The gym is nice. The staffs are very friendly especially Elmer. Even the trainer are so good and full of knowledge.

I joined at the end of 2020 only to find out that they were to close the after 2 months (they are still open by the way).I liked the set up and location near my work place, but nothing prepared me for the separation issues when I decided not to transfer my membership to another location. Its at times like these you really find out what lies beneath the mirrors and polished metal.Am I the only one being systematically ignored and given the run around for my refund cheque, having paid 12 month in advance in good faith ? The excuses for a simple administrative job and legal obligation having elected for the pro-rated refund are just beyond belief. Anyone paying in advance to FF should be wary. I am going to file a police report as this looks very much like a tactic to avoid paying, you may wish to consider doing the same if you are in the same situation. The front desk and local management wont escalate and say they are doing what they can. Any business must have an escalation process and communicate this along the way until resolution. This is a real trust stopper and brand issue in my view that wont be recovered.STILL NO CHEQUE and NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER HELP - I AM GOING TO FILE A POLICE REPORT THIS WEEKEND WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

The gym is permanently CLOSED. You guys should be more responsible and update this information here. People keep losing their time going there and trying to find “this gym”.

Been a long standing member. The Difc venue has two bottles of spray cleaner for the entire gymAlso several people right next to each other. The authorities need to be alerted as this gym is not following covid protocols. Please fix this and make the experience safe

Awesome gym with great trainers. They keep track of your progress and pushing you for more do go over your limits to get the maximum from you. Staff also very professional . Many thanks to trainers Allan and Ana. Great performance from all of you keep going like that. Thank you.

I love the environment and the ambience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always clean and following safety requirements for Covid-19. However, would love to see more variety for group excersises.

Good branch w/ almost every machine . I have trained for 6 days & its definitely a nice experience . The people, trainers & staff give you good vibes everyone is trying their best.I just have two suggestions:1) one more squat rack.2) boxes to put the different types of handles.Wish you the best.

Best gym ever. Specially because they have spin classes and those are hard to find.Gym is spacious and you can park at DIFC

Very poorly equipped, even by the standards of other Fitness Firsts in UAE. Overcrowded. There are 4 benches so you have to stand in line to use them. Limited free weight equipment, and resistance machines that are irrelevant when you dont have the basics (no T-bar, no squat rack, no hack-squat, yet there are 2 machines for calve presses which are no good compared to a regular standing calf press machine). Music is extremely loud. AC fan is very high with cold air blowing at you causing risk of injury. I pulled a neck muscle while trying to warm up, asked to reduce the AC but staff said they cannot do anything about it, and receptionist said that in his opinion it was impossible to pull a muscle while warming up. So there goes your expertise! Expensive for nothing except location. No good for any serious athletes or lifters, perhaps only for the casual gym visitor.[Update: The person who refused to turn down the AC and offered a rude opinion about pulling a muscle turned out to be the manager. I asked to close my account and did not get an apology nor any care about it from him. Moved my account to Business Bay branch (much better equipped and can still access DIFC branch), but at least money is not paid under DIFC branch. If you get attitude, ask to transfer your account, thats the only thing that can affect them. If you want to join, join through Business Bay branch, much better service, helpful, and dont act with a calculator pretending to give you a good deal when signing up.]

Really unpleasant experience, i bean charged monthly fee without any explanation and they should check with costumer before doing anything. Really poor costumer service!

The worst Managers in the history of this branch..non professional..and all they care about is money..if you get damaged or injuried because of a machine they will not support you ... go find a better place... old machines.. very very bad managers

Like this branch for a quiet peaceful workout. The group classes are not too crowded as well. Friendly staff. The steam room and sauna well maintained.

My favorite fitnessfirst branch. Friendly staff, enough equipment and great group exercise glasses. One thing though, parking here - at the very building - is hectic. There is no space available ever - especially during the working hours of the offices in the building. You have to figure it out outside since I wouldn’t even recommend to try to go in and find a space in the parking area in the building.

One of the most beautiful fitness center in the way this is located in the DIFC itself is very beautiful place. They have nice promotions and discounts for the whole year packages

Nice gym, convenient location and friendly staff and trainers. Lots of group exercises to suit ones training needs. Just wish it had a steam room in addition to the Sauna for the mens lockers

A good gym with a good location, 2 major drawbacks. No parking and the freestyle area is a bit small

Big commercial gym. Too many people at certain stages of the day, however the gym is really well equipped and if you able to find the balance it will work for everyone.

Again fitness first became too commercial, you have to pay for anything, expensive personal trainers, and if you dont hire a trainer no one will help you or advice you.. regarding the fit in time stand here: they are good, but fitness first make it very hard and annoying to go for your appointment and you have to fill a form every time you go!

Excellent fitness center. They have nice promotions for enroling as a member for one year.

Spacious, clean, friendly gym environment

I visited the branch last week and they did not have shower towels available and given me small towels instead. And most of the time they dont have small towels and they issue shower towels which we hav to carry for workouts. I waited half n hour without a shower towel and even after informing the staff they coudnt help or atleast tried. Yes I did made the complain and received a call from the branch providing excuses but not really how they are goin to fix it and told me their brand manager on leave. Wow!However again DIFC branch is very less equipped and have to wait in a queue to use a machine or bench coz they have very less and one machine of each.This shoudnt be how a platinum branch and service is very bad.Its in DIFC and people ofcouse in a tight schedule and the staff and the management should understand to increase the quality and services.
