They give very little clarity while you join and when you want to cancel they’ll say you need to give “30 days notice before 25th of the month before your last month”. Essentially on the the 1st of this month If you decide to cancel your membership effective end of this month, you cannot. You will have to pay for another month, i.e, you need to pay for 60 days from the day you decide to cancel your membership. And very conveniently they’ll not tell you this while you sign up.Its easier to terminate tenancy contracts than to terminate a gym membership here! Disaster!

My comment is with reference to Ms. Eman’s terrible experienced. I was present during that time in that class and in my opinion the situation was being handled courteously and appropriate. Members must understand that due to the current situation the attendees are numbered and restricted. We all have our favorite class and instructors and Ms. Maria is one of the best Pound coach in the club thus her class is always full…..Come on time as members on waiting list are also trying their luck to be added…..Best wishes to this club! Have access to other branches as well but I find this branch the most friendly😊

No one wearing mask properly.... Worst staff to deal with.... All the time there is very bad smell in locker area....

The gym need renovation and new equipment. As all the other gyms are using new equipment/ amazing classes coaches and transformational trainers. It’s looks fromOlden ages. Need to train the fitness trainers more courtesy as their main interest is to sell you their private classes if you tell me you’re not interested they will avoid talking/ helping you even looking at you which is bit weird.Those who choose private classes, they don’t follow any covid rules. Jumping from one machine to another without wipe it out with sanitizer and that’s ok with the trainer. No mask as well.So staff need training in this department.No music in gym if your doing training. Only in group class they play. The vibe is dead not uplifting though a lot of people are coming to use it.It’s need a proper makeover!Bathroom are very clean and tidy but changing room are not following any sanitizer or covid guide lines. Which is bit weird.

I just want to share my great experience during Pound class with Maria Antonenko. This lady is absolutely fantastic. She throws her energy direct to all the members and motivate them to push their limits. She is very friendly, always smiling and with a nice word for all the members ! Love it ! Definitely recommend anyone to try Pound classes. A must do !!

One of the better gyms in this chain in terms of equipment VS. amount of traffic. Ive used this gym a couple dozen times and never seen more than another dozen peeps in here. Theres also a separate ladies only section here which Im told is marginally well equipped, but at least, available if that matters.

I go to this gym more than a year now to a female side only, I like the trainers, they are very passionate about what they do. Lusine, Lisanila, Dalia, Anca, Cat Sae - they are the best. Receptionists are also very welcoming and friendly.The gym is big, bright, spacious.

Fitness First is a great gym. This one in particular, is a nicely sized gym with all the equipment you need and the best part of it is that it isnt crowded all the time making it calmer and better to work out it. I would advise anyone looking for a gym living near Oasis centre or not to go there

Excellent gym with lots of different equipments. They have as well a variety of classes ranging from Yoga classes to high intensity workouts to dance classes. Participants can book their classes through their mobile application which makes things organised. There is a small rest area where coffee and tea is served for free and if you opt for a protein shake they have also a juice bar where you can purchase your favorite shake.

The Fitness First branch at Oasis Centre is really empty in the mornings, so I like that part. Some of their equipment is a little outdated, and they dont have machines for a few workouts. This is a great choice for ladies who want a separate area as they have a distinct ladies section

The gym that I always go to. Nice and big. Enough for my daily routine with variety of equipment and facilities to achieve your goals of being fit, building muscles and burning fats.Highly recommended.

One of the best gyms in Dubai with amazing trainers

Used to be one of my favourite clubs...but recently...the management is very stingy on providing clean towels. Getting unclean towels from premier clubs is disgusting. I tried to register a complaint and it took 3 weeks for even a call back.The management has to do something about this real soon as my membership renewal is due and I am not a happy member...🤨

Average equipped GYM unlike other fitness first sites where much more equipment are there. TV speakers on treadmills never work properly, gym equipment are not maintained frequently by their supplier. It is obvious that poor investment given there. It is unfortunate this Fitness First gym gives compeltely the opposite negative side of the fitness first legacy brand. The only HIGH positive part of this gym, is the great trainers and staff who covers the sad dry part of the gym.Gym to me lower profile compared to Fitness First Festival City, MCC, Uptown Mirdif and Ibn Batouta mall .. Needs a lot of consideration for improvement and also appreciation to staff members
