I came here for my golden visa application and from day 1, I was impressed quality and speed of the service. There are managers on the floor always ready to answer your questions and take you personally to the right counter. A special shout out to MS HALA; she is everywhere and always sports a smile. Everyone here is so friendly and eagerly listen to provide help in whatever way possible. This even includes the messengers.The attitude of the team here is awesome and clearly reflects the leadership quality of the management.The place had covered car parking and is free for 1 hour and there are ATM machines near by.Highly recommended

However one card and rest amount in cash is acceptable.Over all a great experience.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They are facilitating golden visa application for all doctors. You can apply for Emirates id in same branch once your visa is stamped. Mr Ibrahim and Ms Hala are very cooperative. I would recommend taking cash as card payments are charged 2%.

The GDRFA - AMER centre at DAFZA has made the entire process of getting the visa a breeze. Their staff are keen to help and are not afraid to answer any amount of questions. I met Ms Hala on the first day who was extremely keen to guide on the necessary documents and the formalities required in obtaining the Golden Visa. Once the required paperwork was ready from my side, Mr Ibrahim had a step by step detailed explanation which helped get into the next steps of the the process. Both Mr Ibrahim and Ms Hala were instrumental in coordinating the thousands of enquirers and their repeated queries. It was such a pleasant atmosphere with no rushed feeling nor the feeling of fear that your questions would go unanswered.After meeting them, I was guided to Mr Salem Mubarak (counter 13) who helped me complete the process. His polite demeanor and crisp instructions were without fail a dealbreaker for me to refer others to this centre. He was quick to identify my documents and stated the required steps he would be taking while I waited in the seat in front of the counter. He kept walking me through the things he was doing and what he was waiting for while he typed out details into his computer and procured the documents from me to be scanned to the system. This respectful manner of interaction was commendable and certainly did put me to ease. I felt that I was kept in the loop of the process and not just left in the dark waiting thinking whether or not the process would follow through. Time and again he would pass light hearted comments to other colleagues at other counters and me to keep the general vibe of the office less stressful. Another person who was running in between counters and facilitating the documents process as well as guiding enquiring others to appropriate counters was Mr Hussain. His calming voice and keen attitude to accompany you to the required counters was reassuring.I would like to thank Ms Hala, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Salem Mubarak and Mr Hussain in aiding me all throughout this visa process.This centre in DAFZA is very well organized and is a definite place to visit for individuals looking for the Golden Visa or other visa related queries.I would also like to thank the management team of GDRFA-AMER in having such wonderful staff man their offices.

I got my golden visa stamped the same day I visited Amer Centre near DAFZA. The staff there including the people at the reception are very helpful and guide you properly through the entire process. Actually speaking there is no such process for us. You just need to have the documents and you can submit them there and Amer DAFZA will take care of the rest. I had been to this Amer center on 11/07/2021 for my visa purpose. I would say this is one of the best government centers I have been to. Everyone is very courteous and welcoming. I would recommend few names. The branch managers MR Ibrahim and Mrs Hala have been exceptionally professional. They were very helpful, addresses all your queries and guides promptly. They make sure the branch runs smoothly and perfectly. At the same time avoiding overcrowding and rush in the branch. They are multi tasking. Because of them it was streamlined and fast.I also would make mention of 3 staffs Mr Iliyas at counter 5 , Mr Ridha at counter 12 processed my visa and Mr Shaheer at counter 14 with my EID. These 3 men are exceptionally good and fast. Very smart and hard working.This branch has ample car parking provision and free for the 1st hour. Trust me you will most probably finish your work within 1 hr. They are that good and fast.I recommend this branch to anyone for your immigration purposes. All the best and such branches are a blessing and a promise to the ever growing Dubai.Keep it up.
