DHA did an assessment of a covid patient who is my relative without any charge ... shows how much they care about the health of the community .. I genuinely pray for each member and for Shk Mohammed for his thoughtful efforts to bring the country out of this pandemic !!!Dubais efforts have replaced the fear of this illness with the hope of recovery !!!

Unfortunately had a very bad service with the call centre when trying to get blood test results, the agent was very rude when I was talking he kept interrupting me and speaking over me. Didnt have any interest in helping me at all and couldn’t give me any answers to my questions - very disappointing

If one has a resident permit/visa from another emirate, but lives in Dubai- Why are they not given vaccine appointment in Dubai?Especially in these Covid times, shouldnt residents of Dubai- Irrespective of where they have their visa from, be given the vaccine?

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY CALLED US AND SAID THEY WILL COVER EXPENSES OF HOSPITAL FOR CRITICALLY ILL COVID PATIENT BUT LATER REFUSED TO PAY. NOW WE ARE LEFT HELPLESS TO PAY BIG AMOUNT TO HOSPITAL. NO ONE CAN TRUST THEM !!

WORST EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISCOMMUNICATION. THEY ARE FORCING ME TO PAY FOR CRITICAL COVID PATIENT WHICH THEY APPROVED TO SPONSOR PAYMENT. I NEED HELP !!!
