Not recommended at all. I have paid total of 895 Dhs in this place compared to 430.75 Dhs in other notary office. Both for the same services including wording / typing memo for notary, notary service and Aramex.They charged 315 Dhs for a service that I did not require. In total I have paid 1,210 Dhs for 2 service, one was not required at all.

Never recommend to any one dont waste your time and energy, find better place specially not in Dubai Creek Tower Ejari Section, not even worth of 1 Star

Takhlees location Beside Land Department great so any work at Land Department can be done without difficulty.I had multiple issues and they were explained and addressed promptly. They treat everyone so well in my view.I noticed people posting negative feedback but for me it was a great experience.

In my experience Takhlees Service is Excellent . They respond to emails same day and moreover their staff are quite helpful and best advantage Takhlees is Beside Land Department.

The service in general is good, the people working there are very nice and helpful however there are a few points that need enhancing.I usually like to get my personal work done before work starts in the morning so I make sure to start really early, this morning I got there at around 7:40 knowing Takhlees opens at 8:00 employees started coming in at 8:00, had a slow start, by 8:10 there were only 3-4 employees that had a slow start turning on their computers and getting ready, by the time my queue token number came up and it was the first token issued this morning it was around 8:15-8:20 and this is late when I have to be at work at around 9:00-9:30.I usually ask a lot of questions because I feel the employees give a brief answer that doesn’t cover all the details necessary.

Real estate trustees, rent dispute center services, dubai economy services, transilation services, emirates id authority services &Dha related services etc all goverment services under one roof!

Worst customer service i am waiting here for 1 Hour 30 Mins, 3 customers has been serviced so far,only 2 counters are dealing with customers and both of them left their seats.

Very poor - the timing written is incorrect - they close ejari counter at 4 pm itself .. we went from so far and seen no one there inside only 1 person was sitting and when asked why online shows 7 pm even in front of their door timing written until 7pm - he is not saying anytg. we just wasted our time.it seems they run home early - please change your timing if you are not sitting until 7 pm

The slowest service in dubai, queue takes exactly 1 hour to finish 4 people they dont assign enough staff to finish

HORRIBLE! If there was 0 Id rate it so! Weve been waiting for 1 and a half hour to be called just to change the sofa and wait some more! The person at COUNTER 9 was not in his place for 1 hour since we took the ticket and then left again after 1 minute. When he finally came back he kept assisting people that didnt even have tickets. So ONLY IF YOURE FORCED to come here pay your parking for at least 2 hours and take some water with you - my advice!The one person who tried to help was the receptionist. Thanks to him! Appreciate it!

It’s an integral part of renting apartments in Dubai and is mandated to make sure all private rental contracts in Dubai are drafted into a legally binding document structured in a government approved format.The Ejari tenancy contract acts as evidence of the validity of your tenancy, creating transparency if a dispute should arise. The first time I went, the person couldn’t tell me how to proceed with a rental case. Then second time I went, I have waited for a few hours before I can register a rental dispute case. Long queue and very slow service

Poor Translation services. Entered the wrong tenancy dates in a Translation for a RERA case. Takes 2 days to translate a tenancy contract and then do it with mistakes. waiting times over an hour as well.
