I really appreciate the service of Mr Khalid Omari, I had called the DEWA customer care to ask for nearest DEWA office to go and get a new connection , but he suggested I do it online and he guided me with patience step by step and the same was done successfully.It was such a blessing to finish the same without stepping out .Truly Appreciate the guidance and the easy to use DEWA app.
