for more information or need to ask for help - asking anyone there will most likely go on deaf ears.- They will seperate you regardless if you are with your family. So if you are with your husband/wife expect to get seperated into female and male sections. (I was seperated from my older brother)- Parking will be an issue.- People have said they cut off the line in the afternoon or will run out of the vaccine so beware.- Once inside to register, be careful as people will try to cut in line - thats how disorganised it is.Go here at your own risk.

Had my covid vaccine today. A lot of residents were availing the vaccine so the wait is approx. say between 2 hrs max 3 hrs. Center opens at 8 am and i was a bit late when I came there around 8:05 am, the outdoor waiitng shed was already full. Say around 150 people where sitting - no social distancing unfortunately :( arounnd 10 to 11 am , an irate crowd was outside the gate waiting for the guard to let them in. For the males, males with family where only allowed to enter. Not sure if its an everyday occurence or policy in this center. You are given priority if you are a senior or if you brought your child with you (but then again i do not suggest bringing your kid to be exposed unnecessarily)A bit of chaos with the queue... but I hope things will definitely improve later on. But hopefully, they will improve on the chair spacing as honestly people were just a chair apart! I was praying that I wont catch the virus and probably this has contributed to my bp being higher than normal when it was taken.Ladies I spoke to said they let people in around 7:30 am.I salute all the frontliners from Pure Health who were actually there as they were very courageous. Thank you to all the UAE leaders!

Went for walk-in Covid vaccination at the Qusais Medical Centre on Thursday evening last week. We were in and out in 45 mins (queue time included). At the gate - a security guides you to the area for Vaccination. Theres a separate queue for Family/Ladies which was comparitively smaller compared to the Bachelors queue. They were also calling out senior citizens (age above 60) from the queue and giving them priority access.. same goes for ladies with small children.. No children are allowed inside the building. So if you are going with children, someone will have to stay with them outside and take turns.Once you are inside the clinic, present your Emirates ID along with the consent form, then you will have a Doctor consultation, a BP check and then the vaccination (if you are eligible). They will give you a vaccination card with the date marked for 2nd dose.Thats it.*Note - Keep a pen with you to fill out the consent form.

Second dose is available now ,today (01/06/2021) I get my second dose

Today Qusais MOH center have preference for Ladies, families and above 60 years for the vaccination.

We went early in morning at 8.00am and waste our time, only allowed 60+, teachers Dr and Nurse for vaccination. I was with my family but they did not allow us. On asking when to come next there was no answer from staff team.
