I am an office Manager for Holiday Homes Company here in Dubai.I must say DTCM is highly reliable when it comes to responding and always follows up until any issue is resolved. I must name Ms.Louiza for supporting us and directing towards taking decisions whenever needed in the complaint department. If I can provide more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate simply because DTCM helped me lately in recovering an old refund from a travel agency where this travel agency has dragged me for 6 months until Louiza intervened and made it a quick mission.I really appreciate Louizas dedication and professionalism and especially her push to make sure customers rights are given back to them.

It was my first time dealing with DTCM and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences Ive had when it comes to customer service. I had a slight issue with a certain hotel and once I contacted the customer support email I received a reply within 5 min, and after another 30min the issue that I had which was pending for over two months was resolved instantly. Mrs. Louiza Samia the person handling my complaint was swift and professional with managing my complaint she literally went over and beyond to help out. Thank you so much DTCM for having such professional staff on hand.

Very bad service, I raised a complaint against a company based in Dubai and They did nothing. I am surprised with this very bad service. All Dubai departments are doing great for their customers except for this one. I hope their services get reviewed and rectify this deficiency

Still cannot understand how they deal with complaints. Complaints are closed before anything happens on the ground. Not sure what law they are following regarding noise control. I asked them to provide me the law by email, went to their office to request the same but nothing was sent or given to me. Law and requirements regarding noise control in dubai is issued by department of health ref: DM-PH&SD-P7-TG04 but Dubai Tourism does not take this document as their reference for noise control. I am suffering from noise emitted by two restaurants that play music with loud speakers every single day until late at night.

I had logged a complaint against reliance hub services in October. I got a mail from dubai tourism stating the case has been resolved and closed. Inspite of sending a reply on that mail that I dont agree to close the case there was no respond to it. The company has taken my money and doesnt want to repay it as they are not answering my calls nor are replying to my mails.I am very disappointed.

I just wasted one hour and three round by car on the block to park my car and get in and found only a small desktop with a lady who doesn’t know anything about visit Dubai attractions ticket.She told me to go online and online did not give enough information.I am with my kids very disappointed.Sorry Dubai

Hello,i just came back from a week stay in the UAE. i stayed at the beach hotel in Sharjah, and that was a great experience.then i moved to Reflections hotel in al Jaddaf, Dubai for the remainder of my stay.my experience with the staff at the reflections hotel was very bad. their service was very poor, they were rude and unprofessional. after only one day , i decided to leave the hotel because it was far from everything and i was spending too much money on taxis. i was told that i could not leave because i had a non refundable booking. i complained about the location ,but nobody even bothered to inform me that there was a metro nearby, and a shuttle from and to the hotel.i discovered that by myself.one night i came back a little late, and called the hotel for the shuttle. i called 22 times, and no answer.the day i was leaving a guest was having an argument with the staff about his bill. he was treated with so much disrespect. he was told first to leave if he was not happy, then a few seconds later , he was told that this was not his house. and this was by an indian man who i believe was a supervisor.anyway, a great country to visit, but this hotel is way below the standards that any hotel should strive for
