The food is so nice and taste like authentic Japanese food. And the servers are so polite and very friendly. I will surely comeback.

Not much choices when I went there. 69AED for unlimited sushi is not worth it. Food quality still need improvement. I wont say that it is authentic Japanese sushi. The hygiene need improvement as I saw flies on the food.

The foods prepared and served are all great! Plus Hospitality and Service of staffs specially Michael and Chef Marvin and the accommodation of their manager brings the food more enjoyable! Ill definitely recommend TOKYO TOKYO! Its all worth it!

The servers were great but the food is not. We ordered beef ramen yesterday and it is an easy one of my worst ramen ever. The noodle is tough, the beef is chewy, naruto was cut in a very peculiar way and the nori is soaking. Definitely not recommending the Ramen here.

Went for an unlimited sushi but came out quite unhappy. My tooth went numb since the sushi was very cold. Did not even offer the soft drink nor they gve any dessert which was in the offer. The chef was in a hurry and just wanted to go. The 3 star is the lady who served us. Quite disappointed and dissatisfied.

Ilkhom and Manager Prashant are very pleasing and helpful. We enjoyed our visit. Amazing Team, keep it up.

Tokyo tokyo was recommended by a good friend and didn’t have any regrets giving it a try. Their place is very conducive for eating, staffs are friendly and of course, the food is impeccable. We’ll surely be back to try more on what is on their menu.

Not very happy with my order. I ordered a ramen and a sushi sampler 11. My order is not fresh, the avocado in the sushi has a dark discoloration and same with salmon it has a different color which indicates that it is not fresh. Why would your restaurant sell these food your shop would have been fined already. I hope your team understands food poisoning. When you order food you are expecting that it is fresh. Yes the ramen is hot but the noodles is disgusting, it is very saggy or overcooked I dontthink that it is fresh also. Even if they will give me a new food I wouldnt trust them anymore. why would sell an expired sushi?It only shows that you are not client centered. You only wanted to sell and generate income. Who ever prepared that food, i hope you will not encounter the same experience especially when your are hungry. Take note I have waited for my order almost 1 hour.😡😡😡😠😠 YOU ARE CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Miso without anything, one broth and nothing else. Sushi not fresh, sour ginger. We ordered 22 pieces in the Talabat, not all were brought. The picture does not correspond to reality. Sushi is not fresh as I said. No soup spoons were put in. The soy sauce was almost at the bottom. The service is terrible. It is a pity for us to put even one star. Thank you so much!

Went in for a 1 bento box take away which took 45 mins to prepare! 2 female staff were arrogant and not interested in their job. Had a word with the manager Mr. Prashant who was apologetic and willing to work on the feedback.Floor was very sticky and dirty.Food was absolutely tasteless!Highly avoidable. Hate giving bad reviews but during covid specially places need to be clean and staff hospitable as business is low!

New place. Reasonable wait time. Not too much busy at the time of visit. Bento meal says unlimited red ice tea, soup and rice. Servers consistent in asking if I wanted more iced tea and soup but never brought up if I wanted more rice. (Yes, I never asked on purpose.)
