Worst place for gym,My frnd referred me its gud place when I registered with them they said trainer will be there to train me.first day there is trainer in gym she asked me to do the cardio which I can do it from my home gym..After that trainer didnt instruct me for anything. When I complained about the trainer it doesnt work.Ms.Prachi is the trainer in body and soul she only concern about her self not about the students and she think her level more up there is no politeness with her very arrogant person.If body and soul gonna continue with her it will affect them I had very bad experience bcz of Ms.Prachi.

Nice and Clean place, but the location is far from the metro. Easy access for those who lives within the area or with car.

I used Body & Soul 2007/2008 when was in DXB. Good place to workout in Qusais. Pool is the best thing, even staffs were supportive

I went only for visit and I was feeling disgusted the area is not orignized not clean bad smell in gym and damaged equipments here and there lighting is poor pool area is much more dirty I could see lot of things floating I wish the spend more time and effort to clean and orignize the area

The gym is fine but the pool is the best thing that I find it there. I recommend it as a good workout place.

The best famile fitness centre I should say. They have separate pool and fitness machines for ladies and gents which is their highlight. They even have separate training place for kids which they should definitely improve. And the place gets 5 stars for cleanliness.

Wasted 3500 AED on a yearly Family Membership.Jump into the Pool or go to Gym and get all the Skin diseases you can find in medical books.So far I have spent more on my medical treatment than Yearly membership costs.Every instructor wants you to buy personal classes.Kids pool is so dirty as it was never ever cleaned since their Opening.If you forget anything in the Locker.....You should forget it completely as you will never get it back.Attended their celebration of some kind Last month Hoping it to be a decent event....Turned out to be a disasterous evening with 400+ people shoved into their tiny hall running for Food.

Unprofessional staffGym area AC is very high [18 degree C] which is not good when we sweat. The AC should be as reem temperature. Its look like we came in bad room to sleep.Very bad experience

Thr gym has all the facilities although it has become a little old but all equipment are working and there are machines for total body workout. They also have a lot of free cardio and other sessions. Their charges are also quite OK. Parking outside the gym is free

Worst gym in the whole dubai , my husband just went for two days and had a severe muscle tear and is still in the hospital,these type of gyms should be closed as they have unqualified trainers who put peoples life in danger

They bug you with promotions and when you get there, they have no flexibility on their prices. The gym is relatively small and crammed. If you work out in the evenings, you will struggle to find an unoccupied machine. Some staff are rude, too.

It is a very economic health club for people who want to join individually or as a family. There are no designated parking slots for members, however you will be able to find to find parking behind the building.

Mostly they have good equipment but can be very cramped because the area is small. The cost of membership is less compared to the many facilities they offer. The trainers arent that great. Some of them dont help unless you purchase personal training from them.

Very bad customer service(at the reception).Lost and found is very very bad they dont help their customers to find their lost belongings and even if they find it (the next day) they dont inform and if they are asked without searching they say NO. I lost my membership card and went to inquire about it the guy on the reception just checked the log in history, I mean he could have checked the CCTV or call the cleaners and ask them. Then I asked him how will I access the Gym he said YOU LOST YOUR CARD THATS NOT OUR MISTAKE print a new card (25 for new card) (1800 for the membership and this is how they treat you) then I asked for a temporary card he said we dont give temporary card and then he was like okay for today i will give you an access card (as if he doing a favor on me). When I came the next day I told the lady on the reception I want to print a new card then, I asked her whether they have found my card without checking she said NO as soon As my new card was printed I saw that the old card was in the drawer.ITS NOT ABOUT 25dhs ITS ABOUT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Parking is a big problem here. Overall experience is average.

One of the best Gym in the town.

I am taking both the swimming and Personal training classes from the Dubai Residential Oasis branch. The problem unprofessionalism of the people as well as management in taking decisions. I still have personal training sessions left and in the middle my trainer is being transferred to another branch. This is the second time the transfer was proposed, I called during my working hours, someone picked and put me on hold for 15 mins and then the lady took my number and said the manager will call. I never received the call but anyway the transfer was put on hold. Again now it was proposed. I decided to talk at the so called reception or information desk but the lady got offended that I indicatively waved at her desk and said no one pick the phone at reception for which she said this is not reception. Instead of solving my problem she was more focused on her desk being called reception. I would like to suggest to Body and Soul to firstly put the clear boards as which is the reception and what those 3 4 people sitting who takes payment are..Cashiers, Information, Registration or whatever, secondly please get the attitude checked for their staff. We also go to the gym after a long day at work and we really dont want to see bad mood of their staff. Thirdly, I would recommned Body and soul to be more customer oriented especially because they are service industry and shall consider the impact on the existing clients before making decisions of transferring personal trainers from one branch to another. They have told me that I will receive a call which I highly doubt but anyway, I still have to finish my remaining PT and swimming classes after which I would not hopefully visit this gym. On a good note I really like the trainers there.

Worst experience ever...no proper planning of classes...too many last minute cancellations...non transparent billing procedures. very unprofessional...will not recommend for anyonw looking for orgamized classes..we have been trying to schedule classes for over days and no response from anyone be it the trainer, reception or the manager!

Swimming pool is not clean, too much smell in female swimming pool.Toilets are always wet.People use their cell while exercising, sometimes they take Selfie...which is not appropriate for others.

A good facility with a gym equiped with machine for both cardio and weight training. A personal trainer can be availed with an extra cost but its worth every penny. The place also has swimming pool with a seperate pool for Ladies. Yoga, boxing and kids gym are available too. The gym can get a bit crowded during the evening hours. But if one plans the time between cardio and equipment its no problem.

-Most of the time there is shortage of towels for members.-Majority of the trainers will look at you or help you out only if you pay for personal training package.- Me and my friend always had trouble with 2-3 trainers there who had very poor knowledge about dealing with members.- Reported 2 equipment to the trainers when they stopped working, it took another 2 months for them to fix it.

Place needs a serious revamp and better facilities
