Very good installation. Clean gym, not really crowded so you don’t need to wait to use the machines

I tried their yoga class today.. and it’s not even yoga.. the “instructor” just did random stretching moves ... no yoga flows .. no actual yoga poses .. nothing.. a complete scam

Immaculately well maintained and clean gym with a good variety of equipment. Medium in size but rarely overcrowded. Professional and helpful staff. Clean lockers with showers and hot-sauna. All COVID-19 regulations strictly adhered.

Unbelievable temperature is 25 degrees! I asked the receptionist to lower it and it seems to be set to that temperature at all times and it couldn’t be changed! How is this even normal it’s Like working out in sauna! This is unacceptable especially for a gym that is supposed to be high quality.

Very nice gym! Staff is nice, machines and layout is really good and plenty of parking.

Very nice, clean, and well equipped gym.All the amenities that you need are also in the restroom, they provide you slippers, towels, soaps, combs, shower caps etc. Its 5* gym. Also courses are avaiable. Staff are friendly and nice.

Its a well stocked gym with update equipments though not enough space for free weight exercises.

Its a small gym which is why the 4 stars but to be fair it has the essential equipment one needs for a decent workout. Dubai tends to spoil you with its massive state of the art gyms with every type of equipment under the sun and if you are looking for that then this aint it. But its a quaint little gym that has a luxurious 5 star feel to it and that standard is well maintained. The location is great. It does get pretty busy given its size but usually it never feels too full.One thing I love is here is that you dont have any pushy Personal trainers bugging you to sign up with them. I personally find that situation very awkward to be honest.I get to go free via my credit card privelege so check with your bank if they have any deal going with talise for free access.

A 5* Gym/Fitness Center that is located in Emirates Towers in the DIFC area.The facility is medium size and not crowded like many of the gyms in town.Working out Machines are quiet enough to excercise every muscle and cardio machines are also of a good number around.There is also a separate ladies gym located inside the Ladies changing room.Classes all weekdays from 7am till 8pm

Very nice, clean and high class gym. every service is amazing. a must join for high class people. parking is free for one hour only. after that, aed 20 per hour.

Gets crowded in evening but nice location and services. Pool is cool.

Theres all the machine and weights you can imagine. The amenities at the changing room are very good.

The gym is incredible, however the classes timetable is outdated since July 2019.
