Great traditional sushi experience. Definitely the best that can be found in Dubai.Only 4 parties per sitting with 2 sittings per night.

This restaurant is the highlight of my trip to Dubai. I havent run across anything close to this anywhere else. If youre after an very authentic Omakase experience, then Hoseki is the only place I can recommend in the Middle East. You step into Japan the minute you walk in and just sit back and enjoy some of the finest Japanese traditions that youll come across short of going to Tokyo.

It’s the closest thing to having top end sushi in Tokyo. Everything and everyone at this restaurant comes from Japan. They only serve sushi though and it’s omakase (set menu). Be prepared to pay a high price if you manage to get a reservation. They only have 9 seats.

Hoseki is the place to go when you are seeking for authentic sashimi sans California roll experience. Everything was aligned perfectly by Sugiyama-san and every single fish was fresh from Japan. Sake selection was superb. Get ready to eat McDonald’s the next few days.

Increidble place. I have been to one and two michelin star sushi bars in Japan and this is up there with them! Service was amazing too and the place is stunning! Strongly recommended, especially if you know what you are paying for.

The best authentic Japanese restaurant in the UAE!

Perhaps the only authentic Japanese restaurant experience in Dubai. Having travelled to Japan 6 times a year i can say the food is on par with any Michelin star venue in Tokyo, Kyoto or Nagoya! A must try and they have a stunning view of the Dubai sky line!

The only good restaurant I found in Dubai. Very authentic. No difference comparing with popular omakase spots in Tokyo. Plus Plus Plus is that kind of umami flavored red rice!

Authentic traditional Japanese food and experience. We went for dinner and chose the set menu which includes 5 appetizers, 10 sushi and miso soup.Our first time to eat all raw seafood, hesitated at first but enjoyed every bite of the raw fish mixed with its special sauce.Pricy food but was worth it for a Japanese experience in Dubai.

The restaurant is great, the restaurant has a special elevator in it that connects you to a beautiful wooden entrance and a view of the sea from three angles, the food is distinct and the types of fish are fresh, but all fish are raw, if you are a fan of traditional sushi, I highly recommend it, a special experience, you reminded me strongly of Kyoto and Tokyo restaurants
