My tenant vacated the apt on 28th June and cleared his Final DEWA Bill, I, as the owner telephoned DEWA Customer care centre on same day around 5 pm to reconnect the power supply. Since then, I have repeated my request to the back office personnel 10 times, between 28th June and 3rd July. I have the names of these inefficient, personnel in my diary as well. They gave me false assurances of reconnecting the DEWA connection, of escalating the matter to the right personnel, but nothing positive happened. On 3rd July, I called the Customer Care tel. no four times between 7.30 am and 11 am. Finally Mr Amro, who came on the line around 11 am was able to assist me and get the payment done for reconnection. Now I await the reconnection whc should happen in 15 hours.This has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have also written a detailed complaint on the DEWA website page today. If they make a senior citizen go around in circles and not doing their duty, they should be suitably counselled by DEWA.

Hi dewa here I am in the main office in al qouz I just come to pay my dewa bill with the machine I just came to pay Dewa bill but the machine was inside you didnt put outside so please I want to tell you that please provide the machine outside that we can pay your bills thank you. my suggestion

They are so great! Never seen such Servise with happy smiling faces. For everyone for each single person they treat really good. So happy to visit today even though I was having some issues transferring my account they helped me till the moment it got solved. I do highly appreciate for the support . Thanks a ton. This branch is open till 8pm.The staff is hard working and professional.Yes there are some ATM machine here.Yes there is a restaurant and cafe inside the building.You can get your job done quickly because there are too many counters to serve you. There are too many seats for waiting to help you stay relaxing.You can get a token number and wait till your number shows up on the screen. This makes sure nobody jumping the line.I wish you all the best and have a great time here

I have been on Thursday 07/03/2019 to DEWA Al Quoz to create new water and electricity connection. The staff there are extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I particularly dealt with Omar Al Issawi and the two lovely ladies at the reception. They are made the process for me extremely smooth and finished everything within 10 min. I am extremely grateful to them. Thank you so much DEWA Al Quoz Office.

Fast and helpful. Even if it was a long queue but the service was quick. Staff are willing to help and giving right information. Thumb up to them who have service-minded.Plenty of free parking and free valet parking. Also, lady parking dedicated to all ladies.2 coffee shops insides building. One serves Starbucks coffee, Dunkin Donuts and sort of sandwiches. Another one for pastries.

Ive been to this Office this morning!Amazing place! There is a small parking lot on the back side of the building, for customers.The staff was super helpful, and they helped me out during the whole process. I was there for no more than 15 in total, with everything done! Only suggestion is about the roads around. There are lot of constructions in progress, that might affect the viability. If you are living in this part of Dubai, and you need a DEWA office, just go there, you will not be disappointed!Well done and good job!

I was at DEWA Al Quoz this morning for my final bill, the lady at the counter told me that my bill can only be ready by 2:00 pm. Just before 2:00 pm today, I have received my DEWA notification for the Final Bill and she even follow up by calling me informing me that the bill is ready! Excellence services by DEWA Al Quoz and this is really the BEST you can get! The awesome customer service lady name sounds like Wahsa - my apologies didnt really get her name!

Moza was very helpful, she helped me to finish off my papers in less than 30 min. While the process takes 24/48 hours
