A great local gym and pick the right time never too busy. Has a wide range of equipment and friendly staff.Ive also added PT sessions to my weights workout and can highly recommend Lucy B. as a Personal Trainer seeing and feeling the results, never felt fitter.Highly recommended the gym and the PTs only downside some of the equipment could do with a refresh.

Staff is amazing, but the equipments needs more attention. Some of them is rusty and needs care. Simple applying wd40 will resolve it all. Also reorganizing the equipment locations need to be checked and the could improve utilization.

Big gym. Up to date machines and equipment. Plenty of free weights. Plenty of space. 2 studios and a lot of room outdoors.

It’s a nice quite spacious gym where you get access to pool and 2 tennis courts, also squash court. Some equipment is on the outdoor terrace which is great for evening time.They let you access another Fitness first Al Mudon across the road where the focus is more on group workouts, and the pool is bigger.All in all totally worth it compared to other gyms which charge you for using the pool (if they even have any). Also much more clean compared to some gyms in motor city.

My favorite gym

They charge you 5000 dhs per year for a gym that has basic equipment you can find in any free community or building Gym! No hack squat machine, forearms machine, no seated cable row machine, the leg press machine they have is very bad, no ab roller even! The gym is only good i you wanna do some cardio and basic training not for professionals or if you wanna build a real physique! I dont know who they hired to choose their equipment but the gym needs a big overhaul of the equipment!

Commenting on the tennis court specifically.. which are basically poorly maintained.There are large holes in the net, intermittent lighting at night, the lines haven’t been painted in ages .. this is a shame to see such rundown facilities in a place like Dubai under the Fitness First brand.

Doing a wonderful job of keeping everyone safe whilst reopening after the lock down. The staff are very professional and attentive. They are disinfecting the machines after each gym slot.Full praise to them and their well-being marshals.

All they care about is taking your money and wrongfully so. When the pandemic broke out I called and requested to cancel me and my husbands membership. The FF representative said dont worry we are not charging you during this time. July 1st my husband and I get charged for 2 months!!!! I have been trying to call the branch for weeks now to confirm that my membership is cancelled and no one EVER answers the phone (probably done strategically) I had to go into the branch today and was told there is no record of my call. Furthermore this is not the first time they wrongfully charge us. Earlier in 2020 they charged us excessively. FF should be more considerate of taking peoples money especially in these difficult times! The staff at the front desk is not very professional and I believe they lack basic knowledge, hence the reason for all these errors... which members have to pay for (literally)

Gr8, well maintained, crowded sometimes

Not that great!The gym is extremely crowded nearly all times. It is not a spacious gym by any measure and it is not uncommon to find yourself caught in traffic trying to reach a machine or weights. Equipment wise it is quite lacking and is missing a lot, even small inexpensive handles and straps. The gym relies on a captive audience from Arabian ranches and the surrounding neighborhoods since there are no professional gyms around. Access to this club requires a titanium membership so you pay more. Is it good value for money? In my opinion, absolutely NOT!

Very limited equipment, if youre thinking of creating a great physique then forget it. Its just a few Cardio machines and some basic equipment! I paid 4500 for a Titanium membership initially while I was at Fitness First Al Manzil so I could access this branch since I was moving to Arabian Ranches soon but I am shocked. This is no different than those entry level gyms you find in the building not worth even a 100 DHS per month! They didnt allow my wife in although I was promised that with the Titanium membership she could book classes and come as a visitor a few times a month but now the receptionist tells me no thats only for VIP members. I go whats a VIP member I thought my Titanium membership was the highest? She says no I need to be a member for a full year then I become VIP. The charge for a visitor entry is 130 DHS!! You have to buy your own water and no trainers?! Never again am I giving them a penny after my membership expires!

Great location and gym. However I went to play squash and it was a huge disappointment. The court seems to be an afterthought and Im sure its smaller than others. Such a shame.

Good amount/range of equipement and machines, friendly reception staff and changing rooms and other faciltiies always clean. small criticisms....far too warm for a gym, hardly ever music on and layout seems a little back to front and often have to walk carefully to avoid people doing floor exercises just to get into the changing rooms

Amazing Gym. Im a regular user of gyms in Dubai, but I definitely found my favourite place in this gym. The staff is super friendly, plenty of natural light, good equipment and fantastic changing rooms. 100% recommended.

I have been a client for the past 2 years and I could literally see how the ambiance of the centre has changed in bad. Especially with the Covid-19 situation. Poor quality of the tissues.. not enough cleaning. Plus making the club very crowded with all these 1AED per day offer... That means you have no respect for the members who are spending AED 500 per month to have access to the same facilities.I cancelled my membership and not thinking to renew anytime soon.

Having been in dubai for a long time(and a couple of FF gyms at that) this is one of the FF gyms with the friendliest staff. The place isnt overcrowded and feels like a little community of members. Love!

I like this branch of Fitness First the most. It’s never too crowded and you can always find a locker and dont have to wait too long for any piece of equipment, if you have to wait at all.I live in Arabian Ranches 1 and Motor City is probably closer, but this is my preferred branch.

The classes are really good with very good teachers / trainers. My favourite class is Swing Yoga. The staff is friendly and very helpful
