This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Dubai. There are several extra class activities to choose from and a very unique/useful range of equipment to take advantage of in the gym itself. The temperature of the gym is perfect, and with the gym being so big, there’s plenty of room. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are very spacious aswell. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Disappointed with the Customer service. Joined MMA with one year membership plan and payed in full. Was traveling to home country and have informed in person to the trainer/staff but Got stuck in home country due to COVID 19 Lockdown. When contacted them several times there was no response to calls, texts, emails.Went directly to gym when I reached Dubai and due to their non revert lost my 6 months balance membership and got revert from their staff stating “Our Boss will not do anything without money ” and asked me to pay additional 1000 AED in which they can give 3months and then 3 months free.Will give the best customer support at time of joining and in collecting money and then this is one the worst and poorest customer service/support provided gym. They even made their trainer as freelancer when the communications was done with him and to cover their mistake of not responding to client and looting the money !!! #Greed4money #worstcustomersupport

Joined a month ago, great gym with friendly and helpful staff and great personal trainers. They have a combination of martial arts and fitness program which you dont find elsewhere for this price.I took some PT sessions from this gym since i wanted to correct my form and get the techniques down. My trainer jojo corrected every minor fault and was very active during the session, unlike most trainers out there who gets paid to count reps. He knew how to push limits and when to stop, and i could see the changes within weeks. Kudos to jojo for doing a great job.

Good place to be fit. They have plenty of equipments. Their trainers are also helpful.U fortunately because of Covid they were closed and could not get the refund. 4 months of membership symply gone.

The gym is very nice, good size and clean and spacious. The AC is just perfect - not too hot not too cold. They have a big area outside which is also very najs. I came on Saturday late afternoon and it was not too busy so I could do my workout pretty easily. I recommend it it for the guys, boxers and heavy lifters especially as they have all bunch of programs for that.

Lets see. Where do I start? Poor Air Circulation. Old outdated equipment. Non-compliant COVID protocol.

I joined the gym for contract of 6 month. They ask me to take picture of my credit card which is not allowed at all. Well they said its mandatory. However the staff was fine. After 1 month I received transaction of 280 aed from wolf squat !! And when I check is there staff under name jojo who stealing from my credit card !!! Be careful and dont trust this people. The gym is expensive and then they are thief 😤

Very nice facility for fitness. You get various options like Zumba, Yoga, Kick boxing, Pitales etc. And ofcourse huge gym with cardio facilities. Best part is that, its all covered under one single membership.

Good gym, awesome friendly staff. Good equipment. However a little congested in a small space. Can get quite busy. All the machines are hammer strength, the only thing missing is a standing calf machine.Very affordable

I have gone to this gym for about a year now, compared to gold gym or fitness first, it is relatively smaller, and the equipment perhaps a little older but still a great, and popular gym.The staff here is very helpful and always friendly, Ive had no issues in renewing or canceling membership, unlike in other larger commercial chain gyms where cancellation entails jumping through many loopholes.Additionally this gym has quite a bit of equipment including a ring for boxing, a cage, an Olympic style platform and bumper plates, three squat racks and two flat bench presses and a horde of treadmills and cardio equipment. They also offer classes such as zumba, yoga etcTheir annual rate costs around AED 1890 or 1690 (Somewhere in that range) and is subject to change according to special offers etc. The rate is very competitive and fairly low compared to other gyms.

The gym is great, the receptionist are friendly. But dont expect any help /sympathy from those Philippine intrustor or trainer. They can see you struggling with a machine and wont ask to help. They are full of themselves.

Good gym but very unethical management. Visited Dubai for a month and I initially enquired whether the gym had any temporary memberships. Wonder from management marketed their tourist memberships for AED 299, without mentioning anything about the length of the membership, which was apparently only for 20 days. This entire transaction took place over the phone and there was no paperwork signed.Because there was no mention about this 20-day limit both before/after I paid, I assumed I was purchasing a month-long membership, only to get a surprise from the reception/Wonder himself on my 19th day that my membership was ending. Wonder asserts that he mentioned 20 days to me before I purchased the membership, which is completely false.Length of the contract/membership are standard terms that Wonder shouldve mentioned before taking payment from me. Had I known about this 20-day limit, I wouldve further assessed my options before committing to MMA Fitness Center. Completely unethical way to attract members without making them aware of what theyre getting into.

Love this gym! Enjoyed the classes offered which they have a variety of. I especially love yoga, ab attack and the very lively zumba class with Jay! Their receptionists are also very welcoming and friendly especially Charity. Had seen results working out with PT Mike. Their clean washroom/lockers are commendable too! Overall a very nice experience. If you are in the Tecom area or into MMA or any fitness class, this is a place to try. 💪

Gym has everything you need and I love it. The issue is with overall hygiene and cleanliness. There are members who don’t use deodorant and the staff does not do anything about it. It’s best gym in Tecom area and I have no option other than bringing air fresheners with me.

Its a nice gym if your focus is fitness instead of parading. Their class variety is really good. The staff is so friendly and the instructors are really good - they make sure everyone uses correct form to avoid injury. The only issues are:- the website doesnt provide details about their classes and what some of their classes entail. Some (like boxing) are self explanatory.- the female change room is awful. The door leads straight into the changing area. So if youre changing and somebody walks in, anyone walking past can see into the changing area. So privacy is a major issue.- instructors film their classes without the proper consent from attendees which is problematic under UAE law.

After some experiences with gyms at Dubai, I must say MMA is the best one. Not only the facilities are good, but also the ambiance and people over there. Their staff is always helpful and it makes it a fantastic place to work out!Highly recommended!

I would like to give them a rating under 1 star but no choice to do that. I got a 1 year membership with the gym and it finished 2 months ago. They continued to charge for the last 2 months without my consent. I tried calling and talking to them but the person on the call does not listen to the problem and just keeps repeating the same thing over and over and over again. When asking to talk to a manager he says that there is no need to talk to the manager because you will not get your money back. I have been a loyal MMA Fitness member and i recommended 6 of my friends to signup up as-well. I would just appreciate it if they reimbursed the money they owe me for the last 2 months, but the way the person on the call was talking he will not be helpful at all.

Fantastic gym if you are looking for instructor lead classes. I have enjoyed the Jui Jitsu, Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes. I also really like the Total Body Conditioning class. Staff are friendly. Loses one star as the gym is a little tired compared to some other places in Dubai but this is easily outweighed by the quality of the classes and the range of equipment they have.

Great atmosphere. Good range of equipment. Very friendly staff. Great for beginners. The choice of music could be better but it really doesnt matter if you have your own.

The gym is ok itself. I am writing this review after my belt was stolen by someone or taken away by the cleaners or trainer’s. Due to a disc hernia i am forced to use a belt during lifting. It happened twice within this 2 weeks that my belt disappeared during my workout (when doing leg extensions or calves i put the belt off). First time, the belt re-appeared surprisingly the next day on the box floor. This time i couldn’t find it anymore. Problem could be solved easily by watching the cameras who took my belt. I cannot workout anymore without a belt.Sebastian B.

A comprehensive & modern gym with great facilities. They have numerous group classes, ranging from Yoga, Cycling, Zumba, TRX & more.This gym has distinct places for group classes & gym equipment. It has 3 areas for group exercises, the main studio, the small studio, and the cage. The main studio is nearly 1,000 sq.feet in area, wood paneled & brilliantly mirrored.Two of their group class instructors are fantastic, Isabel Martinez & Lorenzo Gomis. Isabel Martinez conducts yoga & zumba classes, a charming instructor, who keeps the class engrossed in excercise. Lorenzo Gomis is an expert in cycling & TRX, who is adept at making those calories burn.This place is open from 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. Though it gets crowded in the evening, the crowd comes in for a real workout, not show off.

I like the fact that its not too big and not too small. They have a very attentive receptionist and friendly staff. The place is clean and I recommend the zumba classes by Jay. Of all the zumba classes that I have tried, I love attending his classes at MMA Barsha Heights as it pushes my boundaries... be it the energy and the moves. I TRY to copy his energy! I dont feel bored at all with all the steps and music that he has mashed up together. They also have a healthy smoothy counter which I recommend after having your zumba as its filling after a class. It had replaced my meal for my lunch time.

Great Gym. Almost all the equipments are brand new. This is the best place for group exercise option. I especially like abs attack and circuit training .

Signed up for kick boxing. The trainer took the money. Got my sign and Ran off. The management said what do we do that’s life 😁😁😁.Probably one of the worst gyms. It’s called MMA with no MMA fighters or trainers.

I think its the best in the area, I visited once with my brother. They have many sports classes & ofcourse a gym. Everything is clean & abviously of high quality. Well spent on the systemization of many things. (e.g. Automated doors synced with club members wristbands). Only yearly contracts are offered, No single visits.

Everything under one roof. Matrix machines, plate loaders, cable machines as well as free weights. Nothing new there right? Well add into the menu not just a boxing ring but an Olympic size boxing ring as well as a huge cage area for BJJ and the best MMA coaching along with Muay Thai. However, thats still not everything! Two studios. One holds spinning classes, Zumba classes, Suspension Training (like TRX), Low Fu (Like TaeBo) and a multi purpose studio that is home to Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebell classes, Boxercise and soooooo much more.My fingers are tired from typing, but there is one more thing. Many of the Middle East instructors from various gyms are trained in MMA Fitness Center with CareerSport Fitness Academy so there is no need to go anywhere else, just come to the source of all training.

Asked about prices, a week later got a deal for 50% off annual membership and it was more than the original price I got and then got told the normal price was double the original price that I was told......Not sure they know what they are doing....do you? Enter at your own risk.

Everything ok,not great,but ok...the big surprise for me-they dont give me towel...sure I have at home,but Im use Thai boxing so I take a lot of staff whit me plus towel???? For this money what am pay for membership no towel thats not nice
