The lowest quality of service may ever deal with in UAE, Unresponsive, uncooperative, powerless and disrespectful call center team and communications channels members,My application has been suspended for more than two and half months so far with neither response nor reply despite the continuous follow ups with every possible way, and they disregarded all the complains i’ve submitted.Seriously very disappointed for being forced to deal with them.

Had to visit and was asked to send an email. Sent two emails and they NEVER respond. My request has been pending for a month and counting. They dont even handle refunds. Worst service experience.

Worst Service ever, not surprised they came first in the lowest government sectors!

Customer service representative is one the disrespectful people that I ever encountered, I think there should be a way of dealing with the customer and try to serve them rather than putting invalid obstacles

The worst service in the world. Anbo I submitted a certificate attestation and completed 20 days of speaking to them and every time the same words and they responded to me. We submitted a complaint and nothing.. We are living in the year 2021. But I think they are after them in the year 2000 or less.

من شهر تقريبا وانا اقدم على تصديق كشف علامات البكالوريوس وللاسف انه ردوا عليه موظفتين ولكن من غير اي فائدة ، لاني احتاج الاستيكر اللي يثبت انه ورقة كشف العلامات تصدقت بس هم يطرشلي باركود ومافي شي فالباركود غير انهم مصدقين شهادة البكالوريوس وتقريبا دافعة فوق الثلاث مرات وماشي اي فائدة والمشكلة مافي رقم للتواصل لي متى يا وزارة التربية والتعليم

كل الخدمات على انها اونلاين،،، لكن اذا فاضي ضيع وقتك و تسلى في الموقع 😕

الدعم الفني سيء جدا ، من سنتين ولا تغير شي عنبو محد يشل السماعه ويرد علينا واذا ردو علينا نعتبر محظوظين خاصة بعدما غيرو الرقم ، ونقل الطلاب بين المدارس صعب يباله اسبوع عنبو جي ننقل اثاث ولا فالسستم كل شي يتم، غي المدارس واللي عالكراسي باردين ولا يشلون الفون الا بالغصب وعدم توافر باصات لكل المناطق في دبي قلنا مب مشكلة ، بس والله تعبنا من التربية والتعليم ياليت حد يحل هالمشاكل المتراكمة تعبنا والله
