I stopped prior to the covid as she didnt take my requests of sanitising the equipmemts seriously and refused to even entertain me.

It’s a good gym with good equipments,but very poor service especially the customer service staff who presenting at reception desk, I had bad experience with the receptionist (Joy).I approached her once I arrived to the gym and asked her for a towel and she advised me that she runs out of towels then after 5 minutes I saw her giving towel for one of the member at the gym, then I went and speak to her regarding what happened, she told me that she borrow the towel from ladies section and she started to create lots of reason such as it’s damage towels and didn’t want to give to the customers. I would like to suggest to the Gym management to make sure whoever staying in the resection desk should be helpful with good attitude to get the client satisfaction,as what happened form that lady is not acceptable and happens several times since I joined the gym.

Dropping standards.Been going to this gym on and off for years but must say that small things like not having towels at all during peak times for weeks with the excuse that there is no delivery. How is this the clients issue? Previously they had towels in abundance. Not only does it leave clients going home without being able to shower but it is also very unhygienic.

Fitness HQ is a well rounded club. On the ground floor its a body builders dream with a wide selection of hammer strength plate loses machines and Dumbbells up to 60kg. There are also a broad range of cardio machines.Go downstairs and you will find Crossfit Dropzone the friendliest crossfit box in Dubai with 3 great coaches.Groups exercise people will not be disappointed by the large well equipped studio and spin studio.

The gym itself is excellent, no parking issues and helpful staff with some exceptions sometimes but no major issues, the main problem is with their strange towels policy and also the changing/locker room.Many lockers are not working, the shower in so many occasions has an unpleasant smell and running out of shower jels.They should also consider running more cleaning on the WCs.This is why Im giving it a 4 not a 5 stars gym.

Mweh... Too many loud juice heads that feel the need to scream while pumping 2 kg...... no rules seem to apply. Customers yelling at each other while on treadmills.

Excellent atmosphere, with willing to help and assist in every matter employees. It tends to get busy after 7 in the evening but everyone accommodates everybody else needs. Great place to get fit with a healthy bar, which serves healthy food, nicely prepared.

I find HQ a gym with a good balance of studio space, weights, machines as well as a Crossfit area. My training has elevated since becoming a member as there is constant motivation around and less mucking around like many other health clubs. Very goal oriented environment and always motivating.What makes HQ even more special is the receptionists remembering your name and the cafeteria dudes really cool and always remembering your drink (shake).Personal trainers- Rainier and Lauren seem like very genuine and helpful people as well and are always around to help if need be!Give it a go! 💪🏽

I love my gym at Fitness HQ all the staff are really helpful and friendly. It was only yesterday that Simon the owner walked me through a new routine as I was getting bored of mine.I will never go anywhere else ❤️

Very poor customer service. I came to the class three times and there was no trainer. I complained about this several times to the gym in charge but her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I Also emailed the operation manager many times and Ive called her, she either dont reply my emails or when she answers the phone she gives a very unprofessional response. They keep changing the schedule without informing me. I paid for a 7 months membership but i attended a month only because of this terrible service. The management is a total disaster. The upper management has to take an action. Im talking about the ladies gym.

I was a member of the gym for over a year and I dont have any complaints about the equipment or the floor staff. Overall its very well set up and equipped, with friendly reception and trainers.HOWEVER the reason Im giving it two stars is that I canceled my membership in May 2018 as I was moving out the country for a few months, something I clarified over the phone and email to the membership team. Fitness HQ continued to take the membership out of my account, which only came to my attention when my bank called me to tell me that I had gone in to my overdraft as a result! Of course I contacted the gym and explained the situation, however they refused to acknowledge I had canceled my membership when I said I had. Unfortunately I have no access to the email account I used whilst in Dubai to communicate with them so I couldnt forward the emails I sent, and apparently the member of staff I was contacting has since left. I did tell them that it would be easy to check if I had actually visited the gym since may (as you have to scan your card to get in) but they dont seem interested in following up with this. Overall very disappointed in my communication with their membership team.

Really unimpressed with the service I received upon arriving at Fitness HQ yesterday to start my 1 week trial. Not only was I initially ignored by the reception staff, they gave me NO assistance whatsoever. It would have been nice to be shown just the basic stuff you know... Where I get changed... Where the bathrooms are... Where the lockers are.. But no. Nothing. I asked where everything was, and she pointed to the corner and said over there. Shouldnt it be mandatory to show all new members, just the basics? Reluctant to even work out here - I made my way through the gym... To discover, all machines were being used and the place is packed full of juice heads. Doesnt make for a very inviting environment. And where are your female members hiding?Overall, a lousy experience to say the least. I will not be returning to this facility, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.Please train your staff on providing basic customer service skills. I would be furious if these people were the face of my business.

A great Gym built by those with experience of what makes a good gym. A floor dedicated to free weights and Machines with the lower floor for RPM, group classes (loads of options) and cross-fit. A bit busy after work in the weights area but if group exercise is your preference... I recommend this place!

Good it was amazing

The gym is very suitable for different type of training. The basement floor is very good for crossfit, Olympic and power lifting training. Strongman equipment are available but not much enough space also no heavy weight tyres.The ground floor is mostly free weights and running treadmill and small cafe.The place is clean most of the time, the only issue is the washrooms are small and ventilation is bad.Overall the gym is worth to train at with the price offered.

Ive been with them for 2 years now , I still enjoy going to the gym as they offer different classes to different peoples interest , good equipment and great community

Have been training here for 4 months now, happy with my trainer and routine but I have to say the gym is not very clean at all. The standard isnt good in that regard; matts dont get cleaned between classes, the ladies toilets are quite dirty and very hot in the mornings. But in terms of location and equipment available, its a good choice for me. Having the cafe upstairs is also convinient.

Overall a well facilitated gym with friendly and helpful reception staff, however I personally have two problems with how it operates. First of all, when training downstairs the cleaning staff often interrupt peoples training, asking them to move to a different area or splashing their cleaning tools where people are working out, and cleaning the rowing machines and around the skii machines area making them Unavailable to use. Both me and my mother, who also trains at the gym, find this all a massive inconvenience, as we feel that we cant use all of the facilities, and find it majorly distracting to have the cleaners sloshing about so close to us, it has meant we cant fully focus on our workout a number of times. A business should be fully operational at its best until closing hours, and quite frankly that is not the case as often as early as 2/3 hours before closing time they begin to clean. The second problem is that the downstairs lights are far too bright, and several people I have spoken to agree about this, as it makes it uncomfortable to do floor work outs or stretches.

Trained a week during our vacations. Hardcore gym for the hardworker. Best workouts in a long while. Waiting to return soon.

This is a place if you want to workout, it has all the equipment and space to do any type of workout from beginner to advanced. This is the place where you come workout, shower, chang, have the post workout meal and go to whatever business you need to attend to. If you are into socializing and taking photos at the gym, this place is not the place for you.

Had very unpleasant experience with the floor manager Mansoor. A person without manners and respect to people. He acts as if he owns the gym. Even if he was the owner, he would need to have some manners when dealing with people. When I reached to the reception to bring up the issue ans ask about any other manager( heard previously its a British guy), receptionists replied they are not allowed to pass any contact of the manager! So, why they hired a manager in the first place if he is not possible to be reached ???? However, I left my business card and asked them to pass it on to him. I doubt it will happen.I wish I never went there.

I tried giving them a quarter of a star rating, but Google wouldnt allow it.I dont know where to start.I can say by far that Fitness HQ has the worst customer service and team, that I’ve ever seen – And I’ve been to many gyms, of which many are on a world-class level.Your staff members are obnoxious, rude, and disgusting in their behaviour. I had befriended most of them in my 1 year and a half stint there, and it flipped upside down in one day.Your staff member did a hand-gesture and then proceeded to walk away and ignore me when I had asked him to help me put the weights back (try putting 8x20 kgs plates back on your ownafter a heavy deadlift session). I asked him what his issue was and he told me that he doesn’t work for me or Fitness HQ, and that if I had an issue I should complain to the reception. When I did,I was told that I’m a liar because this person has not had a complaint against him so far, which is a lie because I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Many gym members think he is very rude.I there and then cancelled my membership, my friend’s, and my gfs. I also offered to pay for all their memberships at a different gym. I won’t tolerate being disrespected like that by anyone. The same staff member that had accused me of lying said that this is out of his control and this person that was rude to me reports directly to the owner of the business (I’m not sure what your corporate structure is like but God help you). If someone doesn’t work there, why does he wear your T shirts with your brand on it? Why does he represent the brand?I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows the treatment that I received there that day, and how it made me feel.Bankruptcy and shut-down soon INSHALLAH.

Being an expact myself - the manager there is ridiculously rude and arrogant. As a manager you seriously need to learn how to respect your customers regardless of race or color. He seems very racist and only stoops around all the Europeans. Being an Indian living in Dubai for over 28yrs I have never experienced such a bad attitude here before.Wake up and realize that ur business runs through ppl and with this attitude eventually u will lose all ur customersI wont be returning again.
