Both girls and boys excel under their coaches guidance. The feedback is always positive and that the class was fun.Free trial class or 3 day pass depending on offer. I think I have never really put in an effort to write any review for any place, film or product here or on any other website. Except for AdGuard because that thing is almost the most convenient thing sentient beings on this planet created. You get the beat. This gym is absolutely outstanding and this feels like an understatement. The gyms design and its atmosphere is phenomenal, it helps in pushing you put in the effort. All the staff, from the front desk to the coaches are very friendly and caring yet extremely competitive and very fond of what they do. And it shows. It helps give one that extra umph to complete the sometimes demanding (for an unfit person like myself) workout routine. Plus boxing is great. Ah, and for the people who frequent the gym, in my 3 months being a member, Ive never encountered anyone who felt like a bad apple. Everyone seemed and behaved like a genuinely good person. The prices are significantly cheap compared to the competition, which is something I fail to understand given the quality they deliver. The roaster of products and offers they provide seems to expand by the week and almost everything is included within your one time payment (that is, if you paid for a three months membership like I did, youll get an unlimited access to everything in the gym and you can attend as many classes as you want even if they were in quick succession). I can never really recommend this place enough.

The best most authentic boxing gym in the UAE!All the coaches are passionate and fantastic technical teachers and they push you to the limit. Great for beginners as well with a very friendly and competitive environment. Alongside boxing the customer service is also really great.

Very conducive and better place to train

Been going to the gym since just after lock down and can only say good things! Generally try to train once or twice a day and the coaches are awesome (shout out to Jalal, Ryan, Waleed, Sam and Ben!) - great approach to training; really informative and enjoyable. Gym facilities are great as well - everything you need to become a better boxer. Also have to mention how great and helpful Dani, Sera and Mich are! Highly recommend.

Great place to be at everyday because all the staff are really friendly, welcoming atmosphere, professional coaches and they have multiple class timings.Me and my 9 yrs old daughter dont like to skip a day in the gym since we joined.I highly recommend it for adults and kids.

Ive been a member of Real Boxing Gym Only for over 4 months now and from the moment I walked in I have felt right at home. Not only did I find a place that has allowed me to dramatically improve my fitness levels, confidence and overall wellbeing, I have found a family. The team is absolutely amazing, inspiring, tough but all with kindness and care. I have since visited the gym 4-6 times a week and would encourage anyone to come try it out!

Amazing work out .. I did the circuit training .. looking forward to some punches class.I couldn’t find tissue to clean the mats, this can be improved saw people sweating and putting the mat back ...

Tried a class last night for the first time and was very impressed. The gym itself and the equipment is top class, but the trainers are also excellent. Professional and knowledgeable, you can tell they all have strong boxing pedigrees and are not the typical Dubai wannabee PT you see in nearly every gym you go into nowadays. Will definitely be back.

Disappointing service .... booked in for the “roadwork” group class but was the only client booked in.I was offered the chance to join a class that started 30 mins before or do the roadwork class with one of their trainers.... started with the trainer, but it became apparent he can barely communicate in English and didn’t know what class he was supposed to be running 🤷‍♂️I understand when new gyms are opening it takes a while to sort things out.... maybe give them a few months to work out what they are doing before trying this place.... or head to round 10 next door who offer much better service

I travel a lot and have visited a lot of boxing gyms throughout the United States, Mexico, and Asia. Roy Gumbs boxing Gym(RGBG) is as “authentic” as it gets. The punching and footwork drills are consistent with the boxing I’ve seen throughout the world. If you are a new to boxing or have been boxing for awhile this is the place for you.Facilities:Let me begin by describing the space: Very clean, open, airy and full of light. I ended up feeling so comfortable I thought I was back home working out. Dubai is very warm but when the back window and front door are open you feel this fantastic cross-breeze. The equipment looks brand new or is very well taken care off. If you are thirsty there is a vending machine for water at 1 AED. The flooring is all rubber which is helpful for working on footwork and changing directions in the drills. I’ve experience wood floor at a competitor’s gyms and the floor was sandy, I felt like I was training on a shuffle board. I place a strong emphasis on this because I want to stay safe while working out.Staff:The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. As mentioned I’ve traveled throughout the world and RGBG introduced me to new training techniques. Waleed is a true gentleman, extremely professional, and will kick your butt. His emphasis on the fundamentals will have you moving like a boxer on day one. Michelle the owner is very kind and is a professional fighter. Her dedication to her craft is inspiring and motivational.I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in boxing and lives in Dubai. You just might surprise yourself.
