Dubai Maritime City Authority is government institute, its very helpful and advanced in Marine industry

The service over the phone was very good. However on visiting the smiles centre I was extremely disappointed to find such poor service. Only two customers. Six staff all sitting around talking and joking with each other whole ignoring their customers and their duties.

Lovely office, small, not so crowded, however wait time is too much, +40min. Staff is respectful & helpful.

I was searching for employees to ask when visited the management office 1st time because no body was on his desk but they get organised later. The facility is large and have many shipping maintenance services.
