Been waiting for more than 2 weeks. Sending them mails, calling them, voicemail full… literally you can’t reach them to speak with a human being no matter how hard you try.Even when visiting them in person, couldn’t find concerned people, either they left their duty early because it’s the weekend or they are in endless meeting and have to wait hours on end that If you are lucky to meet them.Very disappointing.

Never get an early response for a simple query. The response is also not very accurate and emails are never responded.

Dubai Land Department or DLD is a big entity in Emirates of Dubai, it’s has different sections within a single entity to organise the properties or land in Dubai.DLD change it’s rules time to time to provide better relationships with the investors and stake holders, it’s very very organised and well reputable government sector.

The land department was very supportive and helpful, not only their staff is very professional but they also helped us reach a fair resolution in regards to the complaint we raised.

Not sure what to say !! i made complaint visa DLD site no reply .. i sent so many emails and all been ignored ,, i visited to make complaint in person refence member of staff but they made me run around until i gave up and leftno reply on twitterno reply via email ..no reply via callsreally disappointing

Your DLD call center agent Ms. Leena Al just gave an unsatisfactory advice.we requested an assistance for Valuation Property Services for Land, instead of assisting and answering my query for DUBAI-REST Mobile app - she push us to go to DUBAI TRUST OFFICE.Instead of focusing on the MObile App query - she deliberately advice us not to ask her about the Mobile App and ask Trust Office personally without considering COVID risks.Dont they make MObile App for the safety of your clients? are your call center agents not equipped to answer Mobile App query???

I had really bad experience in using the Dubai REIST APP, i was not able to terminate the ejari contract, i had to go to this place. Meet this person Mr.Yahya & team, he is in the 1st floor Ejari section. He resolved the issue with in a day. The person really understand customer problem and solves them quickly. Thank you for resolving my problem.

Im quite thankful for the existence of this place, since one can free of charge get answers to questions related with his/her rental. Waiting time was just fine and the person who answered my question was quick and competent. Overall great experience. Try to arrive by car or by taxi since it is not exactly within walking distance from the metro especially if you are visiting during the summer.

Grand offices and every time Ive been here, I talk to power players who can actually get things done with a quick phone call. It always makes me feel good that there are adults working here who keep an eye on the law and order of the land. To go for a fifth star, it would be nice to have a little more parking and also, a help desk or central guide system to point the public in the right direction.

The staff here are the best in Dubai to assist residents with Sharia land transitions. The advice given was correct and all paperwork was processed efficiently and professionally. Thank you DLD. Other locations such as Takhees around the corner from here and Al Manara took 1000s of dhs from us and didnt process our paperwork.

Very bad service. Employees there dont make an effort to help clients. We have an investment project that needs to be registered at DLD, yet no one is helping.

Its basically a scam department that let big developers collect your money and they promise that they will protect you but never did. Say goodbye to your money once u get into any real estate opportunity regardless how big the developer is, we have seen Jawad Azizi, Damac and other projects been suspended and all investors money never been returned. They are living on interest rate of our money. Before you think about it, search twitter for victims’ hashtags and see the pain before you proceed.

I saw people posting negative feedback but for me it was a great experience. They treat everyone so well. I had two issues and both of them were addressed promptly. Staff is also friendly.

Trying to get back the hard earned money which I invested in Azizi since they have not even started the project . DLD do not do what they advertise. My husband and I are based in the U.K. and invested in DubaiLagoon in 2006 but we still have no apartment and no money returned and Dubai authorities don’t care or help. They also do not answer emails or try to help in any way.

I would have expected DLD to at least tell us what is going on to safe guard investors rights who fell victim to Schon family at Dubai Lagoon where Schon stole hard earned savings of 2000 investors from 40 different countries and escaped out of Dubai unhurt.We investors are victims to this very painful fraud, with an unknown fate of what will happen to our hard earned money.We need to know and see your support, to know what you are doing to protect investors in Dubai.We are currently left totally in the DARK.Not good

Myself & my wife invested in a unit in 2006 at Dubai Lagoon, with developer Schön Properties in Dubai Investment Park. Over 1000s of inland & overseas investors of 40 different nationalities were looted and cheated by the beneficial owners of Schön Properties and fled Dubai in 2017 by abandoning the project and a very small portion is taken over by another developer, by name Xanadu following the same footsteps of Schon with similar business tactics. Between 2005-2017 Schön were monitored by RERA & DLD but were utterly failed to impose their regulatory enforcement and due diligence over Schön Properties wrong doings. RERA seized Schons Assets in August 2018 at a time when the account with investors money was robbed and moved to their private offshore bank accounts. As of today, all victims are asking for a refund and bring Schon Family involved in the fraud to full justice by seizing their global assets to compensate our loss. NOTHING DONE SO FAR BY RERA, DLD in favour of investors, rather they are keeping utter silence towards us. We lost complete faith in this organisation, and the mistrust and sentiments of our fellow investors including us on RERA, DLD will remain in a big question mark. A total disaster. Nothing on time ..Unnecessarily make people wait while they are having good time having tea and gossiping .Few staffs are helpful otherwise no one cares and guides well. To avoid working they keep on sending to different department so they dont have to work. Most of them are rude ,even people with higher positions they dont want to help or guide well . Not respectful to ladies too.

Dld allowed Daniel Schon of Schon Properties to runaway with investors money.. No apartments ever handed over. Allowed the money from escrow accounts be withdrawn by Schon and runaway... We all thought escrow accounts are to be used only as per project progress . How is the account emptied while the project has not progressed or even a single unit was not delivered... Investigations need to be done who else conspired with Schon to do away with this huge scam of more than 3Billion AED of Dubai Lagoon.. SHAME ON YOU. DLD AND RERA

I paid 600aed for #schonproperties #dubai_lagoon since2016 I think that time already it was cancelled, I noticed immediately as Iam UAE resident that no progress in construction so for about 3years I complained hundreds time to DLD&RERA unfortunately no any response. No clear answers or thoughts regarding how to refunding our money .as updates till now August 2021 ,with upcoming expo no solution done for the investors in Dubai lagoon.

Been waiting for email that was sent to them by Ejari for 2 days and still no action. Spoke to a lady on their ‘customer service’ line and told her that I don’t have water and electricity in the house and if I’m supposed to wait for two more days to get an action on that email and her reply was ‘umhmm’. Do people even really work in this place or they just sit and play with their phones?

I visited Ijari section there, and it was a bad experience! No one knows what to do to solve the simple problem and they send me from one employee to another and it took like few days ( go and come tomorrow) till someone understand what to do!

DLD took my registration fees and Ooqood fees and so far me and other victims been complaining for years from the big fraud Dubai lagoon project. I had very high expectations and looking forward for Dubai authorities to help us resolve this dilemma

Opening hours til 2 pm.....we are in dubai and not in bagdad. All shops open for 24 hours and an authority closes at 2.

Dubai people cannot be trusted. They will take your money and run. Because you are in a foreign country nobody wants to help you. They will push you from pillar to post. You end up going around in circles.

Set up a bank guarantee account for a project and it was authenticated from their site and after we transferred the first installments of the project without mentioning the reasons and problem before you buy from the developers, they assure you that the amounts are refunded in the event of cancellation of the project and after what they say they will turn to the court Yatrouh talk the company ok and the account to guarantee it and the project confirmed in the site It has an achievement rate !! Because of this, you do not take the opportunity to buy from a project under construction, especially from the department, especially investors outside the UAE because you are tired of retrieving your rights and the possibility of returning, so I wish the supervision from any supervisory body on the work and credibility of the Land and Property Department.
