Very Quick and efficient at Visa renewal process. The Support executive Redha was very friendly and cheerful. Approval just took two minutes and I was out in 30 mins overall.. 👍👍

It’s fair to say that this is the best treatment i’ve received in my life. I wouldn’t imagine that I would really enjoy processing official papers. I just call on the landline of this immigration and i had a very poor customer service with one of their staff. He is not answering customer with good attitude. He is answering with angry voice. I just thought why dont put staff in customer service with good manner so that all of the customer can ask properly and can get information properly.

Don’t apply if you’re from Syria they will take your money and reject your visa application. rude people will never travel to this country ever again 😡😡😡

Those who are looking for Visa holding, this is the place. Not in Al Tawar, near Al Qusais metro.This center is located right infront of DAFZA gate (on the left side ). Pass not required to come here

Excellent service, Courteous Staff right from the entrance at the reception and the entire team of AMER.Mr Redha, Mr Salem, Rahul (cashier) headed by Mr Ibrahim go an extra mile to help clients . They are leading examples of one of the prime motive of Dubai“ Customer Care and Happiness” . Best wishes andKeep up the good job.

I experienced Indian govt type service first time in dubai & that place is here . Lazy people with very rude behaviour & just wants the customer to go rather than giving solution to their problem . I came for visa hold but i have to go to Al Manara to get my work done after they have refused to help . They just want to customer wait for days to get work done without making themselves any effort . Worst department .even i can give zero to this

I arrived at 7.15 am on 24/6 to the free zone for passport issues.unfortunately one of the gates of parking was out of service and the second had no tickets, so I had to go back about 20 minutes until I saw the worker putting tickets in the machine. But overall the service was excellent.

Hi,Want to share my experience in grdfa dafza branch.Front desk staff very rude and not helpful and lazy and do not go there .Normally in other branch front desk staff is helpful and polite.But other staff here are very helpfull and professional.Just a request to the front desk,customer come here without any knowledge of the procedure if you can please try to help instead being rude

The best GDRFA center I’ve visited. In and out in less than 20 minutes, every single time.Professional approach with service minded staff.

Very rude staffs and lazy to work. They closed cash counter 45 minutes early and asking to come next day.

Omg very bad experience reception when I ask some documents he very rude…I stay almost 7years at Dubai and most people very kind but this area Reception very rude.

Really appreciate the officer Mr Bader and Mr Ahmed in counter no 5 for making the process very faster for me . I was running between the counters to get my things done and Mr.Bader has guided me and he personally took me to Mr .Ahmed at counter 5 to complete the process .

I just wanted to share my experience with 2 great immigration officer in terminal 3 dubai. Especially to Sir Jamal al jasmi and Saeed al suwaid. They really did their best to resolve our concern. The customer service level they have provided is one of a kind. Compare to other officers that we have asked for help. Instead of telling we cannot do anything, they really did their job.Thankyousomuch sir, we wish you all the best in your career and life.

Front desk not friendly

Good service and very Good Locationand they Have Amer Center at Same Place to finish all Documents at the place .and there is free Parking for visitors

Horrible service. People are very rude & unprofessional. They dont even see at your face to respond.I asked for my wifes VISA status. That lady said you Just have to wait. No more response for the questions I ask.

This is not Dubai immigration number. It is with some poor guy who is getting calls like creazy.Google should remove this number

This is by far the best experience I had dealing with official/government papers since I landed in Dubai. Mr Ibrahim and Mrs Hala are available 12 hours every day to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.The courtesy and friendliness of all employees is overwhelming.Golden visa was processed in a few days.One of the best experiences I have had in terms of clearing government and official transactions.A team of the highest degree of sophistication in dealing and speed in performance.
