Nice place. The building is in Dubai design district, you can take the right turn from Dubai - Al Ain Road to reach this elegant Dubai district. A Beautiful business park, elegant boutique offices with luxury showrooms and fine dining. The parking must be improved and offer free parking for visitors. The valet parking is now around $10 for 1 hour. way too expensive.
