Love this gym such a great place with amazing equipment and lovely classes with perfect neon lighting lovely staff very nice and professional

Trainers are good at their form of workout but not friendly in communication with new people who have just joined. The Pilates instructor Annabelle has no regards for first timers and Pushes & calls out people in front of everyone. They need to be considerate of everyones energy levels, stamina & ability & not embarrass them in class. I wanted to take monthly membership but after the behaviour me & my friend were subjected to I will not be going here ever again & wouldnt recommend to anyone. Also there is no coordination amongst the 2 girls who do the admin work. And parking too is a big issue at the Marina branch.

I struggled for a long time to find some me time outside of work and when I found this gem I was absolutely thrilled!!! I go for their aerostretching class, which is stretching with hammocks but in a zen kind of way. Its relaxing, challenging and so much fun. Pricey but worth it !

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym and class. It started with the location and excellent placement. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer there, my favorite was Annabel she was so eager to help and will take time with you. Half way through the class I wanted to give up but she did not give up on me and encouraged me to carry on. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two with Annabel as I very much enjoyed the class. The number of student is limited which is a big plus as you get the focus you need to complete the series. Have been to so many classes in different gyms but this was by far was the best because of the trainer. Thank you again Annabel!

Top Stretching was always one of the gyms I wanted to try. The only thing that stopped me was that it is a bit far from my house. I did go to a trial session eventually, and on that day, I was immediately convinced that this is the gym Ill be committed to! I loved everything about it, the ambiance, the instructors, the classes. Ive only been a member for one month but I already see progress! I think their pricing is really reasonable since you get unlimited classes per month. I am super happy with the gym and will definitely extend my membership with them! 💕

Fall in love with Top Stretching studio from my first class. All trainers are sooo professional and helpful,  classes are very interesting,  comfortable timing and very cool 2 locations. You can  register for class very easily in one click,  just choose class and time. Super comfortable💙

The best stretching studio out there! Been a member for 1 week now and can already see major improvements. The facilities are well kept and most importantly the instructors are very friendly and professional always approaching you personally to make sure you are doing your best!

Top stretching is one of the best places to join in dubai. There is a wide variety of classes during the day with a great instructors. My life and health became better ever since i joined topstretching.

I like trainers and classes but one of the rooms upstairs doesnt have mirrors on all walls. So if you are late you have to look at the wall during a class

I love their splits and aerostretching classes! Sometimes you need this extra push that their kind instructors provide to get to where you want to be - as stretched as possible! Never felt as liberated before! Highly recommended

Best place in Dubai to work on your posture, flexibility and femininity. Professional and friendly trainers, amazing ambiance, clean and fresh rooms. AeroStretching is my absolute favourite, helps to relax and ease tension in the back after work.

I had visited today Top Stretching Studio for Aero Yoga today. It was cool, felt really refreshed.1. Such a wonderful place, fell in love with design, veiw and top quality equipment.2. Cozy atmosphere and amazing staff (big-big thank to the receptionist, unfortunately I dont know her name).3. It is also comfortable location.Wish this studio open more and more locations. Innovative studio where workout is enjoyable rather than tiring. Very professional trainers.One of the classes here- AeroStretching is definetely something to go for! Unique way to stretch and tone the body unlike anything else before. It is very therapeutic in relieving compressed joints, sorting out muscle imbalances in the body, and decompress spinal cord in inversions.

Very nice fresh room, girls professionals work.Its always nice to be there all day and work for the result! thankAlso, the studio has its own convenient application where you can monitor workouts both on a palm tree and in the studio on the marina.

I like the studio and the classes, however, these guys are really funny in their class pricing structure.Let’s start with the fact that you just can not pay per class as you visit! Like at all! You can only get a package by the number of classes (valid 1 month) or unlimited passes. With my working schedule I can not predict when I will have time to attend, when I don’t, so it’s a complete waste of money for me.On another note, the app shows the classes as constantly fully booked even 5 days ahead! It doesn’t help really to use the package that you invested in.So even tho I enjoy the trainings, because of the above ill look for alternatives.

Good place with nice people, if you wanna to do something great to your body - it is exactly the place for it.I bought membership for 6 month and Im happy.Only one question.. whats wrong with the topstretchingae for the booking? I tried to change language to the English and its showing - mix between Arabic (numbers) and English (words).

Did a trial class of Aerostretch which was brilliant. However-- it has been painful trying to get a readable class schedule, there are no walk-ins allowed (apparently), and the memberships are too expensive to justify unless you can attend very frequently which I cant.Even if you get a membership, the classes all appear fully booked for ages in advance so unfortunately it looks like Im never going back!

Dear Top stretching Dubai,I payed 80€ for classes in April 2020,but you closed after one month when you were still closed I should left Dubai and I will no longer travel back to Dubai. The fact is that I couldn’t use my classes and it´s not clients problem that you should close.I ask you to refund me back what I payed since I couldnt use my classes at all.B&R

Aerostretching is one of the best fitness direction that Topstretching is offering. Its like stretching, yoga, relaxation, and perfect ambience at the same time. Its super esthetical and very feminine. I recommend it to everyone

Thiiiis is the most wonderful fitness studio i have ever visited. They got 3 directions: TRX, Aerostretching, and Split school. I personally loved the split school and cant get enough of it. Highly Highly Recommended

All staff and trainers here in very beautiful sporty shape with abs and great stretching skills, which is giving me big motivation to work on myself more and look like them, at least I am trying my best :) I am in studio since October and already prolonged my new membership! Happy to come every time I am free and with help of qualified trainers keep myself in shape. Attending all three lessons here, which is AEROstretching, TRX and Split school. I took a topstreaching lite class with the hammok. It was amazing for streching and relaxing. The coach was helpful and she gave me some modifications when I couldnt do some of the moves. I would go back!

I went there a few times i had an awesome experience at the Aerostretching, TRX class was so intense but super effective. The space is modern design, clean and definitely Instagram worthy.I recommend trying out TRX class to burn tones of calories and then you can stretch you whole body at Aerostreching class (super relaxing)

I had to write a review and I never write reviews. I got into this place because I saw something on IG and I wanted to improve my flexibility.First of all, by the ads and IG account I had alot of hesitation at first because I thought this was some kind of model gym or something and also I didnt understand what stretching was as a fitness activity. I do lots of Yoga and I couldnt bring myself to understand how stretching classes were supposed to be better than what I was already doing.Anyway, I decided to join for 3 months because they were having a decent promo and it turns out its a really great place. The teachers arent just a parade of uninformed models. The trainers, all of them, are so incredibly professional and pleasant. They are all so genuinely sweet and more importantly they are very capable and professional and the trainings are always amazing. They have TRX which is an excellent workout and the aerostretching is so much fun. And the split school and backbending classes are just amazing for a more focused approach on developing flexibility in some of those most difficult parts of the body. And in general, the great thing about this whole place and their selection/combination of classes is that you feel like the work is specifically geared towards developing the shape of the female body, which is just amazing and exactly what a girl would want her efforts to achieve with all the effort I put in to fitness. Anyway, Im so pleased and beyond satisfied with this gym and the benefits Im reaping from it.

This gym has very good vibes, great music, brand new equipment which is high quality ...There are many machines , will never have to queue ! Prime locations.

To my poor feedback on the Pilates instructor Annabelles attitude for shaming me and my friend for not being good enough on our Trial session at Pilates, I got a reply from the owner 2 days back saying we will check this case & the senior manager will contact TODAY to suggest solutions to the issue but since I didnt get any call from them I can safely assume it was a face saving response for the internet and not their concern for customer service 👎🏻

Плюсы: Прекрасное место, отличный концепт, местоположение, ремонт, оборудование, тренера.Один огромный минус, перечёркивающий все - приложение не работает больше 2 лет, записываться необходимо исключительно через администратора, который не всегда отвечает и только за 2-3 дня (так мне сказали), что не всегда удобно в бешеном ритме Дубаи.Cancellation policy отсутствует, то есть как только набирается группа из 9 человек, туда больше не попасть, но половина записавшихся как правило не приходит и занятие проводится в группе из 3-4 человек максимум. На что большинство тренеров твердит «Ну как всегда». А почему так всегда? Почему нельзя improve booking system and cancellation policy?Соответсвенно сейчас отсутсвует система отмены или penalties для тех, кто записался и не пришёл, и не сообщил об отмене и воспрепятствовал другим желающим попасть на этот класс.Очень хотела бы продолжать ходить к вам и покупать абонементы, но записываться за 2-3 дня не представляется возможным. Пожалуйста сделайте что-нибудь, это же просто software как допустим class pass или куча других студий и центров в Дубаи и не только. Если человек не отменился за 6,8,12 часов - выберите сами, то его занятие сгорает.Тогда и все будут являться на занятия, и не будет нужды записываться за 2-3 дня, и все кто купил абонементы к вам смогут попасть на желаемый класс.

Very nice studio for English and Russian speaking girls. Just not happy, as soon as you get used to the coach and he leaves.Many of my friends stopped walking because their favorite coaches left Topstreching, maybe somehow it is necessary to motivate or retain the best specialists. You can always see who has a full class.
