Me and my colleague joined body-design back in April 2021, we are so pleased to be part of the program. Specially would like to thank Ms.Amy our trainer, she always make sure we are on proper diet and we actually reach the target of losing weight. She was professional plus friendly through out our sessions. Even I introduced few of my other colleagues and they were also pleased with this program. Hello this is Moezza Mir, i am resident diplomat in Dubai who saw an ad from Body Design and quite enthusiastically opt for joining where i met Anna a trainer who motivated me and eagerly asked me to join. I actually felt very positive to join and took a membership which initially she told me its not going to expire and you can pause anytime and if you didnt feel it you can transfer. Well seeing those good points i joined well i tried to continue as i am mom of 3 small kids my youngest was born than i joined 3 months later. With covid and other personal obligations i requested to pause my membership than i tried on and off but couldnt go more than 18 sessions and it was already time to relocate so i requested on a special scenario to get atleast compensated but the trainer refused and told me to uphold the membership for unlimited time which could be years as per her words or transfer the membership and find a client for them. I wasnt in the country for couple of months than i came back to pack and do final exit while i can search a client and atleast sell my membership for a small price atleast to get out of something but soon i got this one lady who seems interested I asked my Trainer Annaa that i will be doing a transfer she gave me a call saying oh your membership is expired but of you want to transfer ask this person to purchase a membership from us first and than she or he can take your sessions as well. Which shocked me because and made me very angry that they are not humans and dont have value of a customer they are looking for money not the well being of client. I havent seen such bad behavior as just all of sudden she told me rule has been changed. This is the worst experience with the same trainer when i came to her she was talking such a sweet manner and when its time for me not to loose the money she actually wants me to give them for free. I truly believes what they have done to me maybe not now but later will come to them in a way where they will indeed repent.

I want to share my experience here which is beyond unprofessional. I had 9 sessions pending before expiration and it was not once notified to me by my trainer Ms.Amy or any representative from the Team. I was attending to Ms. Amy right before Ramadan 2021. Since, they had different timings for Ramadan, I informed the team that I shall resume after Ramadan. After Ramadan, when I wanted to resume my session- the team informed me that my sessions are already expired and I cannot continue. It is extremely unfair to not alert A CUSTOMER before session expiry.A staff called Beatrice, called me to explain the procedure. She was extremely rude, unapologetic, impatient and treated me very badly on the call. She was arguing endlessly but, she did admit that its a mistake on their part that none of their staff notified me about the session expiration, and now they cannot accommodate me. I had requested her that her senior management call me to fix the issue and how we can work on a feasible solution for both, but no body called me till date even after 3 weeks. I never had a fixed trainer and they kept switching the trainer time to time firstly it was Ms. Sabla, then Ms. Emoji and now Ms .Amy. They are extremely inflexible with regards to time management and never give time slots preferable to our needs.My rating: Customer Service Zero, Value for money Zero, Customer Satisfaction Zero, Staff and Management Zero, Overall Experience ZeroIn short - Pathetic and disrespectful bunch of people.

It was good experience I lost 5kg within one month

This club is exactly what I expected to receive. The trainer, Hasan, is an amazing trainer and knows exactly what you want. Just tell him your goal and he will make sure you will achieve it. The club offers also help in your diet and guarantees you will achieve it if you put effort. Honestly, this club is amazing and I recommend people try it. My experience with the trainer and staff have been very friendly and fun.

I must say am so impressed with the quality of training i got from Body Design.I was having back pain ,since i gave birth to my baby girl and just doing 3 sessions at Body design Marina , i can say, i No longer feel the pain and am supper excited to have tried the EMS with Body design .

The experience is bad not worth the moneyReally frustrating I booked 20 min and have only 10 min which is cheating and the apparatus result is fake and not correct plus the electrical plus was not flowing at first as there is was no water then fluctuations occurs and I inform them my concern with no responseFinally I am not recommending it for anyone to not be disappointed as me now

Its was an experience. Just had my 1st session today, 23 more to go. I am hoping that I have the right amount of strength to complete it all as I lack the will power and needed the push for exercises, but I am sure it will be worth the time and money. Avoid any negative feedback online even I came across few but I believe it is all upto individuals as we need to be overall discipline with food intake its timing and sleeping pattern and following the set nutrition plan. Very supportive and courteous staff, personal training does help too. Located conveniently at Al Mamzar with other place at Marina I am not sure.Do try.Targeted tummy pic to work on. Weighing above 80+ kgs and planning to go under 75 kgs hopefully. Wish me luck.

Very effective work outs. I look forward to it every week. Kristina from the Mamzar branch is very a professional trainer , very motivating and has excellent information re diet. She know whats shes doing. Cant wait to get the figure I have always wanted...

Very unprofessional...however the trainer was good. I took a pack for 1 month 2ice a week and Last two classes they didnt give me because my one month was over and I couldnt take 2 classes as I was sick. Now they are promising to give me two classes only if I renew again. But I already paid for two classes and no notification came to me that my session is going to expire... Management is worst... Esp the lady manager ... I dont want to give one Star wvven

Im trying to get in touch with someone but nobody seems to be answering? I want to know when this gym is re opening as I have paid for all the sessions but have not completed due to COVID 19 lockdown.
