Instructors are well experienced, delivering high energy classes and killer workouts.I really enjoy working out with platform and I loved experiencing cycling, HIIT and boxing classes.

Attended one of Lindsey ‘s cycle classes, she was amazing, that’s why I decided to go back.Booked the class at 7:30 but got some thing urgent to deal with. Msged the receptionist 40 min in advance asking if I can reschedule to the next day, got the answer no.Tried my best to finish work quickly and ran to the studio, msged them I’ll be late for at least 5min. Got there 7 min late, of course I won’t be let in. They told me I can only attend the next yoga class at 8:15. If you can let me attend the next one, you can let me attend the class on the next day, like any normal human being’s logic. We go there to burn calories, not really for yoga.I really liked the ambience first time. But such a shame on the management team who came up with this kind of not so people-oriented rule. Who doesn’t have any emergencies? Especially informed in advance already. Maybe you just have too much customers and you don’t care, good luck to you.

The Plat Form GYM one of the best fitness centers ,very advanced of the way you book your sessions and personal trainer , well equipped high ends equipments , well trained staff specially their personal trainers , I personally recommend “Jarred Chalmers” hes really good specialized in injuries incase u have any and u are afraid to train because of that reason . And parking is available and free for the first two hours as well as the Wifi .

I love this gym! The whole staff is very welcoming and the instructors are great. They care about their customers. I always go to the Barre class with Liris and her positive energy really spreads to everyone.

I originally tried The Platform Studios through a free trial with Class Pass, after going to various classes there I loved the variety and instructors and decided to sign up. Marie on the desk was extremely helpful in getting me all set up with a package that suited me and continues to provide 5 star customer service now I’m a member. The staff overall are upbeat and cheerful, it makes for a very pleasant experience every time I visit. Would highly recommend!

Tried cryotherapy it was amazing experience to be honest, The staff we very welcome and lots of smiles around the place, The Cyro. Was helpful for reducing muscle sourness and some injurys, Highly advised, got that relaxy felling after finishing the therapy.

Almost all of their members block the road outside the studio to go out from their cars/taxis or go inside their cars/taxis, they even block Park Island entrance at the main gate to do so. I live in Park Island since July and have been suffering from that and many residents and visitors. Unselfish people only who do that.It is not my fault as resident in Park Island which is a very bad building and it was a mistake to move to Park Island and soon will move out and not rent or buy in any of Emaar Buildings.

Having a wonderful experience with them, coaches are very professional, helpful and friendly. They support and give all the needed attention for everyone specially new ppl like me who dont have any background about these classes. Will definitely keep going there and recommend it to everyone

Amazing studio! Trainers are all welcoming and make the classes a great place to be! Classes are challenging and varied, including HIIT, boxing, spin, yoga, barre, meditation and reformer Pilates. Music choices are on point. Very friendly reception staff and are always looking to help out with wrapping etc. Free towels, lockers, spin shoes and cold water.

Very professional, flexible, and friendly staff - It was my first time attending a class at the Platform, but I got lost finding my way there and I was late to class, so after explaining the situation the team gave me a complimentary voucher to redeem it later and a validated parking (even though it was only for 10min), they seemed very easy going and accommodating. I was impressed by their service knowing that most studios are strict in their policies.

Worst customer experience, they need to be trained on customer service

Dropped in after to do some cryo to help me recover and wasnt disappointed. As someone that can barely stand a cold shower, I was a bit hesitant about going into a chamber where the temperature was -110 C. Thankfully Marie was a legend, and told me not to be a wuss (also eternally grateful for her letting me back out). If everything hurts and you want to die, go do some cryo at The Platform.
