This clinic has a basic but capable setup with various GPs and specialists, and can get a little crowded (not socially distanced) when busy. They are able to do blood and other tests during the same visit.Theres a temperature check at the front, reception followed by a ticket system with announcements on the PA and TV screens that are reasonably easy to follow.The service is generally ok, with doctors and nurses that are friendly enough. However, I have been here a few times and the doctors never seem to diagnose things correctly or specifically although admittedly none of my issues I went there for were life threatening (although you may go to a hospital instead for those). This place seems more suited to go to if you already know what you need (including tests) or relatively harmless queries that are quick so they can get you in and out the door. For anything more serious or for more confidence in GP services, there are better clinics out there.

Dr. Samith was late for 30 mins on his appointment and when he came with no apology for being late, he started to check on my child with NO GLOVES OR MASK ON FULL FACE, put it under his neck nose, telling me I can check and complain at DHA as it is okay to use sanitizer only AS A DOCTOR.

I went for my PCR Test on 22nd Sept at 8.33pm yesterday.I did not receive my report even after 24hours! I had paid 150 Aed for it and they had promised the report in 24 hours. Got neither a sms nor an emailCalled them 4 times and each time got empty assurances!Finally we went to the clinic and after waiting for sometime - the lady looked for the report and gave us a print out. She mailed it to me in front of us- just received it now at 8.45!!Whole experience was very stressful as my husband’s report - we gave the samples together- came within 6 hours in the morning itself.Wonder what process they follow that in spite of calls throughout the day they couldn’t send the report to us !!

Staffs are very good, very responsive and fast in serving customers issues and concern. The process as well is very smooth and efficient. My overall experience with Aster JLT is very satisfactory. 👍🏻

Today the 24th of September 2021 I went for a Express PCR test and this place is not holding in times and constantly lying on the phone. Because of them Im missing my flight. Save your money and stay away form headache! Avoid this place at all time!

The worst clinic experience. Theres no standard practices. The staff and even head are sometimes rude in replying. Also I experienced different rates for same services to different people.

The services that I received was tremendous. Especially the staffs are pretty friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care, Mr. Arun Antony treated me so good. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Went there for a PCR test as I was close by and it was easy to park. Waiting time was short, cost was 150 aed and the nurse performing the test was very efficient and gentle. It was fast and the least uncomfortable than Ive ever experienced. I got the result back within 6 hours. All in all great experience (if you can call that a PCR test)))

They should hire a competent laboratory technician. I went for a medical test a week ago, received a big bruise in my arm and ideally not on the correct area to draw blood. The bruise gets worse everyday.

NEVER VISIT ASTER CLINICS ! they have the worst service ever. WHY ?I had visited one of their doctors on 23 August 2021 7:40 PM and the doctor had asked to run couple of blood tests and on that basis they took a sample of 4 test tube.ON 24 August , Aster Clinic personnel calls me to ask me if the insurance was purchased personal or by my employer (NONSENSE QUESTION)TODAY 26 August , another Aster personal requested me to call my insurance since none of the tests requested by the doctor got approved.Calling my insurance company , they confirmed that after 10 min from sending approval request on 23 Aug evening they sent an email for additional information BUT TILL DATE no ANSWER !WHAT SERVICE IS THAT ! No one cares and thats just a simple blood test thing !!!

If I could give this branch ZERO STARS, I WOULD! This LOW clinic with their LOW STANDARD service and staff made me pay for my MMR vaccination twice claiming that I am actually paying per dose and not for the whole vaccine!!When I first reached out to them to inquire about the price, they gave me the price of the MMR vaccination all together which was what I paid when I got the first dose!!! There was no mention, EVER, during my calls or even my visit that the payment is per “dose”!!!I show up for my second dose and they say I have to pay AGAIN!! They also quote me TWO DIFFERENT prices one at first and a diff HIGHER one after arguing with them and tryna understand how on earth does their payment system work!! And how is it okay to not let ur client know beforehand that they’re just paying for part of the service only to surprise them later with MORE HIDDEN CHARGES!The staff made an excuse of not knowing how many doses the vaccination took and therefore not being able to explain the separate two diff payments beforehand!! Ok so who should know??!! Part of your work is to quote patients the costs correctly, isn’t it!They’re just a bunch of money suckers!! They will quote u different costs, make u pay twice for the same service, rob ur money and then excuse their mistakes and theft on their ignorance!!ONLY GO HERE IF U WANNA GET ROBBED!

Slowest and laziest receptionist/cashier amongts all Aster clinics I’ve been. They will only answer you yes and no in all of your questions. Not helpful at all. Nurses will ignore you by all means. Try other Aster Clinic. Not this branch.

I will Not be visiting this clinic ever again as in my opinion it is not systematically organized. In my experience having gone to this clinic a few times , each occasion I’ve had to wait between one to two hours only to eventually complain and then be told they are sorry and had mis placed my slotted time and would I mind waiting a bit longer!

Worst place to go. I know two people besides me who got a positive corona result although I have been negative. This caused massive stress as I needed to test at another facility. They work very unhygienic, would recommend anyone to go there!!!!

Stay away. I came here to do a PCR test for screening. Around 20-25 people one next to the other, pharmacist with the mask under the nose, passing the same pen to everyone to fill the form. No AC running to have at least the air flowing. I do prc on weekly basis for work and first, and surely last time I come here

This place is realy a problem. I went there to make pcr test for my wife the whole place is a core of danger. You are welcomed by security guard who is responsible to give you a form to sign and fill. The area is crowded and fill the place and a lot is setting outside under sun light with no shade. The test procedure it self is a mess every 20 to 30 min. He will start shouting for 5 numbers and lot of people do not hear his voice as they are outside. Is this a professional way. I am really very disappointed and it will be the 1st and last experience with them

From my past and current experience I would like to express my gratitude to the great service provided by ASTER JLT for COVID PCR testing. I am doing the test since past 3-4 month and I never ever had complaint or delay, i always gets the report on time. I highly appreciate all the staffs working there for the support.

Got to the clinic , filled out the forms and submitted it. Other set of white people came in took the forms and submitted after I and my friends, only for the person to call them before us.He started saying forms were numbered. If they were numbered then how come people that came after us were called first. This is what I call complete racism.

Would not advise to go here, very disappointed and disgusted in the service I received, I am not one to ever wright a review but I am that annoyed. I came into the clinic to get my bloods done like my doctor had suggested they said they would send me my results or call me they never did so I followed up myself when I called they told me I was never there that day? And they have no recorded of me being there and someone taking my blood? Long story short they have misplaced/lost my blood. Receptionist are really rude and don’t talk to you just tell you to sit down, every one is just sitting there waiting for hours, I could go on and on.

For covid testing, opens early for Covid Tests around 7.20 am it starts. When you reach there register on the right side shop, with Board Aster Pharmacy converted to registration room. Once form filled and a person there gives copy of your Emirates Id, take it to clinic and pay. Then wait for your turn when called. Thats it.

A solid mixture of INCOMPETENCE AND ARROGANCE! Promising services and deadlines they do not meet without caring of the consequences for the patient/client. If this company is an example of UAE Medical Services, then better reconsider your medical treatments!

Highly not recommended for orthopedic cases. Ive experienced unbelievable amounts of neglect to my case and the way they write the report to the health insurance with wrong and inaccurate information that made the insurance rejected the approval not once but twice. Dr name is Ankush Bansal.

Very unpleasant experience with Aster Clinic JLT. My mother broke her finger and we went there for first aid. After two hours and several different doctors we finally reached the surgeon. His conclusion was to wear a finger splint and make a super extremely urgent operation at AED 8000. Worth mentioning that the doctor’s cabinet didn’t look equipped at all, it was just a room with cheap furniture where nothing reminded about medical services, even the doctor didn’t wear the white robe.We contacted our insurance in Switzerland for approval and shared the file with them. We received first estimate of AED 8000 and were surprised to see that costs for outpatient operation with local anesthesia included more fees for the hospital than for the surgeon work. We asked to review the costs then they accepted to lower the costs to AED 7000 however refused to send a new estimate.Then the doctor started calling daily to remind how urgent and important it was and always repeated that he’s salary based and has no financial interest. He called to make sure that the coordinator from the clinic called, then he called to make sure that we went for COVID test. However still no final estimate whatsoever.Then we just decided to call the insurance again and asked for medical assistance consultant to confirm how urgent the operation was, he said based on medical report they received the operation was definitely not urgent and could wait for the return to Switzerland. And of course they highly recommended to do the whole procedure in Switzerland.So as conclusion, why the salary based surgeon didn’t recommend to postpone the operation and so much insisted to urgently get operated in Dubai? Maybe because there is not to much business and doctors are more businessmen than doctors?

I did not want to wait in line for my appointment so I called a day before and made my registration for an appointment.I waited for around 5 to 10 min in line to finalize my registration when I got there and went inside. I waited for another 30 min for my appointment which had already passed but I am usually a patient person so I waited and finally got in to see the doctor.The process was not perfect but it was not bad either.

Terrible service compared to any other Aster.Do not advise to visit.My sons blood test was approved by insurance more than a week ago, but no one bothers to call us to let us know.

Nice service, just have to get past patient registration. Make sure to come 15 minutes before your appointment time.Stay safe!

I went there to do the covid 19 anti body test, was told Ill get the results within 24 hours. Whitch never happened. I spoke to a call center, the staff there didnt even knew they are doing such a test there. Extremely disappointed I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs fast and effective service.

All 4 stars goes to Doctor Farah Manzar. I love how she accommodated me throughout the check up with detailed explanation about my case. Her wit and personality are so comforting that I forgot I was in a clinic. I will never be booking any doctors except her! The rating was 4 cause the service and processes eat much of the people’s time. It can be better!
