Very bad experience!I don’t understand why they are even paying for Ads everywhere? Anyway people will get disappointed and will never come back.🤷🏻‍♀️So,ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI - as per advertisement included different types of rolls and dumplings, salads, ramen, spring rolls and in reality it is only few types of standard rolls, miso soup, 2 ramens and spring rolls.We came specifically for dim sum and staff informed us that dim sum is not available. We decided to stay and try another dishes. Standard rolls are decent, nothing special. Staff doesn’t remember what we ordered and give us ramen with chicken instead of seafood.When I asked for extra wasabi-staff got surprised- what is that? Then ask chef and after 30 minutes brought wasabi 🎉Then they forgot to bring our rolls and after 30 minutes we asked about that - waiter said that we didn’t order it 🤦🏻‍♀️Delivery is also has amazing options 70%discount! However when you look closer: 20% goes to cash back and 50% off.From this 50% size of all portions is half (4 pcs) and another 4 full price.I’m very confident that I will not come back and recommend anyone

We went for evening buffet and all together marks would be: experienced average, food average and good by selection bellow average, so would not go there again.Staff is most of the time helpfull and caring, our order was forgotten 2 times when they become busy and then we got wrong dish.A lot of advertised food options were not available, mostly super nice ones that are on higher price end. Sushi that was available was nice, although, options are limited and fried sushi is interesting.

Why isn’t there a -5 star rating ?First of all, the all you can eat sushi is “all you can eat from the set menu” not the complete menu.Ok, for 89aed per person, one would expect that but unclear information around this on their Instagram i.e. dumplings are not part of the offer.Talking about the menu, this place has one printed menu going around tables (Not so COVID aware). And not even a QR menu for an electronic version like most restaurants have these days!Where do I begin about the food.First the sushi items within the buffet had no options for my 3 year old since all contained raw ingredients, so I asked the waiter, he said he will make special vegetarian sushi for her… GREAT RIGHT? However my 3 year never ended up eating sushi after 1.5 hours of being at the restaurant and walked out crying. I asked the waiter where is her sushi, she’s a kid and should come first thing? Three times he told me it’s ready, ok super then bring it please, yes it’s coming he says.. until we had enough and left he kept saying it’s ready. I go asked the chef behind the bar, he says what do you want ? 😳Now let’s talk about the actual food we ate;The ginger pickle, we’ll see the colour in the photos. Old and dried (yes dry pickle).The mix bow of spring rolls came with chicken, cheese, meat, vegetable rolls and calamari. Well the calamari was so deep deep fried that it was actually crispy dry chewing elastic squid! Look the picture of this appetising calamariThe miso soup, ok wasn’t the best (you can get better miso at the food court) but was ok , lacked flavour And salt.The crab salad, well it was crab + cucumber + Mayo! Tasteless and lacked any kind of seasoning / flavourThe Fried sushi with crab was a fluff of cold crab slabbed over deep fried rice with melted cream cheese and something like Mayo sauce, well it was confusing to look at and to taste..The crab cucumber sushi from the bar came with fluff and looked like a roll of rice spitting out vegetables n crab stickAnd on top, the waiter/manager at the motor city branch kept lying to me about the sushi for my kid.I wouldn’t even pay 20aed for this sushi nor buffet!!! Just horrible horrible experience and taste.

Best sushi weve had in a very long time. Fresh, delicious with excellent service. Try the all-you-can-eat. You will not be disappointed. Attached to the Park Inn, very convenient.

I discovered this place online when looking for a sushi place, did not know it existed but now that I do it’s really nice to visit because it’s quiet, not many people know of it I guess. The people who work there are very friendly and patient with you! They also offer you variety of sushi you may want to try, or if you suggest what you like they will make it for you. They have vegan variety as I notice them serving those seated next to me only vegan items, due to my curiosity they also gave me some to try, so kind of them. Sneha was serving us during dinner time and she was more than encouraging us to try different things.

I liked the place and i liked the service very much everyone was so welcoming and smilingSpecially Amine who is a very respectful, always cheerful ,smiling and welcoming..Chef Thay is the best… i loved the taste very much and the time food is served was very shortDefinitely i recommend the place and would love to come again …

I ordered what is suppose to be a big poke, i paid 68aed for it. And when i received it, it is literally smaller than my palm.Very very dissapointed and dissatisfied customer, if i could give - 1 star i would.

This place is absolutely worth your money! Shamira, Suza, Amin and chef that were super friendly and professional with their services. The chef made the freshest selection of sushi. Appetizers were included ! I left this place full and happy. I’ve cream was even included to finish up with something sweet. The ambience in this place is chill and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10 will come again

Nice, only weird thing is that they had a selection of sushi to pick form (the sushi I could see prepared) I (out of curiosity) took a menu and find out they had more sushis, and some of which they could do and other not (weird).Despite this, it was the best sushi I had in Dubai so far.

Sushi was very good just so much rice, but all very good and all staff are very friendly and nice. Our waitress was sneha and she was 10/10 thank you.

Tried open buffet on Saturday ,The only thing which considered as an open buffet is the sushi although they dont serve their signature sushi but the chef was so kind and serve one dish of one of their signature sushi ,One salad dish for three and appetizers and soup ,I wont go try it again as for such buffet u could get better bargains on delivery ,Staff are so kind ! Ordered chicken ramen 10 minutes before iftar as the employee mentioned that it would take 5 minutes to make, but it took 30 minutes as well as constant reminding in order to get the ramen. in the end it turned out disgusting (pictures below), I refused to eat it since it tasted like plastic lol never again. btw Im on my way to subway rn

Not clean (staff not wearing masks properly... washing dishes next to where they’re making the rolls ...the “buffet” concept is a joke ( rolls finish and they took 40mins to replace with just 8 rolls) ...half the items in these pix they don’t have ...service is slow AF ( can we have edamame? 1hr later they bring us 1 bowl for 2 ppl because that’s their policy) ...but hey for 70aed you can let your cat enjoy the canned tuna, canned salmon rolls and imitation crab 🤣 NEVER AGAINNNNNNNNN

I usually come here and have an amazing experience with the lady sushi chef who makes beautiful and creative sushi . We went back with friends 2 days ago and the new sushi chef a man was extremely rude to us. He said drinks do not come with the buffet and we told him we come many times but he said we were lying. Than he called his boss and said oh sorry drinks are included. He didnt want to make any more sushi for us. The sushi he served us for unlimited was stale like it was sitting all day...after our first plate he said they ran out of shrimp and didnt want to make anymore for us. Finally we got upset and he said oh it didnt run out Ill make more. The entire time he was so mean to us like he didnt want us there. I was appalled at his attitude. I understand people have bad days but dont take it out on your customers who are paying money to enjoy thereselves with friends. The cashier guy who also served us food was the only reason we didnt walk out of the restaurant. He was extremely kind and helpful and made up for the rude sushi chef. The sushi chef was a short filipino man and the cashier server was a tall arab guy. I dont know there names so just to differentiate the two.

We went for all what you can eat today, unfortunately was very disappointing visit, they informed us upon arrival that Calamari will be offered but after that they said it is finished.Low priced Sushi types only offered, also we received our cooked Sushi with frozen shrimp on top, very disappointed!

Very bad service, didnt know that in Dubai we could encounter this type of service. Wondered if the management even knows what is going on with this branch. Only 1 waiter for 10 tables. What weve ordered didnt even managed to be served. Sushi was ok, but the service was a let down. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Seem the staffs were oblivious to the customers.. Just lost me as a customer.

Probably the worst resturant I have ever visited in Dubai. The Sushi was literally frozen and it gave me and my family stomachache, bad service and overall experience.They lied about the promotion as well.

We were 5 persons and went for the buffet offer. as a regular customer this was a big disappointment as they served us a very salty ramen and canned tuna sushi.I asked for sashimi they said not included as it was included before. For paying 90 dirhams for this I think its not acceptable. very bad and imparessing experience as I recommend you for my friends.

The restaurant is very neat and well organized . Visited the place with my whole family today, the staff was very attentive, friendly and had a great individual approach to each one of the family members. The meals were very delicious and filling. A great place to visit with family! definitely coming bacm again.

The food that are served is nothing like from their promotions video or the pictures from the menu. And looking old 😓. The tobico ( salmon role ) was not on California maki. Other branches maybe better I don’t know.

The experience I had at this Sushi Nations branch was extremely phenomenal. We were served by a very sweet and soft spoken lady named Sneha who attended to all our needs and queries. She was extremely friendly with excellent communication skills and vast knowledge of the menu items. We started with the Miso soup and worked our way up to the appetizers and you guessed it... Mouth watering sushi rolls!!! Sneha also kept recommending the best sushi rolls as well as giving us delicious fried rolls. She kept making sure that we got everything we needed and made sure that we were always comfortable. I rate this Sushi Nations branch as the best in Dubai thanks to the delicious food and Sneha.Thank you, Sneha and team!!

Overall pretty bad experience. Not much to eat in the buffet since theres only 5 types of sushi rolls. It said on the website that there was nigiri available but the waiter told us that because the chef isnt here they arent going to serve it today. We ordered two bottles of water and it only arrived 25 minutes later due to lack of staff. The staff said the appetisers would be served in 15 minutes and ended up taking 40 minutes. The only thing good here is that the only waiter was very polite and apologised for a slow service.

It is cheap for a reason. the dumplings are stale and semi-cooked much before hand. i doubt they use sushi grade fish. the only fish they had was salmon (non-sushi grade), immitation crab, and canned tuna. everything was over whelmed with cheap cheese (they do not use Philadelphia cheese)not a great experience but you get what you pay for i guess.
