Its a 4 star hotel with with a 5star standard.the buffet breakfast and dinner is awesome, rooftop swimming pool that allows you to see the beauty of Dubai especially at night ,spa and gym are well equipped and with amazing trainers . The hospitality is beyond words .clean and extremely friendly staff .I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to going back again .

If you wish to taste authentic Japanese taste, I highly recommend Sushi Express Cafe. The ambience of restaurant is also very good.

I only recently started to love sushi before that it was a big no no for me. While I know there are a lot of Japanese restaurants in the city I don’t think anything comes close to Sushi Express in terms of variety and yet at very reasonable prices. Their staff is super friendly and attentive. This is a relatively new branch located in Gloria Hotel next to Dubai Internet city metro station, the other branch is in JLT.We started with the Rock n Roll Shrimp, I loved the fact that they didn’t drown the battered shrimp in sauce instead they drizzled sufficient sauce to keep it crispy yet flavorful.Next we had the Okonomiyaki what I’d call a Japanese Omelette. It’s a pan fried Japanese style pancake with beef, eggplant, spring onion and some flakes *which I thought were alive cause they were moving*. Something I’ve never tried before and the pancake is really fluffy and moist.They have some fresh juices and honestly one glass is sufficient for two. We tried the watermelon and pineapple both had small pieces of pulp in it and one thing I can point out for sure is that they didn’t add sugar in their juices which is a good thing.Our next order had to be their sushi platters, It’s a crime if you go to a sushi restaurant and don’t order sushi. My love for sushi consists of majorly tempura sushi which is quite limited in variety yet sushi express has two of these rolls and yes I tried both. We ordered the Fujiyama Roll which is raw salmon and cucumber with spicy aurora sauce and deep fried avocado fingers in the middle. My first time having sushi with a raw element and guess what I survived haha.They have two tempura sushis i.e. Dunaki and Express Hot Roll. Out of the two the Express Hot was my Favorite and the highlight of the meal, definitely in my top favorite sushi rolls in Dubai. The Dunaki Roll is a fried Maki with Tuna, cucumber and avocado topped with teriyaki sauce and yellow curry sauce. And the Express Hot is Mango, crabstick and cream cheese fried Maki with teriyaki sauce. For people who prefer sweeter and hot crispy sushi will love this.Finally with had the BBQ chicken Yakitori Don. perfectly flavored chicken and great combination with the rice. Oh and good quantity.To end with I tried the Avocado Creme Brulee which is avocado cream topped with berries and a slight brittle. If youre a fan of Avocados you have to try this I dont think you get it anywhere else in UAE. Oh and the famous mochi comes with free green tea. The mochi came in three flavours - chocolate, mango and strawberry and I loved all. You have to try their mochi.Overall I do recommend you to visit this place for a Japanese meal in a simple setting and reasonable prices.
