A tired looking gym that needs investment. Wanted to play tennis with my wife and needed to borrow rackets and balls. 80aed for two rackets, which one was a kids one and 4 tired looking balls. A lot of the machines are out of action and the floor mats need replacing too.

Very convenient and relatively clean. Staff are a bit towards the negative spectrum when it comes to customer service. The place can benefit from a bit of renovation in the common areas and definitely cooler temps in the squash court

Awesome pool. But small. The whole place is a bit cramped I dont like it alot. But otherwise great. Food a but overpriced and when you head outside the closest restaurant is mcdonalds which no fitness freak will eat.

If there is zero I would definitely rate it an advise to you ladies don’t pay upfront to them because if you get pregnant and you want to cancel your membership in case you cannot workout they will keep delaying that until your membership is over! I have sent them a cancellation mail more than a month after one month from that they came back saying send us a medical proof which I did now they are saying it’s under our GM approval and will call you as soon as it’s approved!!! Some non sense excusesI will never think to renew with them again

Good facilities. Staff is lost in communication with the service providers. Got me in trouble 2 times. But the pool areas are really nice and its a great place to exercise.

The administration staff is very slow to respond and act on behalf of the customer. They can sell you all their nicest smiles but to do the work, they forget all they said. I am still waiting for my refund, requested last week in June, they apparently did in middle July already knowing the urgency of the matter but didn’t respected my needs, now I am emailing and very little to nothing response to know if this was actually done. I need to close my bank account but am waiting for the refund. Absolutely careless about their customers and agreements.

Good gym. 3 swimming pools. Would like that they allow 12-15 year olds to the gym without guardian.

My Fitness app is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. The idea of unlimited access to group classes is what drew me into signing up for the yearly membership but it can take almost 20-30 mins just to navigate on the app as it is constantly crashing and freezing. They need to change/ improve this app immediately as it is ruining the whole experience. You cant even book on the website it has to be done on the app.

This gym is like a sauna. The air conditioning has not worked for months. Its unbearably hot!! And they take your membership card every time you want a towel. Lol. Ffs fix the damn ac already.

They have some very odd administration. If I want to use the empty squash court then rather than go to their reception I have to pick up my phone and call their offices for a reservation. It really is quite odd an inconvenient.Edit: So I tried booking a court at the weekend at their admin offices and they were closed so we called the Town Centre office and they would allow us only to book for the weekend but not the day after which requires a phone call to their closed head offices. The management of Fitness First seriously need to sort themselves out. This is illogical and frankly awful customer service.Aside from that the gym is okay but not as conveniently set out as at The Lakes or Motor City where everything is open plan. When I want to do weights I have to go into a dull and stuffy room where the music is often too loud.The staff are okay but not super friendly or helpful.

I read reviews and people complaining about unfriendly staff and someone from FF asking to email instead so I emailed my query before coming over.... ignored, no response whatsoever. I guess low reviews is correct.

The most unprofessional people to talk to. One, they insist that you come and visit them since talking on the phone is very confusing. Two, they make you offers which are valid only for that day since its their birthday. Very annoying and cheap tactics to rope in customers.I would really suggest that the people who are supposedly called sales consultants should be given proper training in customer service and telephonic etiquette.The price itself is very high and unreasonable and to top up, you have such ignorant employees answering to queries of potential customers.Good Luck

Where to start with this place, first off, their pricing for what they offer is a complete rip off. Charging 4k-6k for a a half a gym as most of the time the X fit can not be used due to classes at times where muslims, during the holy month of Ramadan, have a limited time to use their facility they close down the X fit place for their classes. Number two they have a bad reputation for telling off the younger members; age discrimination. On top of that the over all facility is limited.

The machines haven’t been oiled since 2010 and they creak horrendously. It’s so packed that walking around the gym feels like being in an obstacle course.

I have no idea how this gym is considered to be one of the exclusives in Fitness First with this rude management and the poor equipment there??First I have never seen any Gym that hold your membership card till your return back the towels :) are you for real haha?Second when you ask for renewing your membership they talk to you as a new member and they dont offer any package or even valid information Like the other branches do for you.Lastly, the Inbody machine is always broken and the printer isnt working.beside that most of the equipment are old and not well maintained.Dear manager of fitness first Springs , I believe you have to change your strategy, focus more in your business and the class of costumers you are dealing with them. low key gyms in much low level communities doing better job than this branch.

Worst customer service and staff ever experienced. I am willing to pay 7000 dhs for the membership but bad staff encounter. prefer drive a bit more to mma or other gyms. and not give the my money here.

I am very disappointed with the centre. I, with my daughter had joined the Fitness first Town Centre as members, for a period Of three months. A staff called Jennifer attended us. We were assured that v would get two free training sessions each. It took a number of phone calls and follow ups for us to get the training and that too only after a month.When Jennifer was trying to get our membership she assured us that we could freeze the membership for a period of one month. V were going to India for a month, so on June 29th or so, i calked up Jennifer n requested for freezing of membership for the month of July so that my membership would get extended till Aug 25th. But to my surprise, she said that it could not b done as the balance period of membership was less than a month. She had not previously mentioned anything about this though I had informed her at the time of joining itself that I would need freezing of his period.On discussing with her superiors, she called me and told me that if I renewed membership for one more month, they could freeze my membership for the month of July. She insisted that I pay cash. I did - both for my daughter and me. AED 1010. She did not give a receipt or written acknowledgement. But assured me that our membership would b valid till september25. In good faith I left for India.On my return I did not visit the centre for some time. On September 4, I decided to visit the swimming g pool. Before that I called up the centre to confirm that everything was ok about our membership. To my shock I was informed that both out membership had expired by Aug 25th. The freezing had not been done. I talked to the membership person - Naseer.Naseer informed that Jennifer has left the company. When I insisted that I had paid for membership till sep 25, he asked me to come in person. I went today. Naseer told me that in case I renew my membership for one more month they will allow me to use the centre for the month of sept. But he said that the monthly membership is no longer AED 330 but has been increased to AED 439. He also said that I will have to pay Registration fees once again of AED 599. I got really irritated. Why should I pay registration fees twice for no fault of mine. I refused n left the centre.Had Jennifer been careless n not processed the freezing properly, or did she pocket the freezing fees of AED 208 (104*2). Naseer talked politely and acted as though he was sympathetic n company would like to make amends by giving some concession but in reality he was only trying to defraud me into making me pay registration fees second time and pay higher membership fees. When I expressed irritation n wanted to talk to his superior, he said that he is completely in charge of membership n had no superior. Really..I m very disappointed with the staff. Though the club is good.. lovely swimming pool n good equipments, the staff are spoiling everything. Even the trainers are not genuine.I m really upset n irritated not only for the loss of money but also for the type of behavior meted out to me by the staff.

I only keep going for the staff. The gym itself is in bad shape and they still havent been able to renovate. AC in the gym isnt working...we use a fan.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I called to enquire about prices the person I spoke to barked down the phone that someone from the sale team had to call me and demanded give me your mobile number I told him to say please and then he got even more snippy with me so was passed to shaun who was all full of empty apologies and obviously thought I was a complete idiot as when he went to investigate who spoke to me he didnt put me on hold correctly so I overheard the entire conversation but he still came back to the phone and said he didnt know who I spoke to. So them my call went through to Mia and she was as useless as Shaun and as rude as the original person I spoke to.It was an incredible display of shocking customer service: and seeing as I was looking to become a new customer theyre all idiots. Mia even had the audacity to ask if I still wanted a call back from the sales department?!?! LaughableAnyway, they have lost a customer.

Im only writing this review because i got really fed up with the calls from Fitness First Town Center! I have told them several (at least 7!!!) times that I am never coming back to them again and im currently a member of another gym that i am very happy with, however, they keep calling despite my endless requestes to not do that! Not one time they asked me why Im so unhappy! I think this says it all about their customer relationship training! Ive been a member of fitness first for 5 times for not less than 6 month every time in different locations in Dubai. And every time i would say No more! Not ever again!!! I kept coming back over the past 2-3 years only because it is the closest gym to my house in Springs/Emirates Hills. The thing is the staff is only trained to get your money! They will be calling every week offering you discounts...and many more things till they get you buy a membership... After that all their attention disapears! Nobody pays attention to complains and problems at old, outdated gyms! I can go on and on about writing this review about Fitness First but they do not deserve even this kind of attention! Choose another gym if u want to enjoy your time in it!

The gym is good and all but the price is too much the staff are rude and I tried to ask a question and they simply said we have work goodbye and I wanted to work out for just 1 hour and yes I am under age but I can lift 40 kg in total I told them that and they still said no they should have a minimum lifting limit of 40 kg and why can’t it just be a walk in gym?.To top it of everything is outdated old dirty (unsanitary) I would much rather go to a dark gym but at least everything is clean and not outdated!.It is so small I had to squeeze myself through the gym door the manager or owner should be ashamed.

Had a terrible experience with addressing a situation..Paid 2 months membership upfront, went one time only due to unfortunate death of my father i had to go home.they called me to renew my membership, while i have explained my situation the manager was extremely rude, money driven trying to hook me for PAYING for renewal and THEN WE CAN MAYBE speak about a way to comPensate.completely puts you off with the way they treat their customers. very disappointing
