Was putting off joining for 6 months, even though I’m an old town resident. Not really a gym guy anymore. But gotta say, gyms have a lot more stuff todo. Great staff, lovely reception, Lyn was great in offering me a good package. And of course amazing location. In between my favourite places, Sargon, my house, and the courtyard! Cheers.

Not even zero star!!I was calling to rejoin and visit the branch for trail as this branch I never visited but what the answer was!That I can’t visit for trail today it’s busy!!!!What if I’m coming to pay money I’m sure you won’t say that!!!!!This is not a leader who have this behavior and attitude, I’m a member since before! I didn’t expected tat you see your client only as money wallets!!!!!

Old equipment, unfair pay to the trainers, dusty and just all around in need of a new everything and new management. Sad to see this big company take advantage of their hard working awesome staff. They deserve better, they are super friendly and helpful.

I signed up for swimming, but discontinued after few sessions due to unprofessional behavior of the instructor and the staff. They are rude and the way they operate is very chaotic and confusing.

Its a great gym, well equipped etc but just wish it was a little bit cooler inside.

I went during the morning on Friday. This is probably the slowest daytime to come. I prefer less traffic during Corona time. The facility looks very nice and near the Dubai Mall. The location may be the best part of it. You can shop soon after you exercise.

It was very bad experience since my membership expired and I ask for rejoin and visiting the new brunch she said it’s very busy you can’t visit today for trailTo be honest I was not expecting to you seeing your client only money wallet !!!!!!!

Im so pleased that I live so close to this great gym. I had a weight loss goal which I needed to reach very quickly for an interview. I was lucky enough to be given Mike as my PT. With his guidance I lost 15kg in just over 2 months. Even better, he made my workouts interesting and fun, and couldnt have been more encouraging. He made the challenge much easier and I wanted to thank both him and FF for their support. Im not a fan of poser gyms and this gym is very down to earth with a nice mix of people. Nice pool, lots of cardio equipment, enforced social distancing and friendly staff.

I was about to leave positive review as this is the most care taken branch at this pandemic time, but last week I forgot my shows and they thankfully found it. This time I lost my training vest and the lady said you know how many times you are losing stuff.even if 100 times you should not be bothered. That was really rude.

Expensive and exclusive one of the best located and run gyms I have been to. Equipment its good, if not the most modern. Its the trainers that make this place special. They are all professional and knowledgable. And they do care about your success.

Stunning design of the gym and whole building itself. They have squash court available as well as beautiful swiming pool with Burj Khalifa view. I like also that this gym is not overcrowded!

After my initial negative review. I am updating my review as they have improved a lot lately. If they would only get a seating row cable machine and a wrist machine and a standing leg curl machine, this gym would be perfect!

My favorite time was alwAys 6am. Now because of COVID-19 it is started at 7am. No chance to attend. It’s a pity. When do you back to normal ?

Lots of machines need maintenance , lots of machines not available. Old gym needs an update and many areas where air conditioning isnt working . Worst of all Fitness First branches

I have been a member at Al Manzil Fitness First since April. There has been numerous issues with regards to wrongful payment dedication. I have been patient with various issues. Today I had to start my swim set at 06:40am. They absolutely refused. Apparently the pool only opens at 07:00am. This information can not be obtain on their website or on any notice board in the gym. I was offered a membership cancellation form if I was unhappy with this, not alternative was offered - only the membership cancellation. Once I took the membership cancellation form, the receptionist took it upon herself to inform me that they will however still deduct my account in November. I am extremely displease with the way this gym is managed!

A quirky space to go for some calorie burning and refreshing our body in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The swimming pool is a good place to sit and relax as well as cool down and wash set a the sweat from the work out. A definite gem in the Dubai skyline.

FF are always quick to take your money, however as quick to unfortunately drop the services offered. I have an EXPENSIVE PLATINUM membership which allows me access to all clubs. I am SHOCKED TO SEE THE APPALLING VENTILATION with the very dated use of FANS in their class studios, lack of maintenance, & what upsets me the MOST is how they use their INTRUSCTORS ABSENCE NOT TO HAVE CLASSES COVERED. All schedules have been significantly reduced over the summer weeks, without alternatives offered, or monthly memberships being discounted due to their lack of commitment to members. The clubs are as busy throughout summer months too! RESPECT & VALUE YOUR PAYING MEMBERS & YOUR INSTRUCTORS TOO!!

The gym is well equipped but there are not enough guided classes , especially Pilates. Last year we had two classes per week and this year just one . They removed Saturday evening yoga as well. As I said, if your are looking for equipment this is a good option, but not for classes. They need to renew some areas of the gym, such as the female changing room. For the amount of money I am paying, I am sure I can get something better.

Prominent location in downtown, parking garage below (first 2 hours free), very friendly staff, personal trainers extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Receptionists always friendly. Cleanliness could be better (changing room). Clients should be reminded to put back weights after use.

First thing when you join you see all trainers want to tell you that it’s best for you to hire them as PTs, when you tell them you don’t need, they won’t even say hi to you ..wow.Low number of machines yet the gym makes offers for new members. Some trainers will spend most of their time chatting with female members and booking 2 machines for their use.Cleaners will start cleaning one hour before closing the gym which might lead to wet floor and slippage like what happened to me two years ago.The gym became in this state this year, wasn’t the case before ...why what happened?

The gym is really starting to show its age, the shower and locker room facilities for men at least leave a lot to be desired and some of the weight machines are in a poor state of repair. Other than that the facilities are descent and it never seems to get super busy. For the price of membership it should be better maintained in my view.

Nice gym, or let say it USED TO BE a great gym.. male locker room is not so clean, so many broken lockers cabinet even though I myself informed the club manager about it more than 2 times, seems like they dont care enough to take action.The steam room smells bad most of the timeShowers and dirty and not as clean as other fitness first clubs.

The gym is great but three things bother me a lot:1. The dumbbells room is a mess, rarely visited or cleaned, and none of the weights are at their right spot.2. The wifi doesn’t reach the rooms of the gym (or the weights room either) - you’re a premium gym you really cant afford to build a few wifi extensions. That’s sad.3. The mens locker room constantly smells horrible. Its something from the toilets as soon as you enter, u really gotta do something about it.Otherwise the gym is decent and the staff are friendly, but if they fix these few things then it would deserve a better rating.Thank you

The location of the gym is wonderful. And the gym has everything you need, from the CrossFit area to a nice outdoor pool. However, every time I visit the place, I have the lingering desire to renew something.

It’s really amazing location, close to everywhere, can’t mention very friendly staff such as Joseline and all of them, environment is very light and makes you feel as it is home, they hired right people I believe , I would say that everything is amazing but there is always something to improve everywhere, would be nice if they fix lockers, most of them unfortunately don’t work properly and sometimes there is bad smell that comes from the washrooms, apart from that it’s my favourite gym, overall it’s very nice place to train

Club is located in best place and has all the equipment you need, plus Personal trainers are really knowledgeable.Pool view is stunning and i love the atmosphere there.

Fitness First branch in Al Manzil is the best and better than other branches.Friendly staff and very polite and kind cleaner in the ladies Room on early morning shift (Mrs Roubina) ✌And always clean.Personal Trainers​ are good and very helpful.Overall, I give Rate +5Regards_ Elham

Its quite expensive, crowded, and the pool is small. Nice people at customer service tho.

Broken machines remain unfixed for weeks. My Zone TVs share same destiny. Managers start to shut down the place 40 min before official closing time. Wifi has been a disaster for two years. Nice location, but poorly managed.

First time trying body bump, didn’t know what to expect, no one explained and no one helped, the reception or the coach. Quite an unpleasant start.

This Gym is just okay I prefer Fit Republik out in sports city since it’s a bigger Gym and the classes are free for me to use , although I do come here still it’s more of a convenient for me then nothing at all . Staff are friendly , fitness trainers are nice it seems .
