So i have spent good 10 minutes to describe my problem and when i pressed sent, what i see- they still have ramadan, and its 12th of July. Maybe thats some new holiday i am not aware of but recently the customer service has been a disaster. Since they have *ENHANCED* their services its impossible to reach them for simple questions. I am very disappointed and i hope that my feedback will help them to realize that they need a change.

One of the staff of DMCC went to spa and used his id to take advantage to have unusual discount for massage in boastful way. I cant understand all business center and shops here in DMCC have complete license and follow the rules and guidelines and pay in right amount, so why theyre staff asking discounts to get a massage and used the previledge of being DMCC staff. Not good at all.

This place has gone from bad to worse.. absolutely no way of getting in touch with the authority unless you physically visit.. they won’t reply on the DMCC chat and they have created the phone directory such that it’s next to impossible to get in touch with 1 of the representatives.. I haven’t been able to get in touch with them. And the reason why I want to get in touch is bcoz their portal is AGAIN giving wrong information..

The area is well organized, full of restaurants and cafes while being the biggest free trade zone in Dubai.

Filled the form for someone to contact me and the form has an option asking for how onwish to be contacted. I checked call but I still got a vauge email asking me to confirm time for call, but cant reply to the email.How hard is it to just call someone wheb theyve selected call me?*Will change my review if things actually get back on track and this was just a bump in the road.

Very disappointing Customer Service.Pathetic Operations style. You cannot see anyone in person in case of emergency.They charge you a lot. Don’t waste your money. Try Jafza or Dafza or other freezones.

0/5 I would like to give Zero stars.The worst experience with DMCC customer care (NO CARE AT ALL).They always misguide, have no proper information about the document requirements, every time you call & ask them , different people give different answers, create duplicate UIDs for 1 person. Our 3 working days lost at every step for each visa applied in Jan 2021. Because of that 10 crucial working days (2 weeks) lost after grace period for visa amendment for innocent dependent. Ridiculous service.Long wait for days for a work which can be done at a click of a button. Total waste of your hard earned money & time. Best in increasing your Blood Pressure & close to getting a heart disease.Try to avoid getting their services.

Extremely long time waiting while approaching DMCC Call center. Extremely confusing portal.The whole process of any request made with the idea to waste time as much as possible.

Waiting long time to connect to agent you need to increase number of staff in customer care center i have been waiting for more than 30 minutes but no one receive the call i have to hang up and extremely confusing portal and its not user friendly

Slowest service ever. the response rate on the online portal is terrible. they take between 3 days to 7 days to respond and there is no customer service online to assist you with any queries.

Mr. Julio was outstanding in term of knowledge and communication skills. We need DMCC and other Authorities to have people like Mr. Julio.

Worst free zone services ever, no one to answer you on call center only machine and no one to answer you on live chat as its always busy and if you tried to reach the counter they will tell you that you need an appointment and theres no one to tell you how to book one

Service extremely poor, there some guys sitting the have not any idea about the services. even the call center, just wasting your time and money

Now a days we try to call DMCC contact center and we are on hold only for approx 3 hours . Maybe DMCC is so busy that customer has to wait for 3 to 4 hours. Very Poor Service

Went on the meeting with Business Setup Executive to ask questions for my client. I wasnt even asked if I need a quotation, neither I was asked if I want tea or at least water. The manager gave me his business card aparently to show that he is not picking up the phone on the next day. I guess due to prime location, no one in dmcc cares about customer service. As per my humble opinion dmcc should follow up customers more than customers should seek for dmcc.

DMCC the worlds top diamond and gold trade station. The biggest vault is here for preserve gold and diamonds. High secured place. All the needs are found for visit. And nearby the tallest building is going to construction by 2022.

New customer parking system in Almas Tower is so horrible! 1st hour free will be used just by entering and exiting the parking itself because of the traffic inside 😡 structure problem, entrance and exit in the same single short lane.

Almas Tower, home of DMCC does not have a proper parking system. The lifts in the main floors have flashy advertising on trade blockchain platforms, in parking African cheap labor is writing parking entrance tickets with pen and paper and collect it on the way out. What a start contrast with the vision of the rulers of Dubai.

Dmcc is the best business hub in the world. I like to stay there most of the time because people from everywhere have things to do in this Dmcc ... Especially Al Mass tower is one of the tallest building in JLT I think its the tallest even. Most of the biggest company in the world can be found thee due to the safety and strategic location.

DMCC- FASTEST SERVICES FOR THE LICENSING.

When you want to establish your own business in Dubai , DMCC is the best destination you can head to. The cost is a bit high , but the service is really great.

No check and balance for salaries since there is no WPS for DMCC employees. They want you to pay 225 aed for mediation service which will not gurantee to solve our case. How an employee is supposed to pay 225 aed if theyre not getting their salary for 3 months?
