The worst customer service, they don’t care about their members after your contract is signed. They ignore emails, feedbacks, requests and what is most important they make you liar! I bought membership for 13 months before pandemic started, I extended it in advance before my current membership finished. When gym got closed with lockdown I didn’t even start my renewed contract. When they sent communication about reopening I was not willing to attend gyms due to unsafe situation. I called few times, was promised to have call back from manager, but none called, then sent email and only after my calls I received response by phone but not by email. I got confirmation to extend my contract from the day I enter gym again. On the day I came I met manager and she confirmed to extend my contract from the same day. We came to the reception and receptionist updated the system (as per their words), manager refused to change the start date in my contract explaining that they can’t change but they can do it as 2 months freezing in the system and it will be extended for 2 months. After that I was attending gym without any issue till the day I was informed that my membership is expired! Guess when? The day gym was reopened! Manager has left 6 month ago, receptionist doesn’t remember. My request to talk to new manager was refused. They just like robots make you feel stupid! And what’s more even interesting I had membership for 13 months! Sales rep sold me one extra month as bonus! They even refused this however it’s written as a note on a contract! This is totally unacceptable and honestly unbelievable. I was there member for long time, they know me and behave like you are donkey without any care or respect! Why would I say all this?! Would I creat a story. On my opinion when this case happened management should apologise and extend without even thinking to ignore or refuse in this bad way! This is their fault first of all, not mine. They are liars honestly. I have feelings they only push sales to sell membership and then after that no one cares about you and your issues. Whatever happens there is none to assist. And after you left gym they still continue calling you offering membership for “the best price” and inviting for open day but if you share complain they just listen and do nothing! And call you again like nothing happened! 😅😖 unbelievable unprofessional. I know money rule the world but not in this way! I faced this level of customer service first time in my life! Surprised after more than 2 years of membership here! Pity as gym is wonderful for me! I hope owner will change silly management so I can be back.

Cleanest and safest gym in Dubai. There was a time I left my phone and guess what? I found it on the spot I left it.

I have started my search around the area to check the facilities. Firstly called the hotline and explained that I wanted to check the pool, area, gyms and had some futher questions to get the replies... Looks like people do not even hear what customer asks and constantly confuse with answers. So same day decided to come and check myself. They literraly were forcing me to leave my personal credentials to check the area, gave to fill up some sort of papers and I regected as jist clearly wanted to check area, and my inquiry was regarding attending the pool. Lady, who was hosting me called me sweetheart... Is that really the business behavior???Previously they hacked my number from somewhere else and tried to reach me and offering the series and I consider it a stealing private info without my personal permission!Some rules that disroy the whole atmosphere of the place. I am and non of my friends are not near by them. I will not allow my personal info be taken without my permission at any time and force me to share it just for your needs.

Wonderful facility. As someone from the US I was a little shocked as to the pricing, but it seems all health clubs and physical activities related services are this way in UAE. But this place is lovely.

Had an annual membership just so I could do group classes for reasonable price compared to boutique and specialized studios. Unfortunately, the instructors seem to come and go very regularly so you can’t build a proper community. Plus once you get used to someone’s teaching style and they disappear from next month’s schedule, it’s hard to adjust to the next one yet again. So if you decide to sign up for Fidelity, don’t do it because you like particular instructors, as they might not be there for long. I really hope they improve the employee retention rate moving forward!

Terrible managementimpossible to book classes. You need to call (CALL, not an app) at 6am to get a spot in your favourite class, and it’s always fully booked.You need to WAKE UP AT 6AM to BOOK A CLASS!!!!They say that the app for booking is about to launch, but it’s all lies.Trainers change monthly, there are rumours that they are not paid or given visa.You cannot make your weekly routine bc the classes change time every month. The trainers too.You cannot bring your own PT, you must hire theirs (all well qualified, no complaints here) at stratospheric prices.It makes no difference if you complain about anything to the management, they are not solving anyways.

I love Zumba classes there, but with Anton it is outside only and in summer time is super hot. It’s hard to dance like this and it’s so bad for the health, after I have headache because of weather. Could you please make at least 1 class per week with Anton inside

BodyCombat class with Emmanuel was amazing but they had a promotion going, I signed up, they told me to come in but on the day I get there no one knows who I am or who I spoke to. When I inquired about pricing they said I had all the info (they never sent anything) and then got upset when I pointed out that for the cost (999 AED per month) they should be a bit better with the consumer journey I got a lot of snark. Shame

Good Gym, prices are reasonable. They open from 6 am (I wish they could open at 5:30).Location is accessible by metro and parking are super close (underground) for free.

Its a money trap. They will offer you monthly pay schemes but will not reveal that you can not effectively cancel until 4 months as per their T&Cs... They will keep deducting from your Credit card.

Sales did not explain clearly that they don’t do prorating when they count your lock period. Ending they charged me for 5mos even though during selling they explained lock period was only 4 mos. When asked to share where in contract it shows this billing clause, they ignored my email follow-ups and still went charging me before cleari the issue. I won’t be recommending this facility to my friends.

Covered a class there in April, not got paid for it! Communicated once but now nothing. Very angry and demeaning sound guy when I couldn’t work the music player! Nice guy at reception though.

Worst gym, dont ever use your card there, they will keep charging you and their customer service reply to my cancellation request after 25 days which costed me another month but i said ok, mistakes happens , and till now they keep charging my card - 2 months after they replied its cancelled-. You will waste your time and money

The gym is super clean and the facilities are superb! I have never been so excited every single day. the trainers George, Hussam, Mylin, Emmanuel and Marwa are extraordinary. they share a very positive vibes and inspiration to keep goin. “Smile” despite of sweats. Each classes are so unique. this is why i keep on coming back. the staff are super friendly. Krissy the marketing is one of them.

I signed up for the promo AED199 last March and clearly told the sales person that I will commit to 3 months only. I called last April to cancel my membership since I visit the gym at most 5 times a month. I was told I need to give 30days notice. So, I called again on May to clearly inform them that I will cancel my membership and I also asked when will be the last day I can use they gym - the receptionist I talked to confirm 30th June. Surprisingly, they automatically deduct AED349 on my credit card for July! I called 3 consecutive days and no one can give direct answers, I have to call more than 3 times each day and no one is taking responsibility. Another receptionist advise that I should send email to their Manager, Katrina. I talked to Shenel and Hannah and both promised someone will call me back and obviously no one called. The receptionist named Hannah doesnt even care and just wanted to get rid of me on the phone. Finally I received a call from Katrina saying I have to complete 3 full months before I can cancel the membership. I started March 7 and its now 3rd July - i paid for 5 months! Why the people I talked to last May did not tell me this? Theres no consistency with their answers among the staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM. They do not practice transparency and integrity. And worst customer service ever! The way the staff handling my concern lacks professionalism and ownership. Be careful dealing with them.

Spacious area.new machines and very well equipped gym with professionals , knowledge , dedicated and friendly staff. Who really pay attention to members.It’s location is very convenient , and one of the greatest plus points.It’s one of the best clubs in the city , highly recommended place.

The worst gym!Gym and machine are good, but the management are horrible.They promise anything to make sign but then they deny these promises.I signed a contract which says 18 months but they gave only 15 months although the contract was signed by the manager but they said it doesn’t show in system and that manager doesn’t work with them anymore.Not only that, they advertise everywhere that bring your friend to sign and get a free month. I brought 2 of my friends and at the end they didn’t give these 2 months.

3 star only because they have only 1 bench press and generally that area is crowded. Also, in general the gym is crowded as it is the only one in the area.

Would not recommend!Good facilities but bad management and no sense of customer service. They care about you long enough to sell you a membership or PT packages but if there’s any issues later, they couldn’t care less ! Their management thinks that they are too good to speak to their members and no one offers any solutions to problems. The quality of staff on the team used to be so much better, not anymore

This place is one of the best workout station Ive ever enjoyed. Amazing facilities, top equipment, great infracstructure, good service with very friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginner to professional. Best part is the views outside the window. I strongly recommend this place to all for good physical fitness l.

Fidelity is my happy place, my second home! The gym has recently been updated with new equipment which is amazing and looks fab. GX classes here are the best, taught by top instructors. The range of classes available is also great.The staff, even with their masks on you can see how happy and welcoming they are! They are all super friendly and helpful. Its a great community at Fidelity.

Fidelity Fitness Club is one of my happy places in Dubai. I decided to move to this city back in 2019 and one of the first things I was looking for was a gym near my office. I was looking for different options but when I visited Fidelity Fitness Club, it just felt right. The membership staff was very polite and friendly. They made me feel really welcomed. I decided I was going to join. They offered a very attractive membership promotion, unfortunately, I was not very certain on when I would be moving. I finally moved in in February; they were kind enough to extend their initial promotion. A few days after, the lockdown happened. They were the best during this time. They provided alternatives for their members to keep active by issuing Les Mills subscriptions for all of us during this particular time. Finally, the time came when we were allowed to restart our physical activities in the gym premises and I decided to go back. I was amazed by all the ways in which the gym was adapted to meet the safe distance guidelines as well as the continuous disinfection protocols that are carried on. I was able to have my pending complimentary personal training sessions and I enjoyed them greatly. Fidelity Fitness Club offers a wide range of scheduled classes that go from stretching, yoga, and body pump to kick boxing and glow in the dark pump; you will definitely find one that fits your preferences.This great Fitness Club is also a great place for networking and mingling as they come up with monthly events that bring the members together while enjoying fitness-centered activities with a twist.

Fidelity really lives up to their promise of luxury fitness. The club offers the best quality service from their facilities to their very friendly and helpful staffs. If you’re looking for a place where you can put in the work to get in shape or whatever your goals maybe, this is the place to be. You can chose from attending their group classes from zumba, Pilates, cycling, body pump or just go out your way with the machines and free weights oh and not to mention a pool, in case you wanna go Micheal Phelps on yourself. I personally enjoy my workouts here and would definitely recommend it. Try to ask for Carmela, she’s very helpful and will definitely help you get through everything you need there.

Very aggressive marketing. I ended up not  using my free day pass cause of the amount of phone calls (where the sales guy kept talking even after I politely said its not the best time) ! The moment I took the flyer and every other phone call I kept saying Ill contact them when I know when its comfortable for me to visit but fell on deaf ears.I actually dont feel comfortable going there and being extremely pressured to buy membership or whatever they want from me. I dont even want to think how will be working out there ...And btw I used to be a member years ago and I kinda liked it there. If not the aggressive marketing Id give 4 stars.

I am a happy member of Fidelity because of the great facilities, staff and friendly environment. Fitness clubs were shut down during the lockdown and i thought that days from my membership will be wasted. The good thing is, all Fidelity Fitness Club memberships were extended for a total of 77 days for free even though the business is also affected. I appreciate the effort of the management during this period of pandemic to make sure that members are safe. All equipment are being sanitized from time to time and they encourage members to wear mask all the time. Good job for the team. Keep it up! 💪🏻

Love this gym. The view is just amazing and the facilities are great. It deserves its name as luxury gym in one of my favorite places in Dubai: JLT.

The reception staff are very welcoming. When you enter the club, they will check your temperature and remind you to wear your mask all the time. They are also doing announcement to the whole club from time to time to remind everyone about the Covid-19 prevention guidelines (though i can see some members not following the guidelines despite several reminders). They always make sure to sanitize the equipment and studios after use. I appreciate the effort of the management to ensure everyone’s safety. I feel safe going to the gym and do my training. #weareallresponsible

The Gym and the equipment are decent but there exists nothing known as customer service. Once they sell you the gym membership, they are done. They next interaction you can expect is during renewal.

This club is amazing! they never disappoint me. every time I come here I feel relaxed and satisfied! Due to pandemic it’s really hard to find a gym that’s clean and is not occupied by a lot of ppl this club is clean and safe all the equipments are sanitize properly! Staffs are professional when it comes to their customers! I recommend!

Member of Fidelity Fitness since Oct2020.Very good boutique gym with excellent facilities and equipments.Outdoor Swimming Pool is a great add on. The daily classes are really good with excellent and professional instructors.Also the staff is very helpful and promptly sorts out issues if any.

The Gym is fully equipped with quality professional equipments with fairly adequate space to do exercises easily. Environment is very nice. Gym also has options for CrossFit and Boxing training, staff is very helpful and friendly ,specially Ms Maria.They always organize games, theme parties..It’s a fitness Center with a feel..!!Full marks to fidelity fitness!

Fidelity is one of the best fitness clubs that I have been to. The staff is very welcoming, the equipments and facilities are upto the mark. During this time of pandemic, they have a dedicated staff that actively cleans the equipments as soon the user finishes everytime. Over all the experience is very satisfactory!

I wanted to join this Gym and opt for trainer because its nearby to my house, but after seeing review of Shweta Nautiyal & Rakesh Das, I dropped the idea of joining here. I personally believe that people not engaged in ethical businesses are not worthy. Also, I could see many people have posted them non professional . Not sure why Fidelity does not want to have happy customers which end of the day every business would want to have. Also , the amount they charge for minimal services could be opted anywhere else.

While pandemic is taking place over all life and work aspects, going back to gym is not easy decision. In fidelility fitness cleaning and sanitizing is happening all the time. Hand sanitizers, wet wipes available all the time. Masks, personal towels, personal water bottles are required. This encourages me to get back gym without being afraid of getting infected.

This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you work out any way you want to.The staff are totally great, Best gym on the desert.

Overall a bad experience, avoid this gym.Pros- Good and modern gym equipment- Equipment is being cleaned very regularlyCons- Climate control is non-existent. Its been 29+ degrees in the gym for the last month and even after complaining multiple times you always get the same lame excuse that management is aware or we are looking into it or its the summer. This is not a healthy sports environment!- Like many mentioned in their review, they are extremely pushy on sales and seems like just after your money and dont care about anything else- Expensive- Can sometimes feel crowded, not much open space to exercise.- Currently half of the people training dont bring their own towel and Fidelity just let these people in, thats not hygienic

Been a member for almost a year and I love everything about this gym. High quality standards machine and equipment, wide array of fun to really intense classes and just amazing gym experience in general. It’s literally my second home :)

In my own experience, I have gained weight due to the pandemic because of lack of consistent workout and unhealthy diet. With the help of fidelity fitness, they have brought back my normal healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this gym and I can really say that this is one of the best gyms in town.

I have recently joined Fidelity and have been in and around Dubai gym facilities, I must admit that Fidelity ranks the charts. From the quality of service, equipment, Trainers & Instructors all of it contributes to a great experience.

Unfortunately Im a member here. Such an unprofessional staff you will find here that nowhere else can be experienced. If you are looking for Gym please checkout some better place as the amount they charge you will get good services anywhere. I joined here because it was near to my house and i had a post pregnancy medical condition. For this very reason i took personal trainer sessions to avoid doing any wrong exercises . but fidelity post corona told me my sessions are expired and my membership days had been reduces without my knowledge. Corona affected all of us . Now neither i have money to invest on another trainer nor they will understand. Well done fidelity team for cheating your customers . Take my suggestion fidelity management : unhappy customers will gradually lead to fall of business . Try some ethical practices.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Superb fun and exciting group classes are being offered, you will surely enjoy your workout. One of the best fitness club in the UAE that I’ve been to.

One of best gyms in JLT.

Good afternoon,I joined gym 4 months ago. I was visiting the classes body attack with Hamza and Zumba with Anton was perfect. However managment of the gym decided to move them out, without any reason. (Classes was full). Nowadays, its empty classes as coaches are very bad. MANAGMENT IS NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. A lot of people did complain management NOT REACTING at all.P.S. DONT JOING THE GYM. If you plan anyway let me know, i will sell my membership to you.Managment even LYING in respond. Very upset that i am a member. And managment dont care about members and lying in google review.

They let me try a day for free then i asked for a one month trial I was giving a ridiculously high number, it wasnt worth it, then they used marketing schemes on me, told me the price would be almost half the amount they mentioned, when i got interested they raised it back up and said “that was when we told you yesterday”! I do not appreciate how they are all about money and marketing schemes! Wasnt supposed to do that!

All equipment are kept clean, the size of the gym and the amount of equipment accommodates the early morning rush perfectly, youre never waiting around. The staff are the best, always on hand to help out with anything.

So far the most elegant gym i’ve visited in Dubai. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Equipment are upgraded and high-tech. They also have variety of Group Classes that most people love to attend. The outdoor infinity pool with a view is my favorite. Good job to the whole Fidelity team.

The gym is pretty amazing but this evening it was a very smelly gym.. Not sure if the aircons was working or not but they should ask members to use deodorant or something

You have cancelled all kickboxing classes. According to your management: you are unable to find proper instructors. This means you can no longer offer the service for which I signed for (14 months contract!). But you still refuse to give me the remaining of my money back.You argue that you are allowed to change the offered classes anytime you wish and members must simply accept it. This is worst service ever, I find it even illegal that you can cancel the offered services and try to get away with it.

Decent facility with proper equipment and good instructors. Generally all staff are helpful , cheerful and professional specially Maria .. if there is something that can be improved is to have an app on Apple store google play for all the updates , offers and classes beside extending working hours on Friday to be till 10 pm.

When you enroll they will say all sugar coated words to lure you. Once enrolled, you are on your own. They becomes active when the renewalarrives. Group classes get cancelled very often with out notification. Not Recommended at all.

I have been a member of their gym beginning of 2020 and I am very happy about it ! The equipments are good, well-maintained and recents. The staff is great ! They are always smiling and they treat you very professionally. The personal trainer (Big up to Arthur) was great ! Also very professional. He knows his stuffs.The gym had to closed because of coronavirus. When they decided to open again, I had to leave Dubai for personal reasons and could not enjoy my membership until the end. But they have been very supportive and allowed me to transfer my membership to another person I found.Then, why 4 stars and not 5 ? Because for me, it was a bit hard to get a good and professional communication with the management. But thats completely personal and except for this little bump on the road, I definitely recommend the gym !

This club constantly calling me for four or five times, and the attitude is rude. I am not a member and not interested. Dont know how they got my number and it is just unaccuptable!

Worst customer service ever. I bought a membership for my wife after she had a baby and the doctor said she could start exercising. I signed her up because they told me I was getting a promotional price and it was ending soon. Subsequently we found out that she can’t use it and has not set foot inside the gym since once. We want to transfer it so someone can get some use but the 1,200 fee is prohibitive and it’s not like it’s just for convenience. We were told to write an email detailing the situation then we would be contacted in 24 - 48 hours. Three days, several calls and two visits in person to follow up later and they call my wife, refusing to speak to me and just said the contract says there’s a transfer fee so that’s it. Of course you can vary contract terms if you want to but they don’t seem to understand that. If they looked at my history with them they would see I have been a member for years and have spent many times my membership fees on PT sessions over the years. But their attitude is rules are rules they show no empathy or service ethic and so the membership will go unused - ethically they seem to be fine with that and they’ll lose me as a customer as well. The irony is that if they insist on charging it, they won’t get the 1,200 as no-one will pay it, but if they waive it then it won’t cost them anything as their not going to get it anyway but they will stand to make more from me as I renew my membership, buy PT sessions etc. And the person that we transfer it to might also buy PT sessions and renew next year so they build value with another customer. But they’re so fixated on the 1,200 they don’t see that.

The gym has a good facilities. Staffs are very helpful. Great job!

Really good gym, Ive been training here since February and I believe it to be the best gym in the area. staff are great and so are the facilities and classes.

I visited there twice , services are Excellent specially the front desk, coaches are superior and vibrant, they are dedicated towards what you want from them.
