I visited this place to get document attestation on 12th september 2021. The staff on counter 8 put the stamp on barcode which was vital for backtracking of record and during when the person behind the counter was doing that i politely asked to put stamp on a side but that person rudely rejected and put the stamp exactly where the barcode was.. now mofa stamp is there but the document itself became unuseful for many of its application. Sad and waste of time.

From reception till the main desk everyone is so helpfull literally you can done with it in 15 minutes. Thumbs up 👍 for all the staff great job keep it up

I just visited to attest one of my academic certificate, the place is quiet busy but its so well organized that you will not feel any boredom. Would suggest to pay from card otherwise you have to buy Edirham card and then you will need to activate. Staff from gate till the last counter are very helping and friendly. Good job team at MOFA,

I had my online application done yesterday, in which I followed the instructions given in the MOFAIC website. I paid AED 156 by debit card, and booked my appointment for today. I went there around 9:30am to get my educational documents attested. While on the line, I was told that I had to pay around AED 300 and refund the AED 156 I paid online. I asked where to pay, the lady said I can pay there by lining up the queue and pay by card. Then I need to come back to her so she can explain how I can process the auto-refund online. I got the queue number and after just a few minutes, my number was called and I explained to the lady teller that I already paid the 156. So, upon telling that, what she did was just adding another 150 so I dont need to refund anything, I just paid another 150 by card and she put stickers on my attested papers then scanned it, and all is done.I am so happy with the service. Its so fast.
