Craving Sushi and dont want the fuss and bother of an overcrowded yet undeserved location, this is your place! The service was smooth and quick, the food was very good as were the portions. Would I do this again, sure! Value for money: there are some good coupon offers online which make it brilliant value for money.

My visit was during Ramadan 2021. Highly recommend for all sushi lovers. I did the all you can eat option which provides more than just sushi. The venue, quality and service was great. Due to Ramadan hours and covid seating arrangements, this caused a long wait but the food made up for it. Highly recommend.

Most delicious place in Dubai to have Japanese food. Loved from start to the end. Had Beef and Salmon Teriyaki set menu with soup with California Maki, Chicken Gyoza, Prawn Tempura and Creme Brulee Desert. The concept and vibe of the restaurants is so modern. Be ready to reserve as place has waiting lists at dinner time cause of their awesome food with kind servers.

This restaurant features a sushi train (although currently not in operation) and an a la carte menu with cooked meals and bentos.For sushi lovers, theres an all you can eat deal (by order whilst the sushi train is out of action) with a small limited menu that includes some of the staples including: salmon and tuna nigiri and sashimi; a mix of largely salmon, crab stick, and prawn maki; miso soup, salads and a few fried dishes. Variety seems limited compared to the normal menu (or when the sushi train was in operation), but the quality compared to other casual Japanese restaurants is quite good for the price.Seating is indoor either by the sushi train or on various tables ideal for groups or couples giving more room for shared dishes and platters.

I was so full and some of my friends were really hungry but didn’t have money I wanted to give them the rest out of respect and them they charged us 200 dhs because I gave them one each it is disrespectful to my kids and what this world is trying to achieve. I asked them what they would do with the food and they said THROW IT. The disrespect. Unacceptable. I can bearly walk and I am having stomach problems. I had expected better. it’s been 1 hour and I THINK I HAVE FOOD POISONING. My stomach hurts so much and i can bearly get home without stopping at every toilet. My friend is throwing up outside of the car.

Not allowed to take your food take away with clear reasons and they throw it away or reuse it!The waitress do not understand what you want and then charge you more because miss communicating with the customer. And they fight you for not understanding! Which it’s supposed to be form their side to understand my order as the customer!

We have tried many sushi places in Dubai, and almost all All You Can Eat Sushi. We always regret them, because we know how amazing itsu is! The staff are friendly and amazing. The sushi is fresh and you can see the chef making it right in front of you. Itsu is totattly underrated and one of the best all you can eat sushi in Dubai. Way better that some places in Pier 7, where they forget to season the rice and its all mushy. Keen to try the itsu branch in Palm, we have been coming to Marina in over a year. The Chef also makes different kings of Maki rolls every time, so your pallette is never bored. There is also fresh sashimi and nigiri, and you can even try their miso soup! Only thing, it would be nice if one drink was included in the all you can eat.

They have unlimited sushi for 89aed.Seats are limited due to COVID, so based on our experience, expect a wait time of 15-20 mins, and no they dont accept reservations over the phone. We went on a weekend.Their teriyaki salmon is a favourite of ours. I highly recommend it. Although the calamari/tempura is just okay. Wakame (seaweed) salad is a must-try too, if you want to something refreshing this summer.

Great little restaurant with fresh sushi!The decor inside was done very well and reminded me of many other Japanese places in Asia.Regardless, every cut of fish was very fresh and did not feel like it was frozen at any point.The staff was very friendly and provided spectacular service.

Hubby and i went here last night to try their all you can eat sushi which 98aed per person.. overall its okay.. there wasnt any special or wow factor. we were served a platter of different sushi, 6-7 different designs but have the same taste.. most of the raw fish were salmon,, and some tunas..i like the salad with mango but it was served on a small tiny bowl.. and their salad which has crabmeat.. but the waiters/waitresses dont offers refills proactive given that were on all you can eat . the conveyor is not running at the time..some of the waiters are friendly and assisted as well bec were on waiting due to space capacity given of social distancing.. but the waitress who served us wasnt in the right mood.. She doesnt look happy serving us.. No smile on her face whatsoever...overall.. it was a Mediocre experience.. Im not sure if we will go back, at this point we dont plan to visit again..

I booked from Groupon, for 8 15 pm, i even called the night before and got a confirmation... Then we arrived on time and was told to wait and give our number because they were full. They will just give us a call.I told the guy, that i have a reservation/ booking at this time, his argument is but can I make other walkin customers wait ?Is that even my problem? That they are not coordinated and organized properly ?Bad bad handling of customers... Definitely needs improvement.I would accept to wait if im walk in. But to think that i have online reservation and even called night before and have a confirmation from the restaurant staff themselves. This is just a bad experience.

Best sushi place in town, if you ask me ! Awesome deal for all you can eat.We have been coming back to Itsu for last 7 years, regardless of which area we stay in Dubai (we move a lot) and it always has been delicious 🙃 we like the atmosphere too, staff are really polite and helpful.

Tried the the Chicken teriyaki bento box at Itsu situated at the Dubai Marina .The food was Ok however I found the Chicken Teriyaki to be very sweet.The location of the restaurant is very good and the food is authentic Japanese Cuisine.The sushi was very well made and completely loved the dumplings 🥟 and other delicacies like the California Maki ,Prawn & vegetable Tempura ,Chicken Gyoza .The Bento Box is quite filling and is good value for money. Itsu is a great place to chill with friends after work and enjoy some great Sushi.

Itsu is a great place to get good sushi & sashimi on a belt, however the service & waiters are terrible. They barely speak or look at you which made me feel uncomfortable. A simple’Hello’ or ‘Thank you’ would have gained me as a customer.

Love this modern Japanese restaurant for their fantastic selection of freshly prepared sushi rolls and friendly team. The service is prompt and efficient and the dishes are generous in size without being over-priced. There are promos every week and oh yes, love their refreshing Mojitos. Try their chicken wings too, they taste great! Highly recommended and will be back soon!

Good Japanese restaurant for sushi lovers, for me I dont like sushi so much, so I dont like it, but my friends love it and the restaurant was crowded, they have an offer of all you can eat sushi with only 98 AED per person. The stuff is friendly and helpful the place is good.

Awful. So disappointed especially after seeing reviews on Google. We ordered through deliveroo a chicken teriyaki and a bento box. The delivery was quick but the food was terrible the chicken in the teriyaki was hard and fatty and the bento box nothing special, it came to 149aed so definitely not cheap, Im afraid to say the teriyaki went in the bin.

We could not find a place, as we were looking outside, but restaurant is located inside the building. Sushi, seafood soup, cocktails were just delicious. Everything was fresh.There is also buffet option available for 111 local currency.If you like sushi restaurant, I really recommend to have a stop here!

One of the worst sushi places I have been to. It’s probably the cheapest all you can eat sushi places in Dubai which is why it’s always full, yet the price doesn’t justify the low quality by any means. Very limited selection of rolls which didn’t really taste fresh, yet the worst part was that they were actually using canned tuna in some of the rolls!!

Great deal with the Groupon offer we used. the sushi is really good. the miso soup is just WOW! The stools around the train were super uncomfortable as I kept hitting my knees against the wall. the salmon was cut into thick slices though. the crab salad is GREAT. it was very good over all. really great cocktails too. clean and lovely ambiance to have a fun casual night with friends
