I was amazed on my encounters with the staff today at DED they were patient and supportiveBut what DED charges for simple transactions are way too much imoSpecial tnx to the staff π
Very bad service. I went to take a payment voucher to renew the company license after changing sponsor and ownership. In the morning guy on the teller told to provide copy of passport of previous owner, after couple of hours i brought same and after double reviewing he told that another document are missing. For the question why you didnt tell that in the morning he asked me to talk to his manager while he went before and asked on Arabic that this is missing and so on. So his manager started to protect him instead of helping with the situation. No any respect to the human time.
I wish if there is someone can help us coz I donβt know how to reach to complain about one company in dubai which gangs and taking money from people and never give them any services or even giving back the money which they takeOcean sky group- karama
